Thank you Fine Line Auto Body. Thank you Cassie and Terrance. You give superb customer service. Cassie made sure I received my estimate and answered all my questions to my satisfaction Terrence transported me home and assisted whenever I asked about something I needed. The entire team assisted from beginning to end. They assisted with car rental and Enterprise provided the rental right to the shops front door. The repair of my vehicle looks great! I received everything I asked for. FineLine you go above and beyond, therefore I recommend your services to the public. 😊

Terrance and Carrie are awesome, if we ever have anything happen to our vehicles I'm specifically going to the Fine Line Shop they work at over any closer location hands down, our car is 11 years old and looks damn near brand new, they even threw in a couple sweeteners and patched a couple other areas that needed looked at. Moral of the story, highly recommend this shop and these awesome individuals that work here 👍🏻

Did a terrible job in a front end job for my car had me come to the shop told me my car was ready had me pay and after that they told me the bumper did not fit properly on my car but they had to put it on to let the insurance company see it did not fit they claimed they would get a new bumper on in a few days and change it out they have not done that it yet been over a week

I had scraped up against a yellow pole and it had transferred onto my car. I wasn’t sure if it was just paint transfer, dented, scratched or what. I called a few other places and they were just rude on the phone up front! Carrie was super nice and transferred me to Terrance. He told me to come on in, a HOUR before close and he would let me know what all I would need. He told me it did dent it a bit, and there were some scratches, I said I wasn’t worried about that right now, just want the eye sore yellow gone! He had it all off and done within 15 mins! I will be going back to get the dents and scratches out, once I have more time to drop it off! Both Terrance and Carrie were understanding and very helpful! This will be my body shop going forward!

This business has well earned my 5 star review! From the first phone call they were professional, organized, and my advocate. They did NOT back down to my insurance company and made sure my Honda Pilot was correctly repaired. Carrie was amazing and made sure my car was returned in a timely manner! If you need your car repaired, tell them Carolyn sent you!! 💯👍🏼

I cannot say THANK YOU enough to Fine Line Auto Body on S High. Carrie, the manager, she is AMAZING. I was in an accident and she got me in immediately and got me taken care of, providing the absolute best customer service and just empathy for me as I was going through a lot of stress and anxiety. She went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. This entire shop is full of dedicated, competent, professional staff and I’m just thankful to them for them coming to my rescue at a time I really needed it. The best and only place I will take any of my vehicles to from now on. Carrie was the best and we didn’t have to do much and she took care of everything. Ever get in an accident please get ahold of them my van was hit parked and was some good damage and now you can’t even tell thank you fine line auto body and a big shout out to CARRIE YOUR THE BEST!!!

I had a car repaired at Fine Line Auto Body South High. I am fully satisfied with the job they did and would highly recommend them. They turned the car around in 13 days which was much quicker than I expected. The paint job on the repair matched perfectly. They delivered the car cleaned inside and out. Terrence and Carrie were open and friendly throughout the entire repair time. It also helped that they covered 20% of my deductible. I hope I don't have a future need but if I do, I would certainly use them again.

I have used Fine Line Auto Body several times. The have always done a great job. After the work is done, the clear up the car to look like new. The personnel is very helpful and explained the job clearly. I like the fact that they do not use after market products on my car. Very satisfied with the service I get here.

My experience at Fine Line Auto Body on South High Street was very pleasant. All the staff were very helpful and explained step by step the process of the repair/replacement on my vehicle.
