Early Sunday morning, while traveling through Albuquerque, I had a flat tire on my vehicle. I found a Firestone tire shop nearby, and they quickly repaired my tire. I was back on the road soon. The team did a great job.

I went to Firestone at 5:36 PM and they said they weren't able to fix my tire. I went right up the street to Discount tire, and they replaced my tire after closing hours. Don't ever go to Firestone on menaul, they don't even care for anyone. Bad service. If discount tire did it, why in the world couldn't Firestone do it? Haters

Been here multiple times. Thought the level of trust was there, but last visit proved to me otherwise. Can't get people to actually give a crap for antyhing unless theyre watching a tiktok or some stupid youtube video. Its not their time and money being wasted. Theyre not the ones who will end up stuck on the side of the road from their bad advice. So, who really cares then if you tell me two totally opposite things that make no sense? Sad state of affairs these days. Honestly.

They are exceedingly friendly and helpful at this location and strive to give honest advice on what needs to be done/when to your vehicle. They seem to take into account your budget and time. They work fast and communicate very well! Thank you!

1. Sold a service that in retrospect I'm not convinced I needed.2. Was not told that the service would require me to be there all day. 3. Was not updated when there were delays.4. Was told they didn't want to ask the technician how long it would take becuase he doesn't like it.5. Many hours later I noticed that no one was even working on my Jeep. Instead, many of the technicians were in the back talking while I watched through the window.6. When I confronted them about this I was told that the technician was working on other vehicles that were more of a priority.7. Keith threw his coworker that was there when I arrived under the bus, saying she gave me false expectations.8. Although it was working when I took the Jeep in for the oil change, now my heater isn't working properly. I suspect that was on purpose since I complained. 9. When I finally was able to leave, almost 7 hours later, they hadn't even reset the sensor saying I needed an oil change and I had to go back inside to get that done.

Poor workmanship and lack of transparency. I had some struts installed. Mechanic lost a bolt and zip tied the brake hose to the bolt hole. ABS line not attached to anything and rubbing against the inside of the wheel. Lazy and dangerous.

The threads on my tire were showing, the menaul location was able to get me in next day. I was greeted by Keith with professionalism and full attention. After explaining what was going on, he grabbed me to discuss recommend actions. After the work was complete, there was some not so good news on my vehicle and the alignment. Keith was upfront, honest, and helped me understand the why behind the partial failure/what work should be completed next on my vehicle. We discussed a care plan and I left feeling confident that my vehicle is safe but needed a serious attention. Bathrooms were clean as well as location. Al thought I didn’t apply, I appreciated Keith recommending any discounts/credit card promotions to drive business and save me money. I was in and out in an hour which might be a record compared to any shop I’ve gone to. Thank you to Keith and the Firestone staff for their professionalism and commitment to ensuring auto care/customer service is done the right way the first time.

these people are so chill and also so very professional. they are transparent and never try to push or trick me. I've had various work done overtime and it's always high-quality. the manager, she is always friendly and fair. And Keith is just a goldmine of mechanical professionalism! Keeping my Camaro in top shape thank you again guys

I paid almost 2000 dollars and still my car not fixed they gave it back and still doing same thing I called and asked d 4 help 2 get it going and still haven't got a reply Sam the receptionist was rude and continues to be rude with no return call back u et she speaks rude and real disrespectful 2000 down and didn't fix my car seems like they don't know what they doing and it's bad cause they could just say they can't fix instead of charging me and can't fix it and Sam don't call back to get it fixed horrible service from her

We scheduled an appointment days in advance just to be told they don’t have the tires we need in stock when we arrived for the appointment. The employee at the front desk couldn’t have cared less that our time was wasted.

We had a drive shaft seal replaced on our 2011 Ford Transit Connect. From the start to the finish this was one of the easiest, process I have experienced with an Auto Garage. The part that was needed was locally sourced and installed on the spot in under 8 hours WE plan to continuing with them. Its like night and day, the experience I had at Ford Dealership - Service Department on Lomas and Wyoming. I cant tell you if Ford Service Department is any good, I could not even get them to give me an estimate as to what the drive shaft seal would cost to replace. Ford Service Department had to have the vehicle for up to 48 hours to look at it, or the VIN number to even talk to me about my 2011 Ford Transit Connect.

Firestone in Albuquerque Nm on Menaul damaged our vehicle. All we came in for was tire rotation and balance and alignment check. In less than an hour we came back and for the service and that’s when we discovered our vehicle’s front fender was damaged badly. And not drivable. And they’re saying they didn’t do it.

Firestone really cares about their customers. I went in without an appointment and spoke to Eddy about my engine splash guard as it was dragging on the ground. He took the time to squeeze me in between his other appointments to help me with my problem. I have relied on them in the past for tire alignment/rotations, flats, and tire changes. Each time the crew is very attentive and helpful. They are busy, but if you treat customers right, you're rewarded with more work 😉 Thanks Eddy and the team for your help!

I take my truck here for oil changes, brakes, and other maintenance I don't want to do myself. They do a great job and get it done on time. Very happy with the quality of work and customer service. It's a busy shop, so I recommend making an appointment ahead of time.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Despite having an appointment, the front desk staff seemed visibly unhappy to assist me. I waited for an hour without any updates, and when I inquired about the estimated time of completion, they responded rudely. Frustrated, I asked for my keys back and scheduled an appointment at another location. In contrast, my recent visit to the Bernalillo Firestone was far more customer-focused and professional. I will not be going back to this Menaul location.
