3/22/18 Excellent place- service and professionalism is outstanding. Fast and very good. I’ve taken my vehicles to the Cadillac dealership and they don’t compare to Firestone on Paseo. Had an appointment with them at 9 showed up 10 minutes early. The doors are locked and no one is here. I saw 10 people go up and try that door and leave. Their website says open at 7. Very disappointed.

No le daría ni una estrella pero es obligatorio, acabo de ir después de una semana que arreglaron mi carro porque está presentando problemas que no tenía cuando lo lleve o sea que me lo arruinaron !!! Y no me dieron ninguna solución a parte me querían cobrar $800 y un poco mas de los $700 que ya había pagado!!! Me parece una falta de respeto y profesionalismo, si no saben trabajar no lo hagan, les recomiendo que aquí no arreglen sus carros, yo en vez de ver mejoría lo que veo es que mi carro ahora mismo es mas propenso a tener un accidente que cuando lo llevé a reparar!!!

Made appointment, Firestone completed the work in the amount of time they anticipated. Fixed several issues with me car. Caught a lose bolt that fix one issue.

Make sure to check your oil level after an oil change. the manager had to add an extra quart after I picked up my car, tech did not add enough oil.

Came in to do a basic courtesy check on Sunday. They said they were busy- but would still have time to do it and I left with everything being "Checked and Acceptable" as listed on my receipt. On Tuesday evening, I was unable to start my car because my battery was at 0.06 volts and had no water in it. Lack of time management (and potentially dishonesty) could've led to a huge disaster. Feel like another woman taken advantage of at a mechanic. Very disappointed and frustrated.

We've used Firestone for servicing in 3 different states for our 3 vehicles but Manager Michael and his techs are by far the best! The location at Paseo del Norte & Wyoming delivers maintenance, repair and preventive servicing that leaves no doubt in our minds, when we take our vehicles home, we will not have to return again for further adjustments or fixes. When Michael and his techs do a job, they do it completely, professionally and with wonderful customer service! No wonder they have a full lot and garage, the word is getting out but hey, positive feedback is deserved for this crew and location! You've got another loyal customer here!

They told me 6 months ago I had to get my brakes rotated resurfaced or “turned” and I was charged $100 for that evaluation. Then I came back asked them to do the work that was recommended 6 months ago and they told me my brakes were fine and that the rotors were good. I was charged $100 for that because it was an inspection service. 8 months ago I had a part replaced because it was tearing through my belts. They replaced it but did not replace the belt with a new one even though I was charged for it. To say the very least I’m very disappointed with this company.

Beware bait and switch on prices quoted. Online Firestone quotes $129 for a one-time alignment for a GMC Acadia SLT and $239 for a lifetime alignment. Not until you get to the shop are you told that the one-time alignment is really $165 and the lifetime is $307. That's because they add a $20 steering assist fee and about $25.00 in "shop fees," which are not specified in the advertisement. Before you go in, call to confirm complete pricing and do not trust what they quote online.

I brought my car in for 4 new tires as I was told by another tire place (in Moab UT) they needed to be replaced a.s.a.p. It turned out they are fine and have significant life left. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the techs. They could have gone ahead and put new tires on, charged me and I wouldn't have known any different. Thank you for saving me over $500 as I am on a fixed limited income.

Thank you to the Paseo/Wyoming location for actually fixing the problem I had with tires I purchased at a different location in Albuquerque. Estevan and his staff were terrific! That location is my new “go to”. They listened to my problem and and what I thought was going on as to why the other locations were not able to fix the problem (neither the location on Montgomery/Eubank, where I purchased them, nor the Menaul/Louisiana location were able to correct the imbalance issue after a total of 5 tries). Estevan and his crew fixed it the first time, and he insisted (in a good way) on going on a test drive with me to ensure it was resolved. It was. We took it up to 85 MPH, and it rode great (finally)! It was great to travel yesterday on properly balanced tires for the first time in 3 weeks since I had purchased them, they had rode horribly at speeds above 45 MPH. Now it rides great! I took it up to 100 MPH yesterday to test! It was great! Now I can say I love the tires (Firestone Destination for trucks). Thnx Estevan and staff!!!

Crooks at this location tried to tell me my rotors went bad before my brakes… the mechanic in my family double checked and yeah blatant lie cash grab. Thankfully the rotors were able to be sent back with full return to place we purchased them from.

The folks at this Firestone are amazing!!! I needed a new alternator. Even though they were booked they told me to bring in my Hyundai just in case there was a cancelation. 4 hours later they called to let me know the new alternator was installed and my Hyundai was good as new. Esteban and the staff were extremely considerate and kind. Honestly, I was so touched by Esteban's authentic humanness. It's getting rare to be treated with such a real hometown professionalism anymore these days. I find a forced concern, because of current human resources training...as though one cares, but I know the difference. This was a rare experience for me to have someone be authentic, because they still know what it's like to care correctly.

Nesto, Jared and Mikey are a good team. they've been keep our vehicles on the road for the last 15 years!
