This shop is a very customer friendly shop. We agreed on a price firm when it came to replacing my tires, Freddy was very straight to business while also maintaining his customers happiness and making me feel comfortable. He did not try to push more charges on me or suggest things that were fine. I told him I needed my tires replaced and that’s what he did. When I came in my car was on a flat and a spare. Freddy and his team even went above and beyond even putting my spare and my tools back where they go to save me the trouble. I do recommend this shop and will be coming back with my other cars soon

I only come to Freddy's shop for any repairs I need on my car. I purchased my car and he gave me the ok ( that it was good) since I had a couple days to return the car. But I kept it and he has since been the only shop to work on it. I just recently changed my oil at Valvoline, but I should've brought it here since I needed my tires rotated too. I don't mind spending my money here as they are very honest and explain what needs to be done. The waiting area is neat, coffee and cookies are offered. The sofa is comfy, I've watched movies and done homework while I waited. Highly recommend to others!

I always come here for my oil changes. This time I had bigger issue with my car in which they were able to fix the same day. I would highly recommend. Gracias Freddy and staff!

Freddy's the best mechanic I know. He's honest, does great work, and is an expert in his field. I trust him with my cars more than any dealership. You should definitely take your car to him. Highly recommended shop in the area.

I have been coming here for 4 years. I live 40 mins away but this is my go to for my oil change. The waiting room is comfy and there’s snacks and coffee and tv!

My car was making noise and my brakes needed work and they were able to get everything done same day. A few months ago, a mechanic at a different company (that I didn't really trust) told me I urgently needed a sway bar replaced. But when I took my car to Firestone now for the brakes, I also told them what my previous mechanic said, and they double checked the sway bar and told me, as I suspected, that the sway bar was fine and did not need replacing. Will be back again. They're honest and efficient. They always do a good job keeping me informed of car progress and are honest about recommended service. Great job all around! I wish every shop was like this one.

2014 dodge durango rt went in for motor mounts 5 days and 1800 dollars later came out with front end damage over 2000 in damages and they will not even help pay for damages done while under their care 😢 hopefully thus helps people make up their minds good work but dose the cost out way the services is the question the answer is no they damaged my front bumper offered to screw it in place not happy with damages done to my car!!!!!

Firestone on Pulaski has been my go to local shop since 2017 for all my vehicle services and needs. I stopped by yesterday for a tire replacement and was in/out no problem. I brought my vehicle to this place thinking the worst because I had so many problems with mechanics just recently.I lived in Oak Forest and had a good mechanic but moved over here it was to far to travel so I took a chance with Freddy and let me tell you he knows what he is doing and total professional in what he does. My 2016 Ford explorer had a engine light on he fixed it and put a new Led headlight on my car and I have no problems at all price was far for what he did.He even ordered me and my wife a uber to go home and he had a uber pick us up I don't know any local mechanics that do that so Freddy has a new customer . I will be back to get to what I need done. Thank You freddy for all you did.You went above and beyond .

I checked the tire and said that I couldn't mend the tire that forced you to change it. I said I couldn't mend it and charged me 30 for changing the spare tire.

Mujeres tengan cuidado! Parece que Freddy esta para ayudar a uno, pero esta ya es la 3ra ves que voy a su taller y solo esta para abusar del bolsillo y la confianza de uno. El trabajo que hace es mediocre y cobra mucho. Las llantas que me vendio segun el son de las de mejor calidad, las mas caras, y supuestamente con garantia hasta las 70mil millas. La primera se poncho a los 8 meses y dijo que no se podia arreglar que porque "alguien" le habia metido un cuchillo, por el lado de adentro de la llanta, mentiras se poncho con un "pothole" de las calles de chicago. Me queria cobrar $280 por una sola llanta aunque acababa de pagar mas de $1200 por las 4. Le dije que no podia y me dio el descuento a $170+ por una sola llanta. Ahora, al segundo año, se desgarro otra por corriente, y no quiso honrar la garantia que porque no le hice el alignment al carro al segundo año y no le hice la roatcion a las llantas 8 veces en estos 2 años. Me dijo que ya tenia que volver a comprar las 4 llantas nuevas, aunque todavia les sobran otra 20,000 millas de vida y que la suspensión no servia y un strut estaba mal. Como vi que no era hombre de honor lo lleve a otro taller, para una segunda opinión. Me dijeron que las llantas Firestone eran de las mas corrientes, y que ese era el problema. Lo lleve a otro taller, para hacer todo el trabajo que Freddy me recomendo, y me dijeron que solo necesitaba una sola llanta. La suspensión no tenia problemas, los amartiguadores estaban bien todavia, las otras 3 llantas todavian estaban bien por otro vien rato y aunque les pedi el alignment, me dijeron que en realidad no lo necesitaba, pero por mi petición se lo hiban hacer. Les pedi la rotacion de las llantas y me dijeron que enstaban en el mejor lugar posible ya que las mas nuevas estaba adelante y las otras dos más usadas atras. Creo que soy una persona justa y soy cliente fiel de los que proveen buen servicio y cuidan a sus clientes. Pero cuando siento que se aprovechan de mi, a la primera les doy el beneficio de la duda, a la segunda me enseñan en realidad quienes son. Pero conmigo no habra una tercera vez. Regrese para ver lo de la garantia, pero ya que vi que en lugar de ayudar, para el era una oportunidad de volver a aprovecharse mejor me fui. Ahora que lo comprobe con otras 3 peronas y talleres, e decidido dejar este mensaje. Temen sus precauciones.

Service is always professional and courteous I always feel comfortable getting any work done here. I work about 300 miles north from this location and have many options to choose from.staff are trustworthy and respectful. just remember good service is not cheap. And cheap service is not good don’t come here if you are looking for alley mechanic prices.
