I gave an 4 instead of a 5 because my car was supposed to be completed one day prior to it being done. I was in town visiting and was told told it would be worked on first thing that day but it wasn’t and no one ever called me to say it wouldn’t be. I needed to get back home for work. But other than that they were great and did good work and made sure to take accountability for not notifying me and apologized. Great guys there.

Walked in late on a Saturday and I have never been better taken care of. Not only did they get me the lowest price but one hour turn around on a flat and rotation. Un heard of. Steller customer service and very professional. Will always return to here if I'm in Atlanta.

I came into Firestone in need of additional information pertaining to cars and its services. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Byron. He was extremely informative and highly professional. I admire his personality and his attentiveness towards providing the most accurate and up to date information as effectively and throughly as possible. He even suggested applying for a Firestone Card where I would receive all car services and additional requirements depending on what it is needed for the car at the time of being brought in. I’m extremely appreciative of Byron’s time and definitely looking forward to coming back in the near future.

These guys are great! I originally spoke to Calvin on the phone and because of his professionalism, caring, and knowledge I set up an appointment right away! Then with Mike and Chips guidance on car issues (I felt very protected and taken care of)! I’ll recommend them to everyone! Thx!!! 😊

Will never come back here. My technician did everything except for what he was being paid to do. I took an hour and 20 minutes to change ONE tire. Nothing was being ordered as they had all the parts in store; but no one worked on the car. My technician smoke cigarettes and started on other cars. All he had to do was change my tire

Don’t listen to the bad reviews; it’s a car shop in the middle of Atlanta it’s gonna be busy. I’m shocked by how friendly, professional, and accommodating the staff were during my experience today. They were thorough, did great work, and have great pricing compared to other businesses in the city. 10/10 will come back

I have been a customer of this location for several years with multiple cars but this was such an overwhelmingly disappointing experience that I won't be back and I certainly can't recommend this location to others. Firestone Howell Mill quoted one price for brake pads and rotors on a 2017 Mini Cooper over the phone but received an estimate of HUNDREDS of dollars higher in person. I told the associate that this price was higher than the dealership's price that is listed on their website. He then told me that they do price match but only if you bring in something printed. Firestone also told me that I needed even more service work done which got me to bottom line over $1K. I canceled the service and took the car to the dealership where I got the brakes and rotors done for more than $300 less that what I was quoted for the same work by the folks at Firestone Howell Mill. The dealership ran a free full diagnostic and did not find the problems that Firestone listed. They did note a known engine mount concern that Firestone failed to acknowledge.

I recently took my Suburban to Josh and his team at Firestone, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was top-notch. Josh kept me informed about each step of the process, explaining the issues with my vehicle in clear terms and providing honest advice about my options. They were incredibly thorough and clearly take great pride in their work. The team made sure everything was checked, repaired, and double-checked before returning my car. My Suburban is running smoother than ever, and I feel confident that they took great care of it. It’s not every day you come across a team that combines expertise with such exceptional customer service. I’m grateful for Josh and his team’s attention to detail and dedication to making sure I had a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, professional automotive care!

I was on vacation in January 2024 and it took them 2 different 8 hour days to figure out the issues on my jeep which they didn't fix correctly. On my way home I had to stop at another firestone in Virginia to fix the issues they couldn't figure out at this location . They also over charged by at least $500 according to the Virginia location who actually fixed my main issue.Now I am having repairs done at the dealership to the fix the things this firestone claims that they did. Firestone claims things warrantied for 12 months but why would I go back to a Firestone to fix it again. Tried contacting Firestone to get reimbursed for the overcharge and got no return calls.

I was pretty desperate when I arrived at this shop close to closing time. I was on my way to visit my 90 year old sick mother in Kentucky. I ran over something on the highway and ruptured a tire. The gentleman at this shop very kindly worked me in and got me back on the road so that I could still make it to my destination, even though I’m sure they were ready to go home for the day at that point. It meant a great deal to me.

The service team over at the Howell Mill rd. location got me in & out with a front end alignment with a balance & rotation after I drove in from work. I called Calvin at work and he made room for me to have the services performed. I highly recommend this team.

Was Traveling Home and Noticed Tire Light Was On...I immediately went to Firestone on Howell Mill Rd In Atlanta...The Nicest Staff.. Tires had too much Air.. Quetin... From Jackson, Mississippi Helped Me Immediately...Nice Young Man...I Hughly recommend Firestone on Howell Mill....

They're terrible at communication but they did fix my car. It's fine if it's the closest place you can tow your car to but you're better off going somewhere else. The staff wasn't rude or anything like that but they didn't explain what was wrong or what I was paying for very well.

DO NOT go to this location. I went some weeks back, and was given a two-page list of services, costing over $2,000. I didn't like that price, so I got a second opinion elsewhere, and was told I didn't need any of the services the Firestone employee recommended. SMH....

Really Disappointed. Made an appointment for 1 pm to change my tires days ahead with everything being in stock. Come there, just to find out the tires are not in stock. And the tire change will be at least 3 hours because they’re running behind. I asked why do I make an appointment for a certain time if I have to wait so long anyways. I was told by an employee that there is no difference between appointment and walk in. It’s all behind anyways. What a waste of time, unprofessional and unnecessary. Don’t recommend.

Service was great .The rep at front desk I think his name was Nate, he was very professional on the phone and in person. He explained everything and even though I paid more than I wanted too everything was fixed except 1 thing Firestone couldn't fix.

I had a great experience at this location. the manger was very courteous and professional to me and the other customers that came in for service. They did a great job on my vehicle. I would recommend my friends and family to go there for their needs. They will "tire brake and shock you" at a great price!

This location is not only very slow and expensive but they also do not respect your time. I waited 5 hours for an ac performance check and over that period, the only thing it looked like they did was pop the hood. Finally, 5 hours later, they informed me the car would not be ready until the next day. And the next day, they told me it would be 2k to fix my AC. Although this may be convenient for many, it is worth it to find any other business. The people seem nice but no one will yell at you while they try to screw you over. Other than tire balance, rotation and alignment, avoid this business like the plague and still expect them to take 2 days. The worse part is now my car is having problems that wasn't there prior to taking it to them.

Used to love this location. Not anymore. Last two times I've had a weekday appointment around 8am or 9am. Both times, they didn't start working on the car until after 12:30pm. They don't honor appointment times at all. Expect to wait at least 4 hours for an oil change.
