Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else! FB Automotive was significantly less than half of what Subaru wanted to charge and they included things in their price that Subaru wanted to charge individually for. He will tell you if it doesn’t need doing. I completely trust them with my car. They are thorough and do excellent work.

Update: Two more calls later, I received the inspection results 🎉🎉 This will change to 4 stars once the person who keeps promising to send me confirmation of the results of my extended warranty check follows through. They found an oil leak, and gaskets that need fixing on my new car, but I totally spaced and didn't ask for a physical copy of those results while I was there. Now 4 days, one text, two phone calls, and a voicemail later I still need confirmation of those results for my records, and I'm hoping they don't force me to physically go back to receive the communication I need.

A few friends and I bring our vehicles here. The owner, Seth Baldwin, is Honda Certified Master Technician. FB is a fully capable honest shop. They can cover you from wiper blades, to tires, to full engine or transmission replacement.

I took my Odyssey and my Accord for large engine jobs and Seth's work has been outstanding. Since then, I have taken my cars for any type of service. I know Seth is very honest and he is interested in providing high quality service to his customers. Oscar and the staff in FB Automotive are very helpful and friendly. Glad to have found a reliable place to bring my cars.

Had to bring my suv in, the window broke inside and wouldn't roll up, but I was on limited time with no ride to drop my vehicle off, Seth and his crew got it in asap for me while I hung out in the lobby love these guys here, I always take my vehicles to Seth I get quality work at a price that doesn't break the bank, all that's missing is a wine bar ❤️ for those stuck waiting lucky me though I didn't have to wait too long. Thanks again guys yall rock!
