I brought in my bmw for some malfunction service that was popping up on my dashboard and making the car drive weird. I’ve been to serval mechanics and no one seemed to find what the issue was which is really frustrating! Mr. Fernando diagnosed and fixed the problem and now the car is running amazing. Definitely coming back for any future issues!!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this crooked business owner. Had my vehicle for years and I got the vehicle back in worse condition than I brought it to him in. He took over 2k from me to fund the project, gave up on the project, then decided he didn’t want to refund me because of his poor business practices. He used my money to fund other projects and it’s pretty obvious. He’s a poorly managed business owner who’s way in over his head. He’s not business savvy, and doesn’t know how to run a business nor his books! I financed the project ahead of time and he still couldn’t make it happen. I never leave Google reviews but took the time to leave this one to prevent from anyone else getting scammed. You’ve been warned.

I was on the road and had a drop off in Texas my air conditioner went out so I found Fernando on google search. He took me right in and repaired my air conditioner for a reasonable price. Treat me and my dog with respect and had a great conversation with it. Didn’t take long for the repair. I greatly appreciate him and his assistant to fix my van

Came in here with my 1998 Expodition absolutely falling apart. Everyone who previously worked on it never even noticed it had Chevy control arms. This man was very nice and ordered every part I needed, took everything apart, and put it all back together in the SAME DAY!! Absolutely incredible speed and accuracy and only charged me $100 for labor 👍👍

Was in town to visit some folks when my car overheated. Made an appointment at NTB but when I arrived they said their mechanic wasn’t in and that he had 4 other appointments. I found Fernando via google and I am SO happy I did. Fernando is super kind and thorough. Got to the root of the issue without giving me any kind of run around. More than fair pricing. Would recommend to everyone in the Houston area. He’s super knowledgeable and won’t BS you!

Fernando always gets down to whatever your car's problem is. He does honest work and tries to get you the best quality parts for the best price. He's always welcoming and accommodating. I recommend him for any car scenarios you have. He's been my family mechanic for years now.

I called and asked for a price to have alternator replaced and they told me they would charge me alot because I had already bought a new alternator and that they didnt trust alternators from Advance auto parts, Autozone, Olrielys ect. I mean come on really dont trust auto parts stores..

Excellent service!!! Grateful for the honest and fair price.. He stayed way past his closing (closes at 2 on Saturday and he was there until almost 8 and it was his wifes birthday too!)to fix my husbands truck so he could be back home by Monday. Thank you again!!!

I went to Fernando's Automotive as a result of a recommendation for being a reputable mechanic and I cannot stress just how pleased I am with the service I received. I brought in a car I was considering from a used car lot nearby and I wanted to make sure it was sound before making the purchase. He was incredibly thorough and meticulous during the examination. If it wasn't for his attention to detail and expertise, I might have driven off that used car lot with rather steep surprise expenses. Thanks to Fernando, I was able to make a sound decision about my car buying process. I cant thank him enough, a well earned 5/5, I highly recommend him.

I can honestly say Fernando is one of the last few mechanics who really does honest work. He is Fair with his pricing and his work is solid. He takes his time doing the job Right! So for anyone to say anything bad about this shop is just someone angry who refuses to pay and wants to be cheap or they try to treat a professional like a grease monkey or one of their uncles and bring in their parts expecting cheap labor... bottom line he's a good mechanic and he cares about safety ensures detail to every job and he definitely gets the job done correctly!

I've known this man since 2011 as a customer and employee. He always wants to do things the right way. All oem standard he never half asses. He is a very humble individual. I'm very strict who I go to for repairs.

Read reviews gave him a try first time was ok when I planned to go back he wanted to do more work to my vehicle than what I was looking to since he said he wanted to do what was (recommended not mandatory) once I told him I had my parts he got mad and said he couldn’t do the job with my parts wth my parts were brand new in box n receipt from auto zone, so yeah he backed out on the job n got defensive because I didn’t want to purchase his parts (Mind you the first job he did I also had my own new parts and did it with no problem) smh

Horrible service do not let these reviews fool you. Fernando is a con man he will tell you one price for a job, after the job is done he Jacks up the price outrageously. And does not even bother to call you to let you know what he did or why the price was higher then expected.do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money here he will rob you blind.

I highly recommend Fernando' Automotive Services. He replaced all the new brake lines in my truck, others mechanics don't even want to try it. He and his team did a awesome job!!!! FAIR PRICE !!! I am from out state and relay my trust on him and I am very happy with results. They have good communication during the lenght of the job. Great job guys!!!!!

I went to Fernando's Automotive Services in order to have a used car inspected before I purchased it. Fernando had a wealth of knowledge that really gave me a ton of info about the car. He helped explain everything in a way I could understand and was very thorough. I was very pleased with his service and just how much time he took to do the job right.

This guy is a thief, dont be fooled by him talking to u rather than fixing your car, he will spend hours talking unrelated stuff to u, and cant respect time. Charged me for stuff he never changed, and couldnt refund me, he is a thief, knows nothing about cars, works by try and error, I dont know how he got a license to operate. He can condemn other mechanics but can fix your car. My car was with this guy for more than 2 weeks and i picked it up unfixed, had to go drop it off there again but it became worst. Fernando u should give up, stop stealing peoples money. Going to this guy is a risk you are taking Did I get what my insurance and I paid for?, no id did not, stop sounding like the insurance is giving me a gift to fix my car. Did you change the lights as paid for 100% ?, no, u used the old one, and did you refund me ?, no, i will remind you that that is stealing, did you complete the body work as paid for ?no, another means of stealing my money, did you finish the mechanical work as paid for?, no you did not. you sound like the insurance is giving me a gift, no am paying for ya services and what you do is rob me. you kept the shop open late for me ?, lies, you had my car for 2 weeks and a still dropped it with you for a day, but all you do is talk trash. as i said you stole my money and people need to know who you are so that if they come to you shop they are taking the risk

I had just flown back in to Houston with my wife and 3 daughters, picked up my van in long term parking, and was trying to get out on my 2 hour drive home. When I started driving I had this terrible rattle from under the van. I stopped and realized the heat shield had come loose and was sitting on the drive shaft. I pulled into Fernando ' s for help. I had never met him but as soon as he finished with his other customer he hit under there, and fastened the shield back into place. I was out within the hour, what great service!

I took my truck here earlier this year to assist in getting my check engine light off. I had a diagnostic done at another shop, so I knew some of the issues and shared this information with Fernando. He was able to provide me with a cheaper quote however he NEVER fixed the problem. I took my truck back to him 3 times with in 2 weeks because the check engine light kept coming on. I ended up spending more with him than I would have with the original shop, and guess what check engine light stayed on. I had to take my truck to another shop, who fixed the same issues I was told were fixed at this shop. Would not recommend!

Fernando is a talented mechanic who can tackle about anything. He replaced the engine in my 4Runner about 50,000 miles ago with a used Greenleaf engine and it still runs great. He has also worked on my VW and my Volvo. His prices are reasonable and he is honest--that's the main thing for me in a service person, after his being competent in his line of work.

He tenido varias experiencias con 2 de mis carros al llevarlos al servicio a este taller quien el dueno Fernando ha demostrado ser profesional y de amplios conocimientos en el ramo. Me gusto mucho la tecnologia con la que diagnostica las fallas ya que da muchisima confianza saber que si hay algo importante es detectado de la manera correcta. La atencion al cliente desde que llegue me hizo sentir cómoda y bien atendida..
