I simply cannot say enough positive things about Fine Line Auto Body, Bethel Road. The customer service, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to doing the best work shines through! I am most appreciative to Tony, Misty, and to all the team for the beautiful repair work they did for my Chevrolet Silverado. She looks showroom new! I definitely give a strong positive recommendation.

Worst place in my opinion to get your car fixed. My car has come back with more issues than what I previously had before I took it in to them to repair damage from it being stolen. Paint job was mediocre and I have mechanical issues that even with warranty I choose not to take back them.

The actual body work done on my car was fine - but the body shop lost my OEM keyfob, contracted out a replacement for a key fob that was not OEM which performed poorly and then refused to compensate the price difference to the contractor. I understand if the contractors product doesn't perform to expectations but none of this would have happened had Fine Line not lost my keys in the first place.

My neighbor's trampoline hit my car and broke the side mirror of my car off. I'm so glad I went here to get it fixed. Everyone was extremely friendly, supportive, professional, and informative. And they fixed my car so fast! The price was very reasonable; better than expected. 10/10 would recommend.

Went and got a body kit put on the staff was amazing but special shout out to the manger ben he calmed all my worries that I was dealing with from a previous shop that didn't feel confident in the job , very happy with my end result and I highly recommend this shop for any type of body work needs! From day one contact the associates from Fine Line did a great job. Dropped my car off after getting the quote and appointment date. Fine line had my car done in less than a week and it looks brand new. Ben and Misty worked with me after the insurance company made mistakes and delayed payment. Ben the manager and the rest of the staff were very friendly. I had my front bumper smooth out and painted on my suv. It looks like a new bumper. I would recommend them.Oh I forgot to mention Misty she was great.The service was excellent.

These people have the best customer service. They make you feel at ease. I feel I've known them a while, even though, I just met them. Accidents and repairs are stressful, but, they lead you through it with no stress. Misty was great. I like her smile and how she interacts with people. All the ones I encountered here were like that. Great place.
