Brought my 2018 Honda Accord here after an accident, and they did an amazing job. The staff was super friendly and upfront about costs, which were way better than other quotes I got. They had my car ready earlier than expected, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Definitely the best local shop from now on. Highly recommend!

One star is a compliment, horrible work runs in the paint, paint flaking off, having to go to another place to have the entire car repainted again the correct way.

These guys are great! Andrea takes care of dealing with the insurance company which takes a load off. The body work was awesome. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will be a repeat customer.

They did a great job on my car. Accidentally, I rubbed the body of my car against the body of another, and one side of my car was damaged. They did a great job fixing it. My car was delivered at the time they promised! Super happy!

Just picked up my twenty year old luxury automobile. The car has done great but the paint died. Firebird totally restored the vehicle. It's beautiful again. I need to replace the crazed headlines of course. The Lincoln looks new. Great job..oh by the way...lifetime warranty on the paint.

This shop was great! They worked with my insurance company, communicated with us through the process, had the work done when they said they would, and the work looks perfect! Will definitely use this shop again if I ever need it! Plus, they were very nice! Really pleased!

Do not let the five star review and pictures fool you!!!!! After having my vehicle there for almost two months looks like the paint was rushed. When I would call and email they would never answer nor get back to me. Their customer service needs a whole lot of improvement. When turning in my vehicle to me there was paint left on my front and back bumper. Tape still on my rim and hood. Paint drips that are very noticeable, chipped paint with stains right at the time of pick up and over all a very disappointing job. The vehicle looks worse in person then in the picture. Then to top it off my lighter leash was broke at the time of pick up. Not sure why someone would be messing with my things so make sure you do not leave anything inside your vehicle.

Very Reliable & Reasonably Priced. Mr. Ali, at the workshop was able to fix my car so well, I couldn't tell there had been a passenger side bumper collision. They were also able to change my break pads, and top up the fuilds. I highly recommend this workshop.

found firebird collision repair on Google & called up there and spoke to the owner Ali for a new bumper after mines got destroyed during an accident & my car looks amazing down to the paint job. 100% recommended , he’s very professional & talented!

He’s very professional and took care of my business accordingly and in a timely manner. Staffs including his Secretary are all professional with an A+ rating. I have been searching for a body and paint mechanic for long time haven’t been able to get someone that matches my interest. Glad that I was referred to firebird and I will be working with them from now onwards. I’ll also be referring my friends & family members to firebirds.
