Fantastic family run shop. They are fast, always curtious and do a great job. Finding a mechanic like this is extremely hard any more. We got really tired of the corporate run garages, Ferrel's is the perfect solution.

The kindest and most accommodating team - I’ve been going to this garage since I was in my early 20s, and they have always been honest and fair to me. It can be hard (especially as a woman) to trust the recommendations of a mechanic, especially when you don’t have the knowledge to know when you’re being “taken advantage” of. I have never had that fear or even an inkling of that feeling with Ferrell’s! They have treated me like family, and have helped me find other awesome car services (ex: rust repair) when I’ve needed reliable help. Highly recommend!

The initial fix was fine- got back into my car and my center console and gear shift were altered so I took my car back the next day. I was told that they did not touch my center console (they fixed the emergency brakes, did all the back brakes and ball joints). I found this explanation alarming because all of my items in my center console (like in the closed part that is latched) had been thrown onto my passenger seat. Not sure how this happened if they did not work with my center console. I had very high hopes but finding all of my things in disarray and then being lied to about it felt suspicious and disheartening.

A good friend of mine uses this place exclusively for all his daily driver and collector car service needs. There are not many places that will do work on old collector cars, but this place is eager to do so. The quality of their work is impressive.

I had them perform a NYS Inspection. Very friendly, efficient, & helpful. I suggest you give them a try for your Automotive Repairs & Maintenance.

I went here to get my NYS inspection done because it's a little closer to home than my normal guy and figured they'd be fine for just a quick inspection. Ferrel's told me my car barely passed inspection. My gut told me it was fishy so I took my car to my normal shop instead and showed them the report... They told me nothing was wrong with my car at all... Needs a few new tires but not for months. So the thousand dollars Ferrel's quoted me in work was.... Not actually needed. Wouldn't go back....

Honest! Family owned by father (Paul) and son (Clinton) who really know cars. Paul also collects classic cars. They and their team of guys do great work and give me rides from and to the shop when I drop off my car. They have taken care of my 2007 Vibe for many years and have kept it in good shape!

My experience at Ferrel’s garage was fair; I received a NYS inspection and tire rotation for $85. I am writing this review as I was disappointed in the communication I had received. The garage called me to let me know my vehicle would need the tire rotation to pass inspection, okay no problem I said. They said they would call me back once the work was complete and never did. I had to make other arrangements to get to work that evening. After 5pm (when they close) I received a call while at work asking why I haven’t came to retrieve my vehicle. I replied that I was waiting for them to let me know the job was complete. Now at work, I came up with an arrangement to have my vehicle picked up/paid for. At the end of the day the service was fine, the communication could have been better.

My names Jordan, I recently had my 2000 Camaro serviced. Clint and his team were able to find me a used/new affordable rear end replacement for my car. Another shop id previously gone to wanted to charge double. I couldn’t be any happier to now enjoy my car with no noises, and a safe rear end to take me to work. I will now say I’m a loyal customer to Ferrel’s garage, and will continue my business with them. Great job guys! Thank you for your quick and professional services.

The people at Ferrel's Garage were friendly, but my experience trying to replace a mirror was a bit frustrating. I called three times, and each time they seemed confused or didn't have a record of my previous calls/appointment. I was promised a call back twice for more info but never got one. Disappointing, especially considering their good reviews.

I’m known for getting nails in my tires. It happened again of course, so I called Ferrels at 4:50pm Monday and they told me to bring it in Tuesday after I was done with work. They fixed it right away in thirty minutes. Such a kind family and businessmen! Would highly recommend!
