The staff always professional and courteous. I can see a team that works together and always put the customer concern above their own. Brenda is very knowledgeable kept me updated at all time. A great team that makes you feel at easy through the entire process. In the past 6 year, I had three vehicles going flawlessly through this shop. My Dodge Durango was involved on two car accidents in one year and they did an oustanding job both times.

I was recently in a car accident and brought my car here to be fixed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I dealt with Joe Bocassi for bumper damage repair. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. The repair took longer than expected due to hidden damage. This put me in a bind. Joe was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me so I could make my appointment. I was very grateful. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

My husband and I were visiting family in Lutz. Our car was hit while parked on the street. The front bumper was hanging down scrapping on the tire. We needed to travel back to Virginia the next day. On Good Friday we came in and with no apportionment Fred took care of us. He called Joe out who attached our bumper up, glued our headlight so we could make our trip home. I wasn't able to remove my license plate because the screws were stripped. No mechanic or Honda dealer could remove the plate. Ferman took me in right away & within 10 minutes it was done! New plate was on with new screws . They are so wonderful & nice to talk or ask questions. The entire experience was wonderful! I recommend them to everyone!

I had a great experience here. I was greeted by the manager of the shop he was really professional. I asked him to look at another area of my vehicle and he didn’t hesitate. I got my vehicle back next day and it looks brand new. I recommend going to this shop for any body work.

I was helped by Joe at the collision center to fix the antenna of my vehicle that was damaged by my garage door. Others places were giving me quotes of close to $1000 but he was able to get it done for a little over $200. He was very helpful and personable. I will recommend you come here if you have any issues with your vehicle.

Literally the worst body shop ever! Geico set up an appointment with them for us for repairs, which we showed up too. After learning of a $10K coverage limit that day with the person who hit us, we wanted to not begin repairs until all the parts were in stock so we didn’t pay out of pocket for a rental. Fred, if I remember correctly, then proceeded to try and bill us for looking at the truck and taking the bumper off and wouldn’t give us the truck back! We literally had to have Geico call them and tell them to release our truck back to us. Couple hours of my life wasted, and some of the staff here are pretentious and extremely rude. Won’t be ever coming back.

The beeping needs to stop. Some people work from home and can hear it from their place with the doors and windows completely shut. They need to find a way to mask the noise, especially during early working hours for those who work from home. The trucks reversing all of the time with the loud beeping can be heard in the apartments. Multiple resident complaints and I've attempted to reach out to them directly. No resolution. Stop letting cars or vehicles park on the side of the business.

came in needing front bumper work. I was greeted by Joe he gave me a quote walked me through the process. I approved the work. They started and gave me an end date and was delivered on time and my bumper is back to looking great.
