Matt C was my salesman. He was great! I actually went in on a whim not really thinking I would walk away with a new car. But after test driving the new Honda CR-V hybrid, I was hooked! Matt was able to work with his supervisor to get a good trade-in price for my old CR-V plus work out a payment that fit my budget. This is my first time leasing a vehicle too! The whole process was really quite smooth. Big thanks to Matt and Ricky!

This is an updated review from my visit yesterday 11/19/2024 I couldn't be more disappointed. I went in for an Oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 45 min which I was thrilled that it was quick and soon enough after $90+(after being quoted $79.95) Mr Aaron told me everything was good and there were no recommendations. I was on my way home only to find out when I was already in my garage that one of my tire lug nut was missing. I immediately called the dealer and I was asked to bring my car in. As I arrive to the dealership, Mr Aaron and the technician were already waiting for me. He immediately told me the rear passenger lug nut was missing. He assured me it wasn't there when I brought the car in but he failed to read the technician's notes. I know for fact that the lug nut was there as I did some work on the rims the day before and nothing was missing. At this point is my word against theirs. Which is pretty sad because Honda was the last place that touched my car before this oil change, which means it was still their fault the nut fell since I'm assuming they didn't tighten it last time. Anyway they put a different lug nut then the ones I have. Anyone would of been upset. After he told me there were no recommendations Mr Aaron said to me there was a leak in my car. So you tell me??? I go home and all of the sudden I have a missing lug nut and now there's a leak??: after he told me 30min ago there's no recommendations everything looks good. (Frustrating!!!l) So here I am the next day at work and there's another lug nut missing!!! Seem to me they failed to tighten the lug nuts and now as I drive I'm losing them??? Not even going to call the dealer, they will probably tell me it wasn't there again. Now I have to buy a whole set and replace all of them. What a shame!!! We trust the dealership to keep our cars up to date with maintenance and now you can't even trust them. I will never return to honda again. Justin was great. I went in for an oil change and he took me right in as I walked in. Usually I wait several minutes even when I have an appointment until someone acknowledges me. But Justin made my experience different this time. Hoping the others learn costumers service from him.

Within 3 days of purchasing a 2025 Honda CRV, a recall was issued related to the steering box. At every occasion contacting them to perform the recall work, the response was they do not have the parts and provided differing time frames of its arrival at each and every contact made. However, for new inventory that is received, the parts are available since it is a "different process." With now over two months that has passed since the recall was issued and of the same time contacting the dealership, the work has yet to be performed. This will be the last time we will purchase from this dealership.

BEWARE! Bait & switch, they tell you one thing & low ball you! Had 2 vehicles, one had only 40k on the dometer, hide your keys as well, they will take them from you, so they can make a sale.

Everyone there was cool, they don't use high pressure sales tactics. I really respect how they want to "earn" my business. They also stay open late which is definitely cool if you have a crazy schedule. I got my new ride just before 9pm.

IF YOU PLANNING TO GET SERVICE DONE AT THIS LOCATION, MAKE SURE YOU GET FREE TIME AHEAD FOR THEIR EXCUSES. Worse service I ever experienced, i made an appointment in advance on Monday, Nov. 4th to get a transmission fluid service. When I made the appointment, the guy on the phone told me it would take a few hrs to get it done. So he got me an appointment on Wednesday 6th dropped off at 8 am, so it can be ready by 12pm i never got a call back so I end up getting a ride back to the dealership at 3:45 pm to find out that they haven't even started to work on my pilot this is almost 8 hrs after the dropped off. And the guy best offer was to wait about 2 more hrs or get my pilot back and bring it on another day. I asked him what was the point to make an appointment and have been dropped it at 8am if they weren't going to do nothing on it. What a waste of time now. I don't have a car to go work and pick up the kids. What a joke By the record I been costumer to this dealership for almost 15 years and never have a problem before.
