Drove frome alton to purchase a car the owner wasnt there adter we agreed on time called the number he wanted me to wait an extra 20min then started to be disrespectful I would not recommend doin any business with this place

Faulstich did an incredible job for a fraction of what the chain body repair shops charge you. Very upfront and honest, blended the paint real well, and even charged up my freon and gave it a wash before I picked it up. 3rd generation owner tells you all you need to know about the quality of work here!

Wife accidentally drove the car into a caved in area in a nearby alley. Took the car in and the owner was super personable. He did some really solid work for a fraction of what it would have cost me somewhere else. He also got it done pretty fast. If you have auto body needs, I strongly suggest trying this place out.

I called and made an appointment. When I got there, he said he couldn't service my car because he forgot about the appointment and was behind. Was basically unapologetic about his unprofessionalism. His word meant nothing in terms of trying to satisfy the customer. I would never attempt do do business there again.

I've had a tough time finding a shop that I can trust to do the work right and not kill me on price with hidden charges. Dave does great work and is up front about all charges. He as worked on both of my cars several times and exceeds my expectations.

Call ahead if you need something quick done or an estimate. They are busy but have times on certain days where you can pop in and get done what you need to get done. No fluff. Nothing fancy here. You'll save a bunch of money and they do the work right. I found my new mechanic/body shop. Keep up the good work guys!!!
