Made an appointment on the app for both my vehicles to be serviced (oil change and 1 tire rotation) get to the store and the service advisor said they have no appointments for me in the system and that the app was sending the appointments to the Maryville location. He called and the Maryville location said there wasn’t anything in the system for me. Dealing with Firestone has been a nightmare experience for the past 5 years. I wanted a 1 stop shop that I could get everything from light mechanic services, oil changes to tires and be nation wide in case I was on vacation they would have a record and it would be flawless to get repaired. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This is the 2nd time I’ve been dissatisfied with this particular location, after the first experience the manager gave me a call and I decided to give them another chance, this is the final straw, I’m changing locations. I understand that computer system issues arise, but why hasn’t anything been resolved, they’ve got to know that there are people scheduling appointments and then they’re not being put in the system. It’s ridiculous and for someone that’s a loyal customer it really hits home that there is no loyalty to the customer, so why be loyal to the business? I’m all about shopping and helping small local businesses, but when it comes to tires, I want a nation wide company that if I’m on vacation in another state I’ll be in the system and it will be covered. I’m starting to re-think that evaluation. As far as this location is concerned, it lacks a lot on customer service.

Id like a better seating area. Not comfortable to sit for hours. It was hard to work or talk on the phone. No privacy. Echos too loud. Plus, I had to listen to the news for 2 hours. But, all in all, easy in & out. I love the benefits of NO charges. I have to look for my receipt in Email. I should have taken a printed one. Thanks, Everyone was great. I had a tire issue/ got a new one, oil change, and an alignmnt & rotation too. I always tell people to go there. I've never had an issue.

I called and got a quote for service on my husband's truck. It was going to be $329 but when it was done they charged me $601. Never again. BBB will hear from me and I hope you all get your quote in black and white first. And they did not even rotate the tires and charged me for it. The wheels are covered in brake dust and there is not the first smudge where they even touched it. I would give them zero stars if I could. I despise a thief. I don't mind paying for a service but I want what I paid for and at the price you quoted. Be very careful dealing with these people.

4 day Power Steering fix. On the 4th and final day, the manager apparently was able to fix the car. $600 and 4 days later. Will update to let everyone know how that fix went. If it was taken care of at all.

I would give zero star rating if possible. Had an appointment for an alignment under warranty, was told they couldn't get bolts loose, said it would cost $160 dollars to fix, 3 hours laters they charged me nearly $700. I would have never agreed to let them do the work had I known a lifetime warranty alignment was going to cost me that much. I will never recommend them or go back. If you do use them make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.

I have been going to firestone for 20 years plus and the reason is simple. great service starting at the desk, always greeted with a friendly associate, and having our vehicles serviced/repaired in a timely manner. keep up the great customer service.

I have been using Firestone in Alcoa, TN for several years and have always been treated with respect and patience. All services performed have always been explained in detail and performed in timely manner, the cost is discussed, and applicable discounts promptly applied. My truck is 2003 Tacoma and runs in tip top shape thanks the all the guys at Firestone in Alcoa, TN. Thanks to all!

Appreciate being able to drop off car for same day oil change, but they did not let us know when the car was ready as we had to call them to check and the price was ridiculous high when they advertise 29.99 oil change yet it cost $90 +, then had to return to have code cleared as car was still showing oil service due…. Will not return! Will schedule w/ Matlock! They have wonderful customer service and much better pricing !!!! Do better Firestone if want repeat customers and referrals!

I have bought tires here twice in 3 years , most recent in 2023 , under warranty and bought the road side service and still paid 207 dollars for a tire yesterday, not happy

I originally purchased the lifetime alignment package for my 2011 F-150 FX4 at the Alcoa, TN Firestone. Upon original alignment the shop provided a printed receipt, before and after results of alignment, as well as a page with details that I needed to install a caster/camber nut kit on the lower control arms to get the alignment within specs. Employees/technicians were very helpful and respectful. I returned for the second visit with the camber nut kit installed but only had 3 out of 4 nuts because I received a defective nut in my package. Technician got it aligned to the best of his ability and told me just to come back when I get the replacement nut. Very satisfied and pleased with the service, price and option of the lifetime alignment, as well as professionalism of the employees! Thank you!

Spent $700 cause something was wrong with my brakes, was told it was the pads, I needed new brakes, etc to pile on charges. It temporarily fixed the issue and then right back to doing what it was doing, took it to Tranco and was told it was my Master Cylinder in under 5 minutes (like I knew it was). So now I'm gonna be out another $700 thanks a lot Firestone.

The front desk guy was extremely rude! I went for an oil change, after my car had been there for an hour and a half i called to ask if they had an estimate for when the car would be done the guy told me “haven’t got to it so just be patient” didn’t bother giving me an estimate. Then an hour before they close he finally calls me letting me know my vehicle is done and says “we close in an hour by the way” as if i didn’t know that. Then he charged me $101 when i asked why it would possibly be so expensive he let me know he used full synthetic on my 2012 vehicle.. without consulting me. I then get in my car and they didn’t even bother to put an updated sticker in my window and left my handle and steering wheel extremely greasy. I will never be coming back!

I called the same day and the gentleman who answered who very polite , friendly and said to come right on in. I arrived for a new tire change and left an hour later . They were very fast and efficient.

I took my 2016 silverado Z71 end of September 2023, i had vibrations when i applied my brakes and squeaky, screechy noises. Paid 1,600 and some change for new brake pads, rotars and more, same issues came back a few months later so i took it back, the store manager said it looks like someone was driving down a mountain really fast.” Said that everything was free of charge since it was under warranty still. (brake pads and rotars) not even a few months later, the same exact issues arose again so i went back again, which makes that the 3rd time for the same exact problems in less then 6 months. They resurfaced the rotars and unfortunately literally my truck is in the exact same condition i was when i took it the first time. Screeching/squealing brakes and vibrations when brakes are applied at a speed over 40mph. This time they added notes on the receipts that say if i come back nothing is under warranty and will have to buy new rotars and brake pads again. Im pretty sure rotars and brake pads last more then 15k miles/6 months. Clearly this place lacks experience and customer service, instead of troubleshooting and maybe checking if theres another issue that is causing this, wheel bearing or idk anything other then blaming the person that owns and drives the truck. Other firestones are better, i have always taken my cars here and never had this type of experience anywhere. Chevy impala, honda accords, mitsubishi mirage for years but since i have moved to maryville 2 years ago, this one blows, what a scam and are very good at it. STAY AWAY!!!

Literally the worst place to take your car! Priced me over 1500 dollars to replace an ac hose and to recharge it got a quote at another mechanic shop well known nice place that half my family uses called auto pro they said they could do it for under 700 that's for the part recharge and service I was in shock of how much of a scam they are I was disgusted if I could give them no stars i would!!

Took my car in for an alignment 10/23, they had it in and out within 15 minutes and it was still pulling really bad. I took it back 3/24 and sat there for 2 hours, car is still pulling to the right and barely stays on the road. I had a mechanic from a different place check it and he said nobody has fixed anything under my car. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Bought a lifetime alignment the last time my car was serviced, they were just as friendly and efficient when I went back for this last alignment after I had tires installed at another shop as they were when I bought it originally :-)
