If I could give 0 stars i absolutely could I have been having my car serviced at this location for a year . EACH AND EVERY TIME that I bring my car to this location it’s always unprofessional I scheduled a service for 11 went to check on the status of my car at 5:30 and it hadn’t moved when I asked how long it would be because I told them when I dropped it off I needed it done before 6, they told me it would be another hour until it would be finished I needed an oil change andd a new serpentine belt 45 mins worth of work tops! This is the most recent service prior to that I came for break work and they lost the lug nut to my after market rim and told me I would have to purchase a new one and then they would reimburse me … you lost something you took off my car I don’t take my car anywhere else but here… I have never had any issues with any other Firestone location when I lived in Nashville the service was always top tier. These people that you all have employed in this shop all need to be fired . If you don’t want to work then why be there. I asked for my key back and they had no remorse I left with my car untouched and still needing the service I came in for. Pathetic excuses for customer service and mechanics

I wish I could rate this place lower. Where do I start? This place has scammed me into expensive repairs that didn’t fix my initial problem with my vehicle. They have been handling my car for three weeks and in that time they’ve only called me twice, when they thought the car was ready for pick up and they were trying to get paid. I was lied to about my initial repairs and told that it would fix the issue I bought the car in for. I wish I never came to Firestone they have cost me unnecessary inconvenience, time, and money.

They told me to come in, without an appointment or all the excuses that other places lead with. They serviced my car and were pleasant. There wasn't any coffee and I we never been without a WAIT though.

Missing my factory lug nuts from my vehicle. Replaced by Firestone with some cheap ugly replacements. I'm very disappointed, I have to pay to replace them. Service person was very inexprenced and could not work the register.

Made an appointment for 11am dropped my car off for a wheel alignment. Tech told me a it would take few a hours. Went to pick up at 7p hadn't been touched 1 out of 10 so not recommended.

My family and I recently got back from a flight through Atlanta International Airport. When we got back, a tire on our vehicle was flat. We had it towed to this Firestone location. Even though they had other cars that needed to be looked at, one of the technicians stopped what he was doing and took care of our issue. I greatly appreciate the team there and how they helped us.

The customer service that I received from the cashier was great, but the wait time that you had to wait it was very much horrible but other than that, the customer service was definitely on point. They just need to do better when it comes to servicing people.

They ask me to bring my car in at 8:00 A.M. for a front end alignment. I called at 12:00 and they said it would be ready at 1:00 and they would called me. I called back at 1:15 and they said it was ready nobody called me. I called on Thursday and had them schedule two vehicles for Saturday and when I got there to pick up the first car they said they could not do it. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never patronize this store again.

Honest, intelligent, professional. I received excellent service today. My technician was Lee and he was far more thorough and informative that my dealership had been. Everyone there was professional and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

When I called to get information on the tires I looked up online Crystal was were informative and was able to schedule me to come in right away. I had questions to determine which tires would be the best match for my needs and she helped me to compare the options as well as gave me additional information on services that I needed. Crystal was very personable and I felt I could trust her in my decision making process.

After hitting a pothole on the way to Florida, I took my car in for last-minute tire service (alignment and rotation). I found out weeks later that they didn't actually perform the tire alignment work that I paid for. To put it mildly, I'm very, very, very disappointed in this dishonest practice. I wrongly assumed that I could trust a national brand like Firestone. To add insult to injury, when I confronted them about it, the local store manager admitted fault and said I have to come into the store for a refund. I only went to that shop because I was on a road trip traveling through Atlanta. I live a few states away. Obviously I cannot make it back into the store for this refund. So now I need to deal with the hassle of getting a refund through my credit card company. If I could give this store a negative rating I would do so in a heartbeat! This has absolutely been the worst experience ever! (NOTE: Similar to most folks who've posted reviews, following my service I was strongly encouraged to post a review of my experience. Originally it was a 5- star review as the front line personnel were very friendly and I assumed service was performed as described. Obviously, my experience turned very poor once I realized I was a victim of fraud by a seemingly trustworthy shop)

I've been coming to this Firestone for years and it has always felt like going to a small father-and-son type shop than part of a larger corporate chain. This time however my usual agent wasn't in the store, I'm not sure if he's retired, but the service felt much less personal and there was no effort to make sure I was given the best options in terms of pricing for my oil change or other services. I never felt price gauged here before, but now I feel like I might start going back to my dealership for service if the treatment and pricing are going to be the same.

Great friendly service. Quality work. I had a very good experience at this location this past weekend. I called on Thursday to inquire about getting the brake pads and rotors on all four axles of my vehicle replaced. I inquired about the cost and was told a specific price. When I asked if there were any specials, Ms Crystal explained an available discount to me for brake service. I was disappointed that it wasn’t mentioned until I asked, but she was friendly on the phone and let me know when I could come in for service. I confirmed the cost and confirmed a next day appointment for my brake service. When I arrived the next day at that time, I was greeted by Mr Randy who confirmed my brake service appointment after a short wait. To my disappointment, he explained that they didn’t have the parts in store. He explained that they would have to order them, while I waited. Once they arrive, they could then install them. This would’ve been a substantially long wait. I was admittedly disappointed and upset that this hadn’t been explained to me before; a simple solution would be to require a small deposit for brake service if this is an ongoing issue perhaps? Regardless, Mr Randy and I discussed the situation and we were able to find a solution that would work for us. I agreed to return the next day. On Saturday, I arrived a five minutes late, but I was greeted with a smile and Mr Randy and I discussed my brake service. The parts were there and they would proceed as scheduled. I was informed of the approximate service time (up to 3 hours) which I expected and they were able to start working on my car shortly thereafter. Roughly 2.5 hours later, my vehicle was returned to me by the technician Mr Sam. He was very friendly, respectful, and pleasant. I noticed that one of my backup lights was out as he was moving my vehicle and I asked if he could check it out. Without any hesitation, he popped out the old light bulb and let me know he would check to see if they have the part in stock. Within minutes, he replaced it and handed me my keys. At checkout with Mr Randy, I noticed that the final price (not including tax) was about $60 over what I had been quoted with discounts- apparently miscellaneous parts and labor. I do prefer more transparency for costs/fees, but I also understand that sometimes, unanticipated situations can alter the price of a service. Regardless, I do feel like this is a great shop. My brakes are tight and responsive, and even though they used after-market pads (as opposed to OEM pads), my vehicle can’t tell the difference. My brakes are smooth, silent, and appropriately responsive and I’m a very happy customer. More than anything, I loved the staff at this shop. I travel a lot for work and I often go to the dealership or find recognized chain stores for service. I’ve been to a lot of places where I was treated as just another face in the crowd and didn’t feel like i received any kind of special service. Here, I felt like a regular. I was treated in a friendly, courteous, and professional way. I felt like I had a good customer service experience by virtue of the friendly positive attitudes they had- and also that I was greeted almost right away with a smile each time. The fact that this service was also a few hundred cheaper than my dealership’s quoted price also helped! I honestly have no complaints and will definitely return for some of my future vehicle service needs. Thanks for having such a great team!

Great customer service. I had a tire patched and alignment. The wait time was surprisingly manageable and much better than expected! They also have a charging station with cords for your phones…it’s the little things that matter sometimes ☺️

Listen I don’t know what to say but … the experience here is beautiful!!!! The prior reviews before made me feel sketchy but I had to see for myself… the ambiance of greet customer service the knowledge of the people explaining what was wrong with my car so I could understand was the greatest thing ever I came in at 7am with coffee waiting on me and car was ready to go by 12pm thank you headland drive I’ll be back in the future
