I have been coming here for many years. This place is going downhill due to personnel. They hardly listen to your concern, they write you off without really listening, rude, and have screwed up on my last two visits because they did extra services that were not requested, and specifically told them multiple times not to do but they did the extra services anyways for extra money or due to ignoring what I said

I came to Firestone because the tire pressure of my front left tire was low. Bonnell assisted me and his customer service was out of this world. He was kind, fast and friendly. He checked all my tires and educated me on how much air should be in each. I tried to tip him because of his excellent service and he said, no, I just want you to be safe! I will be a return customer for life because of Bonnell!

Came in for front brakes replacement. I needed the job done before a particular time and they told me they would try and have it done within 2-3 hours. They got it done within an hour and 30 minutes. Friendly staff providing great customer service. Cannot recommend this location enough.

I had a tire emergency while leaving work today. I’m off later in the evening after 5p and most places were closed by the time I got off…Norma and her boss Tony were absolutely perfect. I called in desperate after no luck with anything else with only 15 minutes to spare for them to help me prior to closing. She urged me to come in if I could make it knowing they’d be closing within the hour. Once arriving, not only were they very patient with me and my anxious energy due to being overwhelmed; they went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my tire repaired and get back on my way to my little ones. I ended up not being able to repair my tire as originally planned (it was shot) - and I almost got sad again, but nope…they offered another above and beyond solution that I appreciate so much. They got me going and on my way. Being that, I just had a baby weeks ago, it was very frustrating and scary being stuck over 25 miles away from home but them having the urgency, compassion and just overall amazing customer service really saved my day. Crying as I type this! 😭🥹 I am immensely grateful for Firestone and the amazing employees at this location. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!! And I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews but I’d do it all over again just to brag abt the service I received here.

Stay away from this place. I went in for a balance, rotation, and alignment. When I arrived, I asked for the estimated time and was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. It seemed like a long time, but I decided to stay. It ended up taking 3.5 hours. The mechanics, or at least the one working on my vehicle, don’t do their job well. I was watching what he was doing, and he rotated all the tires but only balanced two of them; in other words, he just swapped their positions. I immediately had to ask the front desk advisor to check, and I was right, because after I reported it, the mechanic finally came, took the tires off, and balanced them, which took another 45 minutes or more. If I hadn’t been paying attention, I would have left with an incomplete job without knowing it. Good thing it was just balancing, but what if you had something really damaged, and they didn’t do it and still charged you? You need to stay away from these services or scammers. Regarding the time, they worked on one tire every 30 minutes or more. It wasn’t until I complained about the time a second time that the process started to go faster. I was already tired of watching the mechanics talking and laughing. In fact, after my second complaint, I saw the mechanic go get a donut, sit down in front of me (inside the workshop), and eat it. I know it was on purpose. Terrible service. This message pertains to a Gray 2017 Corolla on Sunday, 10/11/2024.

I stop in for a oil change on Tuesday of last week and had question on tires . Norma was very helpful in answering all my question about prices and quality of tires she was very friendly. And was quick getting me checked out . Diffently will go there again.

I wish I could rate a 0. Came into this location for tires, oil change and a water leak causing my car to overheat. I was told that I have to pay for an inspection. I paid for the inspection. I was told what was wrong, I agreed to the repair. Now, there is a problem that should have been discovered upon the inspection. I should not not have to pay for the inspection as it was incomplete and inaccurate.

I came here on visit to Georgia cause I needed air in my tires. I couldn't figure out how to use the air pump so I came inside and Norma was the one that help me she was very pleasant and smiling. Thank you Norma.

I cannot speak more highly about fire stone perimeter center! My car is in need of extensive repairs, and despite the unfortunate news, I am leaving feeling informed and cared for and secure that they are guiding me with honesty. Randy Mendoza, Adrian Martinez, Norma Galindo, and Ben Hutt were descriptive, and helped me make decisions about what repairs need to be done now versus what can wait. Thank you!

Worse service! If you don’t wanna waste your valuable time don’t come come here!!! Walk in for a flat tire, check in, Tony took my car keys, 40 minutes later they brought the car in to the shop, waited 2 hours and I said myself it’s been way to long, so walk out of the waiting area and ask the service guys from the shop if there is something wrong with the car or the tire they said we told Tony about 1 hour and a half ago due to the location of the nail ( side of the tread) it can’t be fixed in fact need to be replace. I laughed and said no one say anything about that. I told the shop guy do me a favor put the tire back in leaving they were very nice and said sorry about the missed communication. Walk in to check with Tony and he said ohh sr. Your car will need a new tire, I was so mad because he could have say something 90 minute’s ago no after I walk out of the waiting room to the shop and ask what going on? Same moment there were 2 costumers upset and left the place no wonder why. Bottom line they need to be for efficient and be mind with others times. This place needs better service advisors. Took my car to other place and they fixed within 30 minutes.

Please stay away from this Firestone. They are very shady. I came, thinking that I had a wheel bearing issue on my car due to an abnormal sound on my car. They charged me $1300 for the two front wheel bearings without even checking to see if that was the actual issue. After they replaced my wheel bearing, the sound coming from the wheel/tire of my car was still noticeable. I went to my car's dealership, in which they told me the issue was a cracked rim and a bad tire and THAT is why after replacing my wheel bearing, the issue (the sound) was still present. Firestone charged me to replace a wheel bearing that was never bad. They never inspected my car to figure out where to sound was coming from after multiple visits to fix and address this issue. As soon as I went to another tire shop, they saw the issue immediately, fixed it in less then 2 hours. While I've been going back and forth to Firestone for over a month! I wish I had never gone there. Please use my experience as a warning to stay far away from Firestone. This is a frustrating experience that has cost me a lot of money.

Awful Service! Please beware! This place is a scam! They will charge you inordinate fees for services they do not perform. I brought my car here because my driver side tail lights were out. I had an appointment for 10AM on a Wednesday morning and still had to wait to be checked-in. Once checked in, I waited at the Barnes & Nobles across the street for them to contact me. I routinely walked outside and looked across the street at the shop about every 45 minutes to an hour to see if my car had been serviced. They did not pull my car in the bay until 1PM. They contacted me at 2PM. The woman on the phone named Norma insisted that I needed both the driver side and the passenger side tail lights replaced despite only the driver side tail light being out. She insisted that due to small amounts of water inside each light that they need replacing and that the total cost was $277. I was desperate and needed them repaired after just being cited the night before so I relented. I never heard from anyone from the shop again until I had to call myself at 6:30PM to inquire about my car because I knew the shop closed at 7PM. As I pay for the services I look out into the bay area and see 2 Service Techs with no PPE on at all, looking at videos on YouTube on how to service the cars they were working on. I then noticed that none of the other techs in the area servicing cars had goggles, gloves, or any PPE on at all. All of this I found severely alarming. After paying, I walked out as the service tech Tony pulled my car around. I then inspected the tail lights only to find that my tail lights had NOT been changed! Tony then explained to me that he drilled 2 holes in each tail light to bleed the water from them. He then explained that my car sat on a lift all day at the shop to allow the water to bleed and let gravity do the rest in hopes that the bulbs would air out and the lights would start working again. He also mentioned that someone was supposed to contact me and explain this before the service was performed. They had not! Nobody contacted me or even asked me if that was something I wanted! I had to contact the shop just to get my car back. I was livid!! I was led to believe that I was paying to have new tail lamps installed. Not only that, it then struck me that I was not given a physical receipt for the charges. I looked at the receipt sent to my email and there in black and white it said I was charged $300 for “rerouting of fluid.” That is absolutely absurd! At the time of checkout, Norma said my tail light was successfully replaced. That was a lie! It's a whole ruse. This place is an entire sham! Everyone from every level at that shop is a liar! They are all colluding together to take your money and lie to your face about the services performed. They would not give me my money back that evening. So I left the shop and sure enough that very night when it got dark, my driver side tail lights did not come on. They took my money and wasted my time. I went back the following morning and demanded my money back. The shop manager gave me my money back while trying to skirt accountability by saying there was a breakdown in communication. I call bullcrap! This shop knew what they were doing and it was egregious. One last thing to note. I noticed later on in the day after getting my money back that I now have a huge dent in the side of my passenger side door. Something that was not there prior to me taking my car to that shop. I had to have come during the time of my car sitting at that shop all day prior. I do not trust that shop to do the right thing and repair my dent after what has transpired. I will never ever give services to this firestone auto care shop or any firestone auto shop ever again! I implore anyone reading this to do the same!

I came in 10mins before closing and needed my spare tire replaced while my back driver tire currently had minutes before leaving me stranded. The team completely repaired my tire permanently and was never treated like a inconvenience . I truly appreciate the customer service and professionalism.Thank you for emergency assistance!!

My engine light was on so I brought car in to run diagnostic test. I paid $130 to be told that it was the charcoal container. Cost of repair was $1800. I took the car for 2nd opinion at dealership. It was NOT the charcoal container. It was something minor and cost me left than half of what Firestone wanted to charge. Will never go back. How could I ever trust them after that?

Only bring here is you are prepared to stay on top of them. I was there for 2.5 hrs and not until I asked did they come tell me I needed brakes. Mind you I went in telling them I needed brakes and they were looked at before however I was not prepared to do them then. Then one gentleman said that we didn't talk about me needing brakes. On the first invoice there is a brake inspection as well as courtesy inspection. It even lists sqeak as brake noise because that is what I told him. So he lied to my face. After the rotors arrived they had all four of the rotors and brakes done in 20 minutes. I left so uncomfortable that they did them so fast. I will be getting a second opinion on the installation. I'm a traveling medical professional and depend on large chain mechanics to help me maintain my vehicle. I'm not impressed by this shop but learned a lesson. I will never allow myself to get so distracted that I don't follow up with questions periodically hen lots of time has passed.

Firestone is my go to place, this is my second time going to this location. This is the first time I've had to leave a negative review about a firestone. I thought due to the location it was professional. My car was serviced and I found some missing items out of my vehicle. Apparently the tech servicing my vehicle felt that he would tip himself and help himself to my car change. Just make sure you all don't leave anything valuable in your vehicles even spare change!!!

This location is very snarky and only about their money. I get we live in a transactional society. But people could atleast have some respect for one another. Veterans, stay away from this place. I’m a veteran and was told I can’t use my discount here because I wasn’t getting work done. But I was charged $301.86 for work and labor done to my car. But the next time I come in I can use my discount. Very greedy location
