I’ve always taken my car directly to Toyota, but I’ve never received such excellent service as I did here! The team at Favela City Motors sent me several videos and thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car and how they could fix it. Their attention to detail and transparency truly impressed me. Excelente lugar para reparar tu carro, me atendieron dos muchachos muy amables, uno hablaba solo brasileño y el otro si hablaba inglés y brasileño. Excelente atención y el lugar esta en buenas condiciones, me recibieron rápido y solucionaron mi problema, también me dieron factura y buen precio.

I can’t say enough about Marcelo and his employees. They went above and beyond the call of duty when they diagnosed our mechanical problem in just one hour. We had a different mechanic work nine days on the same vehicle with no resolve. Marcelo even lent us his personal car to go pick up parts for the vehicle. We highly recommend His company and we will definitely keep his number for any future mechanical issues. Thank you so much Marcelo for being a good guy and great at your job

This guy is amazing. Very up front and very fair prices. When I called about my daughters mustang he was confident and checked with me every step of the way. He completed the car quickly, correctly and fairly. Would definitely use him again. His number is saved in my phone. He is the real deal!!!

MARCELO IS THE MAN! Needed my engine swapped out in a 2017 Subaru Impreza - Favela City Motors had my car in Friday night and ready by Sunday morning. Marcelo had great communication and sent updates of his work. Suggested new brakes and rotors with pictures to show their current state. Can’t thank Marcelo and Favela City Motors enough. I will trust them with all my future mechanic needs.

Very good! Marcelo is a great shop manager and he is honest. I had a coolant thermostat changed on my m157 2014 ML63.they also did a coolant change. I’ve had the car running a few days and the p0128 code which was permanent is gone👌🏻 I will be returning
