Laura and daniel were very accommodating and actually helped me save some serious money for a complete strut replacement and 4 new tires. I checked around before i went to firestone and the price for my struts was about 500 dollars higher at other places. They made me aware of deals going i didnt know about and I was very impressed with the work as i could immediately tell the difference in how my car drove after leaving. Between the work, the price, and the integrity of the technicians i will be making this particular firestone my go to for any future auto needs.

Bought a vehicle recently (2018 Nissan Rogue) that was still under the limited warranty. A part fell off and I brought it to the Carlisle location. Daniel processed the claim for me, making sure everything was looked at and paid for under the warranty. Noel was the technician that worked on it. My car was noisy when I drove it home from the dealership which is how we found the part (sound damper) that fell off but now it runs like a brand new car. Amazing customer service, going above and beyond. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys 😊

I have spent many hours in this Firestone waiting room for a number of issues. I am here today for what should amount to a simple check/fix of a front wheel vibration on a NEW set of Firestone tires. Today is my third visit to resolve this slight but annoying and tire damaging issue… Not sure in my history here (new tires with vibration, great and expensive a/c compressor, alternator/battery work…that an ‘appointment’ means much. Today, I am told I had to pay for a full inspection/rotation to see about why previous two visits have not solved problem with new Firestone tires. After thinking about a two hour wait to accomplish this, I have canceled and will re-schedule as these are new Firestone’ tires with the problem. I am ‘loyal’ to this store, however I can no longer recommend it if you are a new customer looking for service or a tire purchase.

I went to this Firestone in late August. I took my car in for an oil change appointment at 10am, and they told me it’d be an hour. I was not able to leave until 2pm, and I had to come back an hour later because they didn’t screw something back on right and the bottom of my car was scraping the road. Then, while at my BIRTHDAY DINNER they called me to come back because they forgot yet another screw. When I arrived, the manager (some blonde lady with a pixie cut) gave me attitude and basically said “what do you want now”. When I informed her that I was asked to return by an employee, she was still very rude. At the end, she did give me a “coupon” (business card she wrote “free oil change” on) that probably would’ve have even been accepted later. I was going to let this all go, but my light came on saying I needed an oil change a month later, which I thought was odd. I took it somewhere else obviously and the mechanic informed me whoever had done my last oil change didn’t bother to screw the filter or whatever back on right, and I was leaking oil. He said it was so bad my engine would’ve blown if I hadn’t gone when I did. I’ve never been so disappointed with a service, and they almost ruined a car that I am still making payments on. Do not ever go here for ANYTHING.

Best Firestone location- they always take care of my car and me. They really do care about their customers at this location. I have taken my cars there since 2014 to have work done. I am always treated with respect and they are very informative, always standing behind their work.

Danny and Noel are the best. We were traveling on I-40 when the tire started making noise and vibrating. Danny and Noel took care of the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend this Firestone location

The folks at this Firestone in Albuquerque, particularly Laura, were so very helpful. My car started making concerning noises during a cross-country move, and not only were they able to get my alternator replaced in a day, they were able to work with my last mechanic a few states over to get the new part covered via warranty. Thanks to the speed and quality of this team, I can start my new job on time and didn't have to spend extra money on a hotel or anything. I am extremely grateful to Laura and the rest of the team.

I came in for an alignment that I already knew I needed, but was told I needed an inspection before an alignment was done. So I was charged extra for the inspection. After the alignment was done, I was told it couldn't be fully completed because of a suspension issue. So I paid over $150 for an incomplete alignment. When I was given my vehicle back, I was told I had a bad battery and other issues with my heating and cooling system, ignition, and brakes. I was not convinced that these issues were apparent and sought out a second opinion. I was later told by another reputable company that my battery, cooling system, and ignition were all fine and cleared testing standards. And was also given a better quote for brake installation. I waited 20 minutes for the person at the front desk to help me and it was literally me and one other person inside. I waited over 5 hours for a simple alignment to be done, and another 15 minutes to get my keys back when picking up vehicle. I don't appreciate that Firestone charged me for an unnecessary inspection, then misdiagnosed certain things and wasn't able to give me a fair price on brake replacement. I will stick to only tire related services, if any, from now on.

HONEST MECHANICS. EXCELLENT EMERGENCY CARE thanks to LAURA and NOEL. .. So grateful for this team! As a solo traveler with two dogs, my vehicle had wacky electrical issues in the desert 3 hrs. from ABQ ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. .. I limped to this location by chance after a competitor said I needed an expensive alternator. Ugh. Frankly, I was very nervous and concerned that I'd get ripped off. .. Nope. Service Manager, Laura, kindly listened and consulted with her mechanics. Noel had my van on the rack to diagnose it thoroughly within an hour. He explained that an added plugged-in device was causing my alternator to keep resetting, thus the scary electrical symptoms. .. No new alternator or battery needed. Rare Honesty. .. 'Drive home safe, ma'am' and I made it the 9 hrs. home fine. .. DO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION? YOU BET. Schedule with confidence.

We had an issue with our cars AC travelling through the city and needed it looked at on a Sunday. Thankfully, Daniel picked up and said he had a technician avaiable and it could take about 4 hours. We dropped off the car and ultimately it took 6 hours, but they were honest, apologetic, and responsive. The difference was when the car finally got it, they were able to resolve my issue almost immediately and without any additional work needed to be done. I highly recommend this location and Daniel specifically. He made the experience better than I thought and a day later, the car is working great. Also, his prices were really fair and he made it a priority to try to get me out the door as he knew we were driving.

Eddie I know you thought you got away with your shady service you performed on my car. All I needed was a battery. This guy told me my 2018 Infiniti q50 was trash and that I should get rid of it. I’ve never had an issue with this car ever (purchased brand new so I knew it was a lie.) The car was left for 3 weeks at the airport. When I returned it wouldn’t start. Simple fix right? Once I started feeling uncomfortable with Eddie and what he trying to do. I contacted a transport service to take my car back home to Atlanta with trusted mechanics. This pissed Eddie off. Eddie told me my car had no electricity period so i wouldn’t be able to get it up on to a transport vehicle. I asked to get items out the car and that it be parked outside. I told him I wouldn’t leave until I had my keys and the car was parked outside. Eddie had a tantrum and started throwing things. He eventually went and got a machine and jumped my car and let my windows up!!!!!!! There is so much more to this complaint. Missing parts off my car. My steering wheel was left upside down, car violently shaking. I’ve already contacted corporate and next will be my attorney. There’s so much more. I believe Eddie saw a nice looking vehicle from a desperate out of town black woman and thought he would charge me a fortune and I also believe he was hoping I would have no option but to pay or leave the car with him. Jokes on you and shame on you Eddie!

I went to this Firestone after a flat last week with the full intention of getting all of my tires replaced, but the gentleman who helped me did a full inspection and recommended against it, as the other tires were still in great condition. Considering he could've just made the sale instead, I was very impressed at his integrity. Now that I've got some peace of mind, I will definitely be coming back when the tires do need replacing.

Take your business elsewhere ! They will tell you to go to Walmart down the road anyway . ADAN is very non customer oriented will try to send you away to another company they won’t properly check your tires and let you leave even with a road hazardous tire as long as they don’t have to lift a finger

Used to be my go-to repair shop, but they really dropped the ball recently. I went in because I thought I needed a when bearing, but they said it was my transmission. I went elsewhere, and got my when bearing replaced. Nothing was wrong with the transmission. I went in last week to see how much a purge valve replacement would be. Said they'd call back the next day. Haven't heard from them since. Unfortunately, they've lost my business👎

I went to Firestone with my tires screeching from a long over due and long overlooked attention for my suspension on my 99 dodge durango. I almost was certain going in that a simple alignment would not be able to address my problems. After the inspection by the Firestone technician my fears were confirmed. Although I was not able to repair my durango at the moment, the technician gave my a detailed understanding of what was wrong and what had to be done. Even though I was left with my durango unrepaired due to my own lack of funds, Firestone did give me the inspection at no cost and a list of what I could do to my truck on my own when I was more financially able. This helped me a lot by allowing me to put money I thought I would have to pay on the inspection towards my future repairs. The technicians were very professional, quick on service, and very helpful overall. Thanks to Firestone and their technicians for everything. I will definitely recommend and go back to Firestone myself.
