we decided to get our Camry fixed with Fasttrack and they were impressive and pretty fast. They gave the most reasonable quote at the same time they got my car looking like brand new at the same time. The ETA was spot on. We got a car exactly the day they dated us for. The technician inside are experienced and qualified. I would choose them over any other centre suggested from the insurance company.

The process was quick and not too expensive. Everyone was really nice and the work turned out great. The shop was open to looking at other items and gave honest recommendations, suggesting a couple repairs could wait, prioritizing the customer’s finances over their own. So appreciated! The only thing was that I was told an estimate of 4 days completion in an update text and that same evening informed the car was done and needed to be picked up. More notice would be appreciated, but it was amazing how fast they got it all done. Generally the experience was great and I would return. Thank you!

Came here twice now - first when someone stole my catalytic converter and again when someone broke into my car. (Thanks, Hyundai) Both times, I have been very pleased with their work. I initially came here because they work with state farm, but I chose this place again after seeing how trustworthy they were the first time (especially after having had a very shady experience with another shop in Logan Square last year). I would 100% recommend this shop.

Everyone at Fasttrak was so accommodating and helpful when they fixed up my car after a minor accident. The service was great, my car is good as new, and they took care of working with Progressive so I didn’t need to worry about anything. The communication throughout the whole process was great and they were flexible with me when I needed my car back for a bit between getting an estimate and starting work. I’ll definitely be back whenever I need more work done!

FASTTRAK and all of their staff have been so helpful and kind. I had a door panel replaced and some scratch/dent/paint work done and they did a wonderful job. Not only were they the most affordable around, but they made me feel welcome and were very clear and open about options and prices. Highly recommend!

Got rear ended AND backed into a fence post on separate occasions. Crumpled the trunk and side door. Both times I was told to come here and wow what service. The parts came in on time, the repairs are flawless and they even went the extra mile to make sure that the paint on the new door matched the entire left side of the car! Car looks brand new. Can’t recommend them enough

Would always recommend this auto shop. Communication is great and owner is incredibly kind. Sometimes mechanics make me feel dumb and all of them have always been patient and professional. They’ve done body work for me twice and I’ve also come for oil changes. Great!

I was visiting Chicago from out of town. A panel came loose under my car and was dragging. Fast Trak was able to take me in immediately, late on a Friday night. The staff was nice and the business seemed well equipped to handle any automotive repair needs.
