Jara the manager I believe whom I've done business with twice, was very rude to me & began acting irrationally. She accused me of using my faith as a crutch. She then proceeded to accuse me of being a Jevohah's Witness (which there's nothing wrong with I'm just not one) I told her I wasn't, she accused me of yelling at the little boy that accompanied me. I found it odd being that she'd never met him and did not know our (his & my) rapport. When he and I, explained to her it was in fun she didn't believe us and thus got within an inch of my face. After she went back in the office the people out front began shaking their heads and laughing; looking at them I said she's crazy??? She came back out of the office and said, "No I'm not crazy!!! I looked at your mouth and saw what you said. Now your barred from the property. I want you off my property!!!" I just received an email reminder to go back. No thanks. Just need an oil change not a modern day take on Shakespeare: Taming of the Shrew. "If I be waspish best beware of my sting!"

They were very polite and helpful. I will only bring my Jeep to them for inspections and emissions. See the update below. UPDATE 8/14/24 I will always take my Jeep to this auto shop. I drive a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. This shop and the friendly mechanics that work there have always made me feel comfortable, and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me as far as pricing goes. Their work is well done, and my 24 year old Jeep is still running well. Thank you guys for a job well done. JoAnna Rodriguez

I waited 3 hours to get my inspection/emissions done the first time and then another 3 hours to get it reinspected after getting failed for 1 out of the two license plate bulbs being out, which is ridiculous- Farooq Ali, the inspector is extremely slow and will fail you over the tiniest thing. Not only never coming back here, but would not recommend anyone to come here.

I came here to get my emissions and safety inspection as someone new to Virginia. I did not expect to be waiting over 3 hours in line when only about 7 cars were in front of me. I wish they had a sign that said how long the wait would be approximately. Once they got to me, the workers were kind and relatively quick, but that was way too long to wait. Also, once you’re in line, you can’t leave as the line is marked with chains.

It's crazy few days ago I brought my car for safety inspection and the mechanic told me that one light from the tap of license plate and wiper doesn't work you must change and I ask from him to change he took many but just he puted the wiper and when I came home I see the light doesn't work. It means when they ask you from changes something you must stand on Head of them cause the will not change.

I'm updating my previous one star review! They actually read my review, apologized, made significant changes (changed staff/mechanics) and offered me a couple free oil changes!.....They care about their customers! When i take my car in for maintenance, I'll update again. Thank you management!

Excellent service, never disappoints. My family has lived in the area for many years and we’ve stuck with Featherstone Auto since they opened. A while back they helped with an inspection and after failing, they provided honest and helpful advice on how to fix it and avoid problems in the future. More recently, my car brakes began to grind (sing) which was the signal for new brake pads and rotors since I’d been avoiding that for a long while. Andres answered the phone each time I called to annoy him with questions and concerns. He promptly addressed any concerns over the phone and when I was there to drop off/ pick up my vehicle. He informed me that Jesse had worked on my car so it wouldn’t sing anymore. I appreciate their work in fixing my car quickly and addressing any concerns. The location is convenient, the waiting room area is clean and spacious, while always providing excellent service. Thanks again to everyone that works there.
