Only place I go they are awesome ! .. I travel 40 mins every three months.. pull in and get serviced right away and only takes about 6-7 mins

I was coming here for years until I found out they weren't tightening something after the oil change and then oil went everywhere under my hood causing my engine to lock. I'm so hurt 😞

Manager rude smoking when I pulled in never treated me then asked me what I wanted with a nasty attitude. I would never come back to this place so nasty an unprofessional.

I went here on January 25th to get an oil change cause they have a sign out front that says $16.98 for an oil change, so I go in there thinking it's that price and the after getting 2 oil filters he requested I get cause they didn't have the one that fit my car, I came back and got my oil change done. Then he said it was $50 AT THE END OF IT. I didn't have that much on me at the time so I was confused and asked why is it $50? You didn't mention that at all. And he goes off on me saying "WHAT? DO YOU WANT US TO PUT REGULAR OIL IN YOUR ENGINE AND HAVE YOUR CAR BLOW UP?" he then said to his co-worker "CHARGE HIM $40, NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN" and basically took everything I had but sometime after that oil change, my car was leaking oil, due to whoever OVER-TIGHTENING THE BOLT to the oil pan which messed up the bolt threads and left metal shavings in the oil pan. Went back up there on March 15th to confront him about what he had done, and his demeanor was the same as when I met him. Rude, disrespectful for no reason, I had shown him what he'd done, and he'd said there's nothing he could do after he messed up my car. So I'll see you guys in court!
