Horrible experience. Do not spend your hard working dollars at this horrible establishment. Horrible customer service, absolutely zero communication from the staff up front. Oh, don’t waste your time making an appointment because apparently walk-in’s are a priority over appointments and dropping your car off prior to the opening and your appointment - does not help. What is the point of an appointment then? I give this establishment a 0/5 stars.

Alignment, AC, lleve mi carro a su alineamiento de rutina por garantía de las llantas y terminé sin aire acondicionado a la espera que arreglen ese problema que ahí se ocaciono, gente busquen otro taller aquí no vayan, la única razón por la que vine acá esque se encuentra cerca de mi trabajo no otra, malísimo que lo cierren

Manipulan la información, dicen que el auto esta bien cuando en realidad necesita algunos mantenimientos en algunas zonas y lo hacen esperando que el daño se haga mayor para luego cobrar por reparaciones que se pueden evitar con el debido mantenimiento.

Another frustrated customer at this Firestone location! Wish I'd read the other reviews before going in. To sum it up... These guys are slow and try to rip you off. Photo of clean air filter they recommended replace!

I went in for a brake fluid exchange and they told me I needed front and back break pads and the rotors replaced and it was urgent and I shouldn’t even drive home 98% worn. Had breaks to go come out and I had 4mm left on front and 5 on back and the rotors do not need replaced. I feel taken advantage of and don’t appreciate them telling me they were so low I wa son danger to drive home. Never will I go back here.

My 2024 Tesla Model Y has a nail on the left rear tire. I made an appointment and dropped off my car at 11 AM, and was told that I can pick up my car at 3:30 PM. And when I called the store at 5:11 PM, they told me the tech is working on my car, and will update with me later. I called back again at 6:30 PM and was told the tech is inspecting my car will get back to me with estimate time later. They DIDN’T START FOR 7 HOURS. Finally after they inspected my car, they told me they would need one more day to fix it - after I dropped off my car for 8 hours. Attached is my tire, really simple to repair.

Son unos auténticos estafadores! Ladrones. Fui a pedir un cambio de aceite y me mancharon el coche entero, todas las alfombrillas, los asientos de cuero, el volante, todo sucio. Dejando de lado el estado lamentable en el que me dejaron el coche. Me querían cambiar las luces cuando las cambié una semana antes. Los neumáticos también, cuando no tienen ni 500 millas, son unos estafadores, intentan siempre meterte más cosas de las que necesita para llenar la factura, ahora estoy dudando que lo único que pedí si me lo hicieron bien.

The salesman tried to get me to purchase new tires. My tires are 3 years old and have 10,000 miles on them. He refused to rotate them. When I went to the store no staff members were In the lobby. When someone showed up she was in more of a rush to get me out of the store and did not explain why I needed new tires.

Brought the vehicle in for free lifetime Alignment and an AC check. I declined the AC repair and they didn't do the Alignment even though they kept the vehicle 4 days longer. When they did my tires last time they didn't remember to balance them. When I went back after my first freeway experience they wanted me to get an alignment to balance the tires! This time skipped my main purpose for being there. I Don't need another fail to convince me they are at best case incompetent and worst case cheating me out of services I prepaid for.

Came in for an oil change, I had an appointment. My car sat in the parking lot for an hour and 15 after my appointment time. Then I added a state inspection I was told would add 10 minutes as they had already started my oil change. Then I waited 2 more hours for the oil change and inspection. In total it took 3 and a half hours for these two things. Wasted my entire day not having a car and was unreasonably expensive. Every time I asked for an update I was told it would be soon and wouldn’t be much longer. Awful service speed and overpriced.

Dan and his staff were extremely helpful! I called early in the morning asking for a specific tire and they didn't have it in stock but Dan quickly ordered it and it got there in a matter of hours. They installed it very quickly and were very nice throughout the whole process. I will be recommending this place to everyone in the future!

Made an appointment for 1 o’clock and it was not done until 3 o’clock. Oil change should not take two hours. Never again do not go here for a simple oil change unless you want to waste your entire afternoon. 😡😡

They installed some awesome Destination LE3's and filled them appropriately with a blend of gas consisting of Nitrogen -- N2 -- 78.084% Oxygen -- O2 -- 20.9476% Argon -- Ar -- 0.934% Carbon Dioxide -- CO2 -- 0.04% Neon -- Ne -- 0.001818% Methane -- CH4 -- 0.0002% Helium -- He -- 0.000524% Krypton -- Kr -- 0.000114% Hydrogen -- H2 -- 0.00005% Xenon -- Xe -- 0.0000087% Ozone -- O3 -- 0.000007% Nitrogen Dioxide -- NO2 -- 0.000002% Iodine -- I2 -- 0.000001% Carbon Monoxide -- CO -- trace Ammonia -- NH3 -- trace. They called the stuff "air" but so far so good!

Came in the other day with a 10 am appointment. Both of my headights went out and i figured it was a fuse and specifically mentioned this both over the phone and in person. After waiting for over 3 hours, some guy comes from the back, apologizes for the wait, then proceeds to say my new headlight bulbs will be over 100 dollars in addition to trying to sell me on tires. I pointed out that im pretty sure it is not a bulb issue as both went out simultaneously(3rd time explaining this to firestone) and asked if they even looked at what i asked them to. It turns out, after 3 hours, they did not. He then says it will be over 160 dollars to diagnose that issue, after i was originally quoted 9 dollars. This location suffers from a serious lack of communication.

I have never left a review for an auto shop, but im a huge fan of this Firestone. It was recommended by my dad who said he brought his Audi here before selling it. I brought my Kia here which was in TOUGH shape. Naturally, they recommended I fix a bunch of stuff that was probably unnecessary but so do all auto shops. Know what you are willing to spend. They fixed up a couple of key things for pretty cheap and were super helpful. The ONLY thing is that I was told it would take just a few hours and I had to wait until the next morning for pickup. Make sure you have some time on your hands if bringing here, but would highly recommend because of the customer service and cheap fixes.

The absolute auto shop experience i ever had. I came in to pick up the car, and leave, and i've been here waiting for 2 hours and the car isn't even working. I brought it the car for a small repair when it was already running just fine, and now they are asking me to pay over a thousand bucks to change the battery! That is absolute nonsense. The issue i brought in the car for has nothing to so with battery anyway! And i had a brad new battery that was installed a month ago. You can't take advantage of clients in such a nasty way. And you'll pay for it. People please avoid their service, there are better places.

Car drop-off at 10:30am for a straight forward oil change, and said I’d pick it up at 4pm. Came back at 4:15pm and it had not even been brought in yet. Obviously, very poorly run business. Took my keys and left as I really don’t want them touching my car.

Angie was awesome, simply awesome . . I was in Houston when the care that needed work was sent to her, so everything was done by phone. She accurately shared what her technician's found , and she really came across as a consultant that was working with me on thinking thru the best options to take regarding the work that needed to be done. I felt like she was on my side, and so together we mapped out a course of action, and I feel very good about everything that was done. Would highly recommend Angie to anyone that needed help with car care .

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION LADIES! If I could give a negative review I would. The first quote was over $500. When I went line item at store I saved myself 300.00 dollars. The manager was out sick and his staff really messed up with a longtime client. Called me to come at 2pm to pick up and then didn't even have the tire available. Called me back to come at 4pm and still no tire available. Trying to reach the corporate office now. Save your time DONT USE FIRESTONE! They seem to try to overcharge women. I am sitting here with 4 other women and I am scared for them now also being overcharged.

This is my preferred store to go to for many years, since Dan moved from the Pflugerville store. I get all my cars worked on . Very friendly and all the work done on my cars very happy with.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have had at a Mechanic shop PERIOD. I came in here a 5 minute state inspection for a LYFT rental and it literally took them 5, FIVE hours. They recommend a new tire when I argued against it for that day stating I could do it the following day and they wouldn’t let me do the inspection without getting a new tire which of course added on more time, despite me telling them I just needed the inspection completed so I could make my appointment elsewhere which I of course missed…What a shame!!!! Not to mention while I was waiting in the lobby, 3 other customers came in the store complaining that they had not completed proper maintenance on their vehicles if any. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

What an awful experience. I went for an annual state vehicle inspection; they took around an hour (there was nobody in front of me and many available team members in the garage); then told me my vehicle failed the inspection and I'd need to spend $$$$$ to get it up to code. I didn't believe them, so I paid the inspection fee and left...immediately took it to a different place, and they said that was nonsense and I passed right away. Least trustworthy business I've encountered in quite some time.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are very slow! Waited 3 hours and still had not had my car checked (I just needed someone to tell me if I had a nail or some in my wheel) literal waste of my time

Wow! I had just run over something on I-35 and my tire was deflating fast. Thankful to have pulled up to this Firestone and treated so well. Winston did an excellent job and went above and beyond to help me.
