If your a woman don’t even bother coming here took my daughter s car for a tune up was told it would be 280 for the tuneup and to replace the ending coil if I got my own parts once job was completed was told I got the wrong spark plugs and was charged 118 for spark plugs that cost 65.89 the engine coil wasn’t replaced and barely any oil and now has a misfire that it didn’t have before so having to pay more money for whatever they didn’t fix disputing charges with bank reporting to better businesses bureau and possibly having to sue if the damages are beyond repair

This auto shop is really bad they take advantage of people of color mainly if your no Hispanic you will not get the same courtesy or quality service they treat women even worse the took my money and I was stranded on the side of the road the next day called them about the problem and they hung up in my face and said we fixed what you ask for I’ve never been so bad they to advantage of me cause I know nothing about cars please be careful with this company all those cars are there to distract the real ok thank you for listening

First time coming here and Erik was the best! Identified the problem and got me back on the road quick! Would highly recommend this auto body shop not only for the fast service but for the great customer care that was provided. Would rate 10/10 if I could!

Cost me over $1200 problem never fixed brought car back several times. Ask for SOME of my money back was told NO. Will never use them again.

Fed and the guys working here are the best in the biz. They’re honest and are very efficient. Prices are super reasonable and they’ve always made me feel comfortable with their recommendations. I’ve sent so many of my friends here and everyone has great things to say!

Looks can be deceiving as I was recommended and went there. Not only did I get the lowest price in town but it was done fast and well. I am glad I found this place!

Customer BEWARE. I can see why this excuse of an auto body shop is being audited. They charged me $1,200 for a new radiator,water pump and thermostat that wasn't done. Dummy me, the car barely got home and my front passenger wheel was bent after they parked it down the street by a Mexican restaurant. They scammed me and unless I file a lawsuit I lost my $. I will include photos. I hope they lose in the audit BAD BUSINESS!!

Fed is great, he has gone out of his way on more than one occasion to make sure that my repair costs less than it could have. The one problem I have is their communication; you have to check in frequently to make sure you know when your car is ready and when they may be able to fix it. They don't really do appointments, and sometimes they are just booked for the day.

I was at an O’Reilly’s trying to find anti theft license plates screws that would fit my car but they didn’t have it. Fed overheard and told me he could help out. He was able to find the right screws in just a few minutes. Truly appreciate his kindness!

Seems like a pretty upstanding guy when I was in the lobby the other day several people that were in his shop were giving him accolades left and right all of his reviews seem to be on point that's why I'm going to be taking my vehicle over there and seeing what's up with it because I can't trust the other shop that I took it to because they jerked me over and that was bronco mufflers on Federal check over there and I'll give you I'll give you that review too

They don't mind if you bring your own parts. In other words, they don't try to overcharge you for parts they order themselves, though they will order them for you, of course. They were very accommodating, nice as can be, incredibly quick so so quick and way cheaper than I ever dreamed (so cheap I felt obliged to give them more than they asked, I was so pleased). The best mechanic's experience I've ever had.
