We were stranded on the side of the road on a Sunday, trying to find a mechanic last minute, and having absolutely no luck. Every shop we called either didn’t answer or told us they couldn’t look at the truck until the next day. It was a super stressful situation, having been on our way back home from a weekend getaway. We were over 3 hours away from home, had our dog with us, and had to work the next day. We felt stuck until we got in touch with Mike at Fast Lane. Mike was at our location in less than 20 minutes, which was surprising considering how last minute this was on a Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem—a bad wheel bearing—and even offered to drive me to the nearest parts store to grab what we needed. Not only did we get the part, but he also made sure I understood exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it. It was clear he knew his stuff and cared about making sure we were comfortable with everything. Once we got back, Mike got straight to work. Within 45 minutes, he had everything repaired and double-checked to make sure it was good to go. What really impressed me was how calm and friendly he was throughout the whole process—no rush, no stress, just solid, professional work. On top of that, he charged us a super, super fair price. So much so that we actually gave him a tip. I’ve never tipped a mechanic (and there was no sort of pressure whatsoever in doing so). And I’ve never left a long review like this. But my man Mike is worth it. If you’re ever in need of a reliable, friendly, and affordable mechanic, Mike’s your guy and Fast Lane is the spot to go. We can’t recommend them enough and wish he wasn’t 3 hours away. Thanks again Mike, you’re a life saver!

Called mike on a Sunday after another Craigslist mechanic didn't bread brakes on my truck. Mike showed up and within 20 minutes brakes were perfect and truck safe to drive. Mike is my mechanic for life now. Thanks Mike appreciate u🙏

Jo, Mike and a few others I didn't get the name of really took care of me. Spent more time than they thought it take putting a belt on a hybrid but they got it done. Definitely recommend them as they truly want to make sure the customer is taken care of.
