I’ve brought my whole family over to Ferber’s! We love how detailed they are when they look over our cars and they always talk us through anything we might not understand. Their smiling faces always make us feel at home. We will continue to go to Ferber’s with all our car needs, because they really can do it all!

Took my van in for state inspection. Building is very clean and welcoming, it even smelled good inside, not like oil and grease. Very friendly staff. Although I received a rejection for a torn boot, they did a great job. Very thorough and included photos of every issue and recommended services. Provided a list of recommended services but no pressure to have them done. My husband works on our cars so most of the things had been done. He replaced the boot and I will go back tomorrow for re-inspection. Highly recommend.

Ferber's Midlothian is the third location of theres I have visited while traveling around the east cost. Every shop has been friendly, professional, and timely. Well worth a visit to them if you need any services or maintenance done to your vehicle.

I visited Ferber honestly because I had a coupon $49.99 oil change. That’s an awesome deal so I couldn’t turn it done! The office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I was explained everything after they did a thorough, courtesy inspection of my vehicle . I ended up just getting my car inspected at that time since they basically had done it anyway with that courtesy inspection! The customer lounge was very clean and spacious and they even supplied complimentary water bottles and snacks! I recommend Ferber to anyone with a vehicle lol . I will definitely be returning for my car’s future needs!!

Took my car in to have the front brakes replaced and the entire process was smooth and convenient. A few weeks later the brakes began squealing, which did not go away so I asked if they would take another look. They were able to get me back in right away and replace the defective pads with new ones and I've had no issues since then. Very professional and a good looking shop as well. Thank you all for keepin my 175,000 mile car running!

All of the employees at Ferber’s were so knowledgeable and incredibly nice when I was getting my oil changed on my old Hyundai. They also did a complimentary pre-inspection so that I was able to get everything on my car up to speed to pass state inspection; Ryan was extraordinarily helpful with it being my first time using Ferber’s. I’m so glad that they recently opened up a location in Midlothian because it’s so much closer to me and the new location is easily accessible, clean, and client friendly. Michelle was such a bright, smiley face that greeted me when I walked in. I recommend Ferber’s to anyone who feels incompetent, when you go to any other mechanic, for not understanding the anatomy of your vehicle, because at Ferber’s they take the time to thoroughly explain every part of your vehicle and what exactly it needs to be as safe and efficient as possible for you.

I have had two recent services done at Ferber's on Midlothian (brand new beautiful shop). The management is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and detailed. The techs are also excellent and they even issued me a loaner vehicle so I could drop my truck, get to work and get back on my schedule. Awesome addition to the Midlothian mile!
