Day I arrived only the manager was there. No tech’s at work to change a flat tire that was under warranty. Manager was extremely rude, treated me like it was my fault he didn’t have any tech’s. Will never use this location!

First time customer to this location. Very nice indeed. Courteous, friendly and professional. The prices for the tires....well, they are what they are. A person could spend a lifetime trying to find the best cost effective way to care for their car. But if you are looking for a no frills ,no pressure place??? These folks are the go to. I will be returning. Thank you folks at This Firestone.

I brought my truck here for a "Complete Vehicle Inspection" because of a noise I was hearing. After making me reschedule my appointment for 2 days later, they not only failed to identify the noise, but a couple days later it's now worse.

Ive been a Firestone customer for 5 years now. They have an AWD alignment machine and lifts big enough for my truck. Overall Ive had excellent service at this shop and will be a return customer for the foreseeable future.

Have you every had the worst day,and then it turned Into the BEST day. Thanks to Anthony and David they made it the Best Day for my wife and I. We were having the worst luck with getting this blown out tire from the rental car company replaced by other shops,a that the rental car company had sent us to. I pulled into this Firestone, Anthony checked his stock and was able to get the size of tire I needed in a timely fashion, the bays were full of cars all the employees were very busy, Anthony ensured me the he could get this job done today. David was the technician who worked on my rental car, David replaced the tire that looked like it just explored, he also inspected the other tires and ensured there was no hidden damage. Anthony and David ensured me that everything was inspected and I was ready to move on to our next destination working our way back to California. The work ethics that Anthony and David demonstrated were a million to one, I saw other workes who displayed the same standards as Anthony and David. If you live near this Firestone Dealer please give them your business. They have a great team of polite, professional hard workers. 👏 Thank you again, Anthony and David!!

My partner & I were driving from CA to NY with 2 dogs in the car, one just had surgery. We got a flat between Gallup & Albuquerque on a Sunday morning and it was 98 degrees outside. We made it on the drive flat tire to Juan Tabo Firestone, where Lorenzo was at the desk. They managed to fit us in, replace the tire, and get us back on the road within 90 minutes! They were busy and had only two techs working, but they fit us in. They offered us coffee and water while we waited. What a kind and generous crew we found there! I will ALWAYS go to Firestone from now on, no matter where I am.

Driving through on the way to East Coast and woke up to a flat tire. We went to Firestone initially cause it opened the earliest in the area. Walked in (Door was unlocked) to only be greeted by the rudest person who asked what we needed and for us to be told that he had to move and take all the cars down prior to helping/talking to us and it was at minimum going to be 45 mins before we could get help. We chose to find another shop as we were so offput by that interaction. Thanks for making a bad morning even worse. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Keeping a car for 8 days over a car part that costs 150.00 is absurd! The way you have disrupted this household! It shows either there is a high level of incompetence or firestone doesn't pay people, and so they are short-handed. Either way is unacceptable. Do not ever bring your vehicle here.

The guy at the register was rude, and unprofessional. I told him that I the brakes and rotors replaced by a friend but my car shakes when I use the brakes. I was wondering if I can them inspected and figure out where the issue is. His first answer was “take it back to your friend”. I just walked away. I have been customer with firestone for years but not this location. Never going back again for sure!!!

Ive been a happy customer since 2023. There are a few place on Juan tabo work on cars and I was referred by family members to come here. My car has life time alignment so I come here for routine check and oil change. I have not experienced any issues yet. I do booked my appointment online and wait at the store while it's being worked on. I appreciate the communication and all the hard work time spent on my car. 🙏

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I am currently waiting with my car for a tow service to take it to another shop. Jasun, the service manager, told me Sunday evening that - if I got it here Monday morning - they would get to it "within 3 days." Today is day 4 and it has not been touched. The national customer service center said my car is not even in their appointment list, and the desk clerk on-site was not able to prove otherwise. My car will not start, but no one has even popped the hood. They just said "we think it's the wiring" and they would get me in line for a diagnostic. Didn't try a jump, an alternator check, starter, or ignition. They did try to sell me an oil change based on records from my last visit in another state. I will not be back.

Wow. My son dropped off his 2009 honda accord for front brake pads. I asked them to call me with a price. This guy literally just called me and said that will be almost $700. Lol it's a $30 part. So that's what $650 in labor? To change brake pads? Even if it needed new rotors (and it does not) their only $30 a piece brand new. They have the nerve to say we put a $50 coupon on there for you. Wow. Don't waste your money here.

I tried to get my car fixed under my warranty at this Firestone. They had my car for a week, excuses of the part didn't come in & then they strip a screw & couldn't get the job finish. Their tech leaves literally whenever he wants. When I dropped my car off the tech had just left to take his daughter to school. They opened at 8...it was 8:10. I should have left like the lady wanting to getting her oil changed. After they finally returned my car the check gauge light was on! It wasn't like tht when I dropped it off! I went back & was given more excuses. They wanted me leave my car there again, because of course the tech wasn't there. I believe they were just messing with stuff to break it so they can have a claim to fix it. I will be taking my car somewhere else to see how bad they messed my car up. I don't knw if all Firestones are like this but this one absolutely sucks.

This just wasn’t a good experience. Upon making an appointment online that appointment slot was not available so the manager Justin gave me a call to reschedule me in the process of rescheduling, He informs me on what a pain My warranty company is and called them a ““ problem and basically made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even choosing them to fix the car. He stated that going through the warranty company can take a very long time which I was already aware of all I needed was diagnostics before they fixed anything because the warranty company requires that. He then told me my car more than likely wouldn’t be fixed the same day and all of that is just a long process and not to expect much immediately.The warranty on my car that I just bought requires us to go to Firestone or Pep Boys so I went to fire stone. Arriving to firestone I talked with Justin again who informs me of the same negativity that he informed me of on the phone and called my warranty company A problem again . upon running diagnostics, the only thing my car needed was a bulb on the back. Keep in mind that I only went to have diagnostics run on my car nothing fixed yet just diagnostics .I didn’t take any of my credit cards with me because the warranty company under a certain amount of miles being that I just bought it two weeks ago covers everything so I didn’t take any money ,After the diagnostic is done, the diagnostic guy comes out and tells me how much I owe them because they fixed my car without first asking me if I wanted to go ahead and replace the bulb. I call my daughter who sends me my credit card number and I typed it in manually and then I was told I’d be emailed twp receipts for the work that was done and I have yet to received any receipts. They didn’t give me any paper receipts as proof that the work was done. I’m gonna call my warranty company in the morning and make sure that, they legit don’t cover what I was charged for . It wasn’t an ethical and it wasn’t a good visit justin is condescending and and unfortunately I am not the woman that tolerates that so I did clap back at him He replied with a snotty I’m just telling you! The guy that I cashed out was friendly enough and he was the only friendly one inside the building, but I didn’t talk to any other people working on the car so I don’t have any complaints on them.HOWEVER a manager should not behave that way to anyone and you should never discuss a company Just because you don’t like them that’s not a consumers business that’s your business. A customer should always be asked if they want their car fixed before you put them in A bind thank goodness it was only $17.00 bucks . Any further business that I have that requires warranty coverage I’ll take my car anywhere but here. Fortunately, I have credit card proof that they fixed something on my car even though I didn’t get any receipts , he even read the email back to me so there’s no excuse that one was not given or received. Just terrible experience.

Extremely slow!! Only one other vehicle here and still took 2+ hours to do an oil change, atleast 5 people to do both vehicles as well, watched for an hour minimum as they stood between both vehicles doing absolutely nothing, wouldn’t ever recommend this place

The Firestone on Juan Tabo is a nightmare because of the manager, Jason. I had called to check the life time warranty in brake pads I paid for in 2020. He lied and said there is no warranty unless it's specifically written on the receipt but other Firestone employees, in town, assured me it's policy and it's not implicitly stated on the receipt. The Juan Tabo location is more convenient. I scheduled an appointment for brake replacement. Nobody at all was in the shop, early in the morning. Jason sat at his desk for 10 or 15 minutes before bothering to get up and greet. Then like a neanderthal, again, early in the morning, proceeded to argue with me about the appointment not being for anything but an inspection only, AND again, about the brake pads not being something that is a policy on warranty. He was so aggressive and angry over stupid brake pads, it had me shaky and uncomfortable. He couldn't help himself, even arguing in the background while I was on the phone. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there and I would highly recommend avoiding this toxic manager at all cost.

The staff at Firestone on Juan Tabo were very friendly, courteous and patient. They were constantly keeping me updated on any changes to my car. I will definitely keep going to this location specifically for the reasons stated above.

Good mechanics BUT way too overpriced. Wanted to charge $2700 to fix my car. I went elsewhere and got same services for $977. Do not take their word. Take your car elsewhere and get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. I trust firestone mechanics they have fixed my car before but this time the price was exorbitant and ill never return.

I took my newly purchased vehicle with a check engine. These guys went above and beyond checking for any leaks within the old machine and found out that there was a crack and leaking engine coolant. These guys replaced the engine and my turbo. The guys here at Firestone deserve five stars. They go beyond their call of duty if you need help with any repair. Take it to Firestone, and they will treat you right and get it done. They had to deal with the warranty company, which is no light duty. Give these guys a raise. Firestone, from checking in to the guys working on the vehicle, has so much respect for their customers. They did a fantastic job. They had to take the old engine out. I mean, everything out of the vehicle, the car was just a shell, and they put all brand new parts in the vehicle entirely. I got a brand new vehicle from them, and they warranty everything. Thanks, Firestone you’ve got a customer for life here.

The worst experience I've ever had! First I wanted to replace 2 headlight bulbs on my truck and was quoted the price of $ 280 because of labor on my truck. I went immediately to Pep Boys and had them done for $56.00. Then I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for 1pm, I showed up and was told I didn't have an appointment and they couldn't get to me that day. Later at 4 pm I got an appointment confirmation email for 1pm. The front desk person is rude and condescending! A few years ago this was a good shop, don't go there now they are horrible!

Unfriendly staff. Waiting room had no TV on or coffee nor were we offered anything. It felt like a holding cell in a jail.
