Came in to do a basic courtesy check on Sunday. They said they were busy- but would still have time to do it and I left with everything being "Checked and Acceptable" as listed on my receipt. On Tuesday evening, I was unable to start my car because my battery was at 0.06 volts and had no water in it. Lack of time management (and potentially dishonesty) could've led to a huge disaster. Feel like another woman taken advantage of at a mechanic. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I had a tire that needed air. I wish I got the young man's name. He put the air and put a new valve steam. It was losing air from that. There is no charge. Thank you again!!

We've used Firestone for servicing in 3 different states for our 3 vehicles but Manager Michael and his techs are by far the best! The location at Paseo del Norte & Wyoming delivers maintenance, repair and preventive servicing that leaves no doubt in our minds, when we take our vehicles home, we will not have to return again for further adjustments or fixes. When Michael and his techs do a job, they do it completely, professionally and with wonderful customer service! No wonder they have a full lot and garage, the word is getting out but hey, positive feedback is deserved for this crew and location! You've got another loyal customer here!

Beware bait and switch on prices quoted. Online Firestone quotes $129 for a one-time alignment for a GMC Acadia SLT and $239 for a lifetime alignment. Not until you get to the shop are you told that the one-time alignment is really $165 and the lifetime is $307. That's because they add a $20 steering assist fee and about $25.00 in "shop fees," which are not specified in the advertisement. Before you go in, call to confirm complete pricing and do not trust what they quote online.

They told me 6 months ago I had to get my brakes rotated resurfaced or “turned” and I was charged $100 for that evaluation. Then I came back asked them to do the work that was recommended 6 months ago and they told me my brakes were fine and that the rotors were good. I was charged $100 for that because it was an inspection service. 8 months ago I had a part replaced because it was tearing through my belts. They replaced it but did not replace the belt with a new one even though I was charged for it. To say the very least I’m very disappointed with this company.

I brought my car in for 4 new tires as I was told by another tire place (in Moab UT) they needed to be replaced a.s.a.p. It turned out they are fine and have significant life left. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the techs. They could have gone ahead and put new tires on, charged me and I wouldn't have known any different. Thank you for saving me over $500 as I am on a fixed limited income.

Thank you to the Paseo/Wyoming location for actually fixing the problem I had with tires I purchased at a different location in Albuquerque. Estevan and his staff were terrific! That location is my new “go to”. They listened to my problem and and what I thought was going on as to why the other locations were not able to fix the problem (neither the location on Montgomery/Eubank, where I purchased them, nor the Menaul/Louisiana location were able to correct the imbalance issue after a total of 5 tries). Estevan and his crew fixed it the first time, and he insisted (in a good way) on going on a test drive with me to ensure it was resolved. It was. We took it up to 85 MPH, and it rode great (finally)! It was great to travel yesterday on properly balanced tires for the first time in 3 weeks since I had purchased them, they had rode horribly at speeds above 45 MPH. Now it rides great! I took it up to 100 MPH yesterday to test! It was great! Now I can say I love the tires (Firestone Destination for trucks). Thnx Estevan and staff!!!

Crooks at this location tried to tell me my rotors went bad before my brakes… the mechanic in my family double checked and yeah blatant lie cash grab. Thankfully the rotors were able to be sent back with full return to place we purchased them from.

Did you good job taking care of your car and they let you know if there is gonna be any added work? And you everything there all in one place. That’s why I like about them one stop shop for everything because some places only do tires and do oil changes only but they do everything.

The folks at this Firestone are amazing!!! I needed a new alternator. Even though they were booked they told me to bring in my Hyundai just in case there was a cancelation. 4 hours later they called to let me know the new alternator was installed and my Hyundai was good as new. Esteban and the staff were extremely considerate and kind. Honestly, I was so touched by Esteban's authentic humanness. It's getting rare to be treated with such a real hometown professionalism anymore these days. I find a forced concern, because of current human resources training...as though one cares, but I know the difference. This was a rare experience for me to have someone be authentic, because they still know what it's like to care correctly.

3/22/18 Excellent place- service and professionalism is outstanding. Fast and very good. I’ve taken my vehicles to the Cadillac dealership and they don’t compare to Firestone on Paseo. Got an alignment on my 2022 Ram TRX after I found my front tires wearing abnormally, the truck only has 10k miles. Firestone performed an alignment and I got the tires rotated. The "manager" said my shocks were probably bad... Just a few days later the tires were cupping at a faster rate than before. I brought it to the Dealership and they checked everything out. The dealership said there was nothing wrong with the shocks, but that the Toe, Camber, and Caster were all out on the front alignment. I had gotten the alignment from Firestone 3 days prior so my guess is they screwed up the alignment. When I went back and asked for a refund because I had to pay for another alignment at the dealership I was told that they had to request it from the regional rep. I have not heard anything from them and it has been 2 months. The arrogance of the manager was really offputing, and he is the one that told me my shocks were bad.

I made an appointment to have a slow leak (nail in tire) repaired. I arrive 5 minutes before my appointment time. Forty minutes after my appointment time my car had still not been touched. I got my keys and left. Apparently appointment times mean nothing. I've used Firestone for new tires multiple times. No more.

Requested an appointment through the Firestone App, based on the day and available time : Friday 9/7/23 @ 11am. I walk in the store, the manager says hello and I say hello back, then stares at me before asking could help me. I told him I had an appointment for 11am. He looked and could not find until he asked for my phone number. He says he needed to look at the online appointments, then he says my appointment is for Wednesday, September 13th. He says you should have gotten an email, I told him I didn’t receive an email. He says there was nothing I can do except keep my appointment on the 13th. As I am leaving the store and he taps on the computer is when I received an email for an appointment on the 13th. ??? If I had known I would be treated like this I would have went to another Firestone or another store that will accommodate my request and my payment
