This location has been very helpful. I called today late in the day because of a nail was in my tire. They were able to find and locate my tire size and get a changed in a timely manner. Kirby And Jay’s customer service was great. They made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases.

I went to this Firestone twice and my experience has been horrible. I booked an appointment both times. First was an oil change and tires rotation which took about 2.5 hours. The second time I went in for a replacement of front brake pads and rotors, which took about 3.5 hours. I am not sure what takes them so long when the store isn't even busy. Really slow service. Not recommended.

The great Firestone team always does a most efficient, yet thorough job. Mike, the General Manager helps organize and keeps things running smoothly. He also is most cordial and provides top notch customer service. In addition, I am impressed with Justin, a fairly new, but wonderful hire. He provides awesome customer service and also makes me feel like a valued customer. The only other team member that I know is Kirby. He provides excellent customer service, as well. I feel grateful and appreciative to know these awesome professionals and have the security to entrust them to take the best care of my car.

They said they can repair something that they actually can’t. Wasted 3 days. Messed up the warranty. That’s it. Hey guys, this is a maintenance store! Not for repairs! Go to your dealerships. Ridiculous lies.

I had my brakes replaced here approximately 15,000 miles ago. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop due to poor longevity of the brakes. My front brakes squeaked very annoyingly and when I brought it back the shop did not work with me to replace them. I had them replaced at another shop like 5,000 miles after having them installed due to nuisance. Now after about 15,000 miles my rear rotors are warped and I’m getting rear brakes replaced. I would expect brakes to last at least 40,000 miles. Shop staff was always professional and kind - hence the 3 stars instead of lower.

They took an hour and a half to do an oil change that I had an appointment for. Oil changes should never take that long if they are on appointment

My car was leaking brake fluids, so I brought it here to see if they could fix it + an "complete auto inspection". I waited for about 3 hours, only to be told they couldn't fix it (because of excessive rust) and that I need to go to the dealership. Also, their so-called "complete-inspection" report just said "leaking brake fluids", which I already knew before coming in. They ended up charging me $9.9 for this useless "report", and they wasted my entire afternoon. Their staff seemed aloof and unhappy, maybe that's just their culture or they are underpaid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dom was great. So friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and actually had an entertaining channel on TV . So many other places have cooking shows, DIY shows or Fox News. So glad it was TBS while I sat there

Firestone is notorious for inconsistent pricing across their locations - some do services for free while others charge stupidly high fees for very routine and simple checks. This one is no different, its one of the locations in the atlanta area that doesn’t off free battery checks or free tire checks, or if they DO offer it then some of their employees didn’t get the memo.

Got there nearly 2 hours before they closed. Had a nail in my tire and was inquiring about a simple plug. One employee seemed happy to help, but the manager had an attitude. It’s understandable if you don’t have time, but no need to be unreasonably rude. Luckily I found another shop nearby who helped right away.

I visited this Firestone to get a pulling issue on my truck. The customer service was pleasant and I was notified it would be about 3 to 4 hours. I previously purchased the lifetime alignment and balance and rotation, so I figured one of these would fix my issue. After about 3 hours, they shared my issue was "my tie rods were siezed" and an alignment could not be done. They recommended replacing my tire rods on both sides for just over $600. It seems to me and I maybe wrong but if Firestone is not making any additional money on your car, you will not get the service. It's very rare you will pay for a "lifetime" service and be able to use it without additional "recommendations. Again, the customer service was pleasant and 3 hours at Firestone wasn't great but not bad. It just sucks to leave with the same issue, and high priced recommendations.

It took this location 3 hours to change my oil. I was not informed of the excessive wait time and had booked an appointment ahead of time. I am very disappointed in this experience.

They took good care of me, and didn't try to take advantage with up-selling a lot of needless stuff. I felt like they were telling me the truth.

Would not recommend for a quick oil change. I arrived on time for an 11a appointment and left after 1:30. Additionally, the waiting area and restroom were filthy. It got the job done today but I won’t be returning. Front of house staff was perfectly pleasant.

Got there on a Sunday within an hour of closing time. Store was busy with customers but they still found the time to get me in and get a new tire put on my car. Nice and friendly and attentive the entire time. Super happy with the service.

Had a great experience until I started driving on the new installed tire, it was overinflated by 10 PSI. obviously didn’t do the safety check on the rest of the tires even after I asked them to do it. Very disappointing on Firestone even after being a 10yr+ customer

I have custom Infiniti caps for my tires. The front two were never put back on and the back two were barely twisted on. I would like for my caps to be replaced. On my front right passenger tire the lug nuts were not tightened I am missing a lug nut and the other four were loose I thought I was having problems with my car until I pulled over and decided to tighten the lug nuts and come to find out I could have died from your negligence.

Replaced an alternator but they didn’t tell me that the wrong alternator was delivered. They could have called and told me to pick it up at the end of the day but they made me waiting in the office for another 4 hours instead. I screwed up a day of work because of this. Really bad communication.

Great customer service. Quickly checked me in and explained the services recommended, why they were recommended, and my options for the service. The waiting area was big enough to have my own chair and the free wifi allowed me to work while waiting.

I would like to say that I came to this Firestone with a voucher to get my battery replaced 6 employees stood around while I was told they could not do a 15 min job of replacing a battery that I was told would be replaced. Even though they didn’t close for 45 min they still would not honor my voucher from Hertz. I had to watch them sit and laugh eat and joke while on hold with hertz customer service to find another location. This place had poor customer service I would not recommend. Thank goodness the pep boys on n Druid helped me with no problem I was in and out in 10 min.

This review is about the special customer service rendered by this location. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the gentleman I spoke with the morning of 6/3/24. So my 86 year old dad called me that morning needing help. He’d just been dropped off at his home by a driver from “Firestone” where he would wait until his car was ready. By the time dad realized his house key was still at the shop, the driver had already left. I was an hour away so I couldn’t help him. I called Firestone to ask if they could take his key to him but they didn’t have any record of him being there. The friendly gentleman on the line suggested the Goodyear located down the street (both on North Druid Hills). I called my dad to verify with him, “oh yeah, I think it was Goodyear” (LOL), and then I called Goodyear. As soon as I explained the situation, his response was, “Oh, a guy from Firestone called saying ‘Hi, I have a weird question for you…’, so we know all about it and someone is about to take the key to your dad.” I was in tears. It made me feel so great to know that someone took the time to make a call they didn’t have to make, to help a stranger! Thank you sir! May God Bless You for your kindness!
