Like someone else mentioned. Don’t bother making an appointment. I set an appointment for 7am and dropped it right off right on time but they kept it for a day and a half. What was the point of setting an appointment? All I needed was a diagnostic. Not even into repairs yet. Then when I picked it up I got no documentation of the diagnostic. It was explained over the phone but I wanted a write up so I could understand and do my own research. The girl said she couldn’t do it but I could take a picture of the tablet with the mechanics notes. Like…what? Real professional. I then asked if they could do the repairs what a rough cost estimate would be and how long it could take. All I got was, with the relearn it could be a while…” nothing else. I felt like I was pulling teeth so I just got out of there. Tell me something, like you can’t or won’t do the repairs. Or advise me on where I should go for what I need. I’m not a car professional. I’m going trusting your expertise. I shouldn’t feel like I’m trying to get secret information from you. But whatever repairs need to be done you can bet I won’t be going back to this Firestone for them.

Had a Facebook coupon for a synthetic oil change. I did see it was for 5 qts of oil. I knew I was going to have to pay for 2 more qts. But dame $16 50 per qt wow I ended up just finding another at a dealership and paid even less for all 7 qts. Do your research.

I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived before the scheduled time. When I arrived there was one one l other person in the lobby. I was told my car would be next. After waiting an hour and a half, my car had not been moved to a bay. When I asked the employee if they had gotten to my car yet, he said "I guess not." So I asked for my keys and left. Of you cannot honor an appointment or if you are understaffed and a simple service will take longer than expected, the customer should be made aware so they can decide for themselves if it is worth the wait.

Brought the car in because of a blown tire. Not complaining about anything with their service. While on the lift, an air hose broke and began beating the side of the car. Employee up front said it wasn't hitting the car. I told her it was. Noticed that same employee and another looking at the driver side of the car. She came in and said " let's get you cashed out". I Asked about the car and she said there was no damage because the hoses are soft and orange so they're was just "dust" on it. I said we'd have to check and she let me know the other employee was trying to clean it off. Went over where they tried to wash it off and took pictures. Damage to the front quarter panel. Let them know that they should have told us about the damage and let them know they were trying to hide what happened. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow because I wasn't allowed to have the GM's name or number.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment here - it will not be honored. I tried scheduling an appointment three separate times and each time, it was canceled and rescheduled. I spent 4 hours split between 2 separate visits waiting FOR AN OIL CHANGE. The first time, my vehicle had not been moved to a bay after 2 hours of waiting. I asked for my keys back andd left because I had an appointment. The second time, it was an hour before my car was moved to a bay. If you do decide to receive service here, know that you will sit in a very dirty waiting room on chairs with upholstery is so worn down, the stuffing is leaking out. You will watch management tell people with nails in their tires to come back next week. You will watch other people who have appointments be turned away because they are behind. You may be told that the only technician available to do the service on your car is out of town until next week, even though someone went ahead and scheduled you for today. I witnessed every one of these things while waiting 4 hours for my oil change. I will not be returning to this Firestone so long as it is managed so poorly.

I had a flat and couldn't safely get anywhere, so I stopped here. I asked for some air to hopefully get me somewhere, but after that didn't work, someone helped me change my tire to the spare for no charge! Thank you Cedric for getting my spare on so I could safely get home :)

It was easy to book an appointment online. The day of the appointment, Joseph was friendly and helpful. There was good WiFi in the lobby so I could get some work done while I waited. The price was fair and the service was quick. A very good experience overall!

Service was great, but the female in the front who checked us in had a very salty attitude for no apparent reason, I didn't appreciate that. The tires were installed and balanced well and in a reasonable time.

They scheduled an appointment for me to do a tire rotation at 10am and they technician doesn't come in until 11. They always have excuses for staffing. Absolutely unprofessional and will never come to this location again.

Brought in my Honda because of warning sign displayed on dashboard. A dishonest mechanic might have fabricated an expensive repair needed. Instead Firestone found I just needed an oil change. 😁

I am the type of person that prefers to do repair work on my car in my garage myself and would never usually take my car to a shop. However, on one of the hottest weeks of the year I found myself on a cross country road trip with a blown radiator. Thankfully we noticed after stopping for lunch and coming out to a big puddle still dripping from under the car. We limped the car into the nearest shop (which happened to be this Firestone) and I thought for sure there was no way we were making our hotel reservations in Flagstaff, Arizona (4.5 hours away) that evening. I can say without a doubt that these people are not here to take advantage of someone. They were in constant communication about the repairs and we were in a vulnerable position with little to no options. Renee and her team went above and beyond to get us back on the road the very same day and we cannot thank them enough. After 3500 more miles, all the way to the Pacific Ocean and back to the Eastern US, everything went smoothly! Thank you all again for assisting some very tired and weary travelers.

I've always had great experiences and service through Firestone. They inform of additional problems before working on your car to get approval. Firestone on coors has been awesome. The store manager Renee is very kind and welcoming to all. All the techs do great work. I highly recommend for quality service and affordable pricing.

Made an appointment because I can only be out for short times due to health. I don't think it mattered. 2.5 hours later for an oil change. Could use some improvements with that. I wasn't pushy, but next time, I may rethink how I do this. I get it, you're busy, not enough help...

This company is a joke and the manager is terrible you make an appointment at 11:00 you get there at 10:45 you come back two and a half hours later and they haven't even touched your vehicle or even communicated with you that they were running behind then they tell you you're the next vehicle which will be another hour and a half this company is a joke appointments are suggestions they told me they're not committed to don't do no business with this company

I took my vehicle a Toyota Prius V to fire stone on quail. I brought the car in at 8 o’clock like I was told . The previous person I spoke to wasn’t there. It was another woman who might believe now is the manager Renee. I told her what I was there for, and I told her the price had been quoted and she told me no no no that’s wrong. You were given the wrong information so I said OK fine so I told her other person said my car would be ready within two hours. No no way my car at 8 AM. They called me around two after that. It was ready. I was at work. Couldn’t leave work. Didn’t have a ride to get back to get my car when I finally got a ride to back to get my car. I picked up my car at 5 PM back to work when I got back in the car when I was going to go home from work I noticed a crack in my windshield before 5 inches long. It’s close to the windshield wiper that was not there so I called and spoke to the manager Renee right away she started on me , I took the car back Friday morning, which is today the 16th and she took a picture of it. I asked her if I could get the name and number of the owner and she didn’t wanna give it to me so I asked how long it was gonna take I needed to get this fixed and she didn’t respond. I will continue to post reviews on this website till my car gets fixed. I will also call Better Business Bureau if anybody knows who owns this fire stone on Quail course please let me know. The manager there needs to learn customer service .

I had my vehicle towed in for a diagnostic because the engine wouldn't start. I was called later by a representative that told me the auxiliary battery was connected incorrectly and that solved the issue by connecting it properly. I went into the store shortly after to an empty lobby. There was no one at the front two desks. I wasn't acknowledged by anyone for over five minutes despite there being a worker visibly sitting at a desk in the mechanic area. I eventually paid the $140 for the diagnostic. When I turned on my car a check engine light appeared which was not there before. I went back inside and informed the rep of the issue. He asked one of the technicians to run another scan. The technician informed me that his computer showed that there was an issue with one of the oxygen sensors. I asked him what the next step was and he told me that he would need to run an whole other diagnostic to determine the issue. At that point I was exhausted so I went home. The following day I called in and asked the representative if they could complete the inspection and I was told that I would have to pay for an additional diagnostic fee because the original diagnostic did not cover the issue. My experience with this Firestone made me feel like they wanted to do the bare minimum in all regards. The customer service was poor and my issue was not resolved. Be wary of this Firestone as it seems like they were out to nickel and dime me to run a simple diagnostic.

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the management at this Firestone. I bought a set of tires from them. They were short handed at the time but went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. Great job!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service this time. I dropped of my car off on time for my appointment. It was a simple oil change that should have been in and out. I waited over 4 hours, and after four hours I learned it won’t be worked on today. Come one that’s just not cool. I get you may be understaffed, but if you are, cancel appointments. Hell I’d let you cancel mine if it meant some poor person doesn’t have to wait all day for a simple thing. I will always come here for tires but never ever again for anything else. I’m sorry but I’m truly disappointed with the service.

My buddy and I were traveling through the area on a road trip when our car battery and alternator went out. It was almost closing time and we would’ve been stranded in New Mexico without a car or a place to stay but Firestone decided to take us in work on our car past operating hours. Very kind and helpful crew.

I chose Firestone for the $29.00 Quaker State Oil Change deal!!!!! I was able to reserve a time on-line from home. I was greeted cordially and check-in was easy-peasy! Ditto for checkout! Clean waiting room. Appreciated the emailed details and recommendations of what needs attention now and at 60,000 mi.
