From Walter, to Marisol to Pilo... the service was top notch. Their communication via text and/or phone call was timely and all information was provided. I had my vehicle towed with a radiator issue. Appreciated how Pilo took the time to explain the what and whys behind the repair. I definitely RECOMMEND Faster Automotive Service Center.

Casi no me gusta criticar o acer ninguna reseña . Pero esta ves lo amerita . Por favor eveiten este taller a toda costa . A mi me cambiaron una transmisión sin decirme nada . Cuando llegue a recoger mi carro vi q no era mi transmisión. Y tornillos flojos Y luego me robaron una placa delantera de mi carro no se para q o por q .

Look I got to tell you I’ve been working with these guys for a while now and they haven’t failed at all. I normally do my own work but when I can’t go any further and I can’t fix it I know there is a group of professionals I can trust and rely on to fix my vehicles and that’s The Faster Automotive Team. I cannot overstate how amazing this team is and I’m happy they opened up a shop near my home in Fredricksburg. I will continue to work with these guys for years to come. I give 5 stars which is a rare occasion for me.

I work on my own stuff. Anything I can't fix or not willing to fix, Faster Automotive does for me. Quality work, fair prices. They made my Tahoes AC work like a champ, new tires, 2 years later still ice cold, not a single issue. They worked on my Jetta, very happy with results as well. They worked on my work truck, E350 KUV, same quality work. Now my F150. Highly recommend them. Friendly staff too. Jetta repair: I have never had anyone use a torque wrench to finish up my wheel lugs until now, impressed, now I know they are not over torqued like all other main stream shops do. Alighment was custom made to what I told them I wanted the steering to feel like. THEY ALSO CENTERED my steering wheel, that's rare, usually they just toe in and out and go and don't care about the steering being nice and centered. Even Karen Radley VW didn't center my steering wheel after alignment done twice there. The price is fair. Quality work is the best. They helped me figure out that I had defective new tires which I had to call warranty from tirerack.

I will never take my car anywhere else. The owner, Walter, is very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. He is very communicative and genuine. Will tell you what’s wrong and ONLY what’s wrong. Doesn’t try to tack on a bunch of other things. He was incredibly patient when my car was sitting there while waiting on insurance appraisal and then waiting on my check to come to pay for repairs. God bless him and Faster Automotive!!

This team here has gone above my expectations in terms of mechanics and regular maintenance on cars. From easy maintenance like oil changes to bigger jobs that usual dealers charge absurd amounts of money. They get the job done fast and effective. They make it really easy to communicate with them as well and keep me updated on when my car will be ready! i would give them 10 stars if i could. I have found my repair shop for life.
