I bought a 5000 dollar buick that looked good but everything was rigged for sale didn't even drive for 3 months and now cost 1800 to fix it I got ripped off i wish you would make it right if you care about your customers!!

I would recommend this place, excellent service. Mike super nice and so knowledgeable y para esos que no hablan inglés, también tienen a una persona que habla español. Se los recomiendo muy buena servicio a un precio razonable

I had a brand new radiator which needed to be installed on my wheelchair van, the mechanics here were awesome! They fixed it speedily and kept me up to date. Their work was great and they were well worth going to. I have been to a couple of other places here in Bristol, but the work done was always shoddy and ended up having more issues as well as too much expenses paid. Not with these lovely people! I’d recommend them to all. Thank you Firehouse Motors!🙏🏼

Bought a honda for my daughter. Was an older car so I knew it wouldnt be perfect. First week of having it had to replace the thermostat then transmission went out within the first 5 months. Now I have an expensive yard ornament.

Bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza from here in December 2022 just for the transmission to go out not even 5,000 miles later when the car only has 108,000 miles on it. Had a 6 month warranty but was told last month in June it’s expired even though we called ASE and was told there wasn’t a current or previous warranty on the car. By far the worse experience I’ve ever had

My husband bought a harley davidson from the owner and his wife. They wouldn't negotiate on the price any because they had all these extras they were letting go with the motorcycle. Almost a year later and we still can't get the manual, second key the paint code, or any of those extras. Everytime we call or text they act like it's a problem. They definitely must not want to sell you more then one vehicle. We just want what was promised to us because we did what we promised

Took a impala to have a 400.00 dollar solenoid put in transmission Tony and his mechanic drove my personal car 234 miles and used for personal use and after paying them 400.00 dollars they deliveted and car won't pull out its tracks he said he would pick up car never showed so I would consider shotty work and would suggest no one use them for mechanics 400.p.o. Dollars
