I've been going to Firestone and when a customer has to wait from 2_6pm for an oil change, that's poor service. Another customer waited from 11am to 6pm. Think twice about going to this site.

I think the team at Cottonwood Firestone are excellent. Jason was wonderful about explaining everything and recommending service that would improve the performance of my car. I always get my car serviced here. They get the work done when they say they will and it is done right.

Took my kids vehicle here to have brand new tires and rims balanced and mounted. We ordered our own rims and tires and just needed them to install the tires on vehicle for us. I should have read reviews first. Now that I'm reading some of the reviews, I understand some of the bad reviews. My kids live close to this location so we obviously didnt drive above 40 mph after picking it up and only drove it a short distance to the apartment. The next day my kids drove it to UNM for school and obviously get on the freeway and once they hit 65 mph its starts to shake and a grinding noise happens when braking. They were nice and friendly when we dropped off the vehicle and picked it up and paid for the service but not so friendly and willing to help when we call to tell them about the shaking and grinding. Now that we have issues with our vehicle they are conveniently booked for the rest of the week. Really wish I had read reviews first before deciding to take our vehicle here.

Firestone has kept our vehicle on the road, with consistent care, we've never had any issues and we travel from time to time, so consistent care, excellent work, we've never been stranded!!! Tops in our book ;) Always treated right...our vehicle is well cared for and we need that for intermittent travel!! Thanks to all the good folks there😌😉🤜🤛👍👍👍

I went in for air on my tires because they were low. I was commuting for work and saw this pace was near me. I was helped by Freddy, he was great and efficient!

This place is a joke. I needed to get a quick tire repair because I ran over a nail. It was important because I was leaving town in the morning. After waiting over 10 minutes to talk to somebody, they turned me away because they decided to close an hour early. Rude and extremely unprofessional.

All the Firestones I've been to have good mechanics. However, that is not the reason for my returns. Natalia, I believe, one of the store managers, who actually should be a general manager. She was absolutely knowledgeable, very professional and extremely personable! She took her time with me explained throughly what was going to happen and scheduled a time that worked for both of us. She not only was great with me, while I waited I had the opportunity to listen to her talk to several other customers and she treated them with the same respect. Natalia is the main reason I gave the ratings I did. All Firestone locations should be focusing on what makes Natalia so wonderful and duplicate that throughout all locations. Customer retention should be the focus and she definitely has my retention at her location. She's you dynamic that any company should want to keep retain and duplicate! Hats off to you Natalia!

If you are a girl who knows nothing about cars, never go to this place! You’ll get scammed and they will try to charge you a lot for anything. They glued my break light and I haven’t even noticed thill today that I try to replaced it again and it’s completely ruined, and for that shitty work they charged me 60 dlls! They try to charge me even more but I claimed. Please avoid this place!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE TIRES they did alignment wrong it was $220 then i had to go to Discount Tires 5 star service at Discount and only $80 for alignment to fix Firestones mistake To make matters worse Firestone damaged my car while they had it then they tried to hide it they just threw me my keys like nothing happened it was not small damage i think they hoped i would not notice and would just leave so then they could deny responsibilty so dishonest when i ask Mitchell the manager he said they were aware they damaged my car it was no big deal why was i upset i was upset because they were dishonest about not telling me about damaging my car i had to arrgue with him about not letting firestone fix my car bc they are not a body shop after all of this its months and hours later still waiting for car to get fixed no big deal to the Firestone manager because he do not have a damaged car he did not have to take to 3 body shops and wait for corporate to pay if i could rate zero stars i would also ask to talk to regenional manager about issues at his store crickets no one ever called poor managment and dollar store mechanics if you value you car i would.not take a chance with Firestone drive past it thank me later

I cannot express enough how extremely satisfied I am. The Cottonwood location is by far the best location I have experienced. I was provided excellent customer service and the turn around time to get my vehicle back was very impressive. They explained in detail the cause of the problem, also showed me pictures on his computer of the part needed to be replaced. The service advisor set the expectations on what I should expect. With the experience I received, this will be the only location I take my vehicle too. ***They deserve more then 10 stars*** Thank you for providing EXECELLENT and FAST customer service!!!!

Worse place to take your car, made an appointment for 10am and had my car Sit in the same place I parked it for 6 hours and the person working there has the audacity to try to reschedule me a second time because they didn’t have time. I don't understand how i had made an appointment and yet nothing was done when it was a simple CVI and AC Inspection.

Always treated with the greatest respect from these guys had my car in for service, suspension work and tune up stuff. Communication was impeccable with Mitchell and freddy. Took me awhile to find out where to go since he left another location but ill always go as long as these guys are here. Its busy and bigger for the area but worth the wait for phenomenal service. I suggest making an appointment ahead of your schedules. Also good food in the area if you choose to hang out or shop around

Zero stars. I've had many issues with Firestone over the years. They sign off that they check all your fluids but they don't. You make appointments and get rescheduled constantly. Then you show up to a confirmed appointment from the location then denied. #gojiffylube. Refreshments and popcorn. First come first served. Clean place and restrooms. Employees are happy and willing to help. I will never return to Firestone. Horrible experience for years. Faulty system short staffed dirty facilities no refreshments no kind humans. #Dobetterfirestone your founder would be disappointed.

They upsell their "lifetime" alignment service really hard. It was automatically added to the quote for a set of tires, even before they looked at my car. The two times I spoke to someone one the phone, they tried to sell the alignment. Then, again when I went to pick up my car. Days later, I started getting spam via email and SMS "reminding" me of an upcoming appointment for the alignment, even though I didn't ask for one. UPDATE: I took the car to Chet's for the alignment, and to check the balancing, since it felt like I was driving on corduroy at highway speeds. They found none of the tires had been balanced, and one tire is out of round. The Road Force score was 21, but they were only able to bring it down to 19.

Worst place ever. Firestone will ROB/STEAL your belongings over charge for items never serviced. My vehicle kept breaking 1 day after. My vehicle been in there shop for 1 yr n still not running correctly. highly recommend consumers go elsewhere. Not a good reliable n honest location. No honor among firestone thrives.
