My experience was less than stellar at Firestone...Came in for a alignment. After a hour and a half I get the keys and hit the road. My car is now leaning to the right even more than before. Same day I come back for them to fix my car. After a hour and a half the tech visits me in the lobby. He broke a bolt on my car. No big deal. Things happen. They order the part from Volvo of Austin and said I'd receive a call when ready to pick up After ubering for a couple of days I call in to get a status update on my vehicle. I'm informed it's ready to pick up. I uber to Firestone and yet again my car's alignment is still not straight...After two failed attempts to fix my vehicle. I decide to take my car to an actual alignment shop for diagnostic. Turns out the alignment was never the issue, but rather the control arm that was failing. On the hydraulic lift the technician showed me how much play the passenger side front wheel has. Way too much to be considered safe. This would have also been obvious if the tech at Firestone bothered to drive my car or even touch the loose wheel. Huge safety issue. Borderline negligence...So now I'm out almost 300 dollars after alignment services and rideshare services. AND I have to pay to get my car fixed the right way. Waste of time and money. Learn from my mistake, take your car elsewhere.

I had a flat and needed a new tire, the shop had only one tech and they told me it would take 2 hrs, so I stayed, the tech actually put me at the top of the queue and got the job done much faster than 2 hrs. I have road hazard protection on the tires, so it came out to very little money to replace the tire. Great experience. Thanks!

Listen to the reviews and please don't go here!! I came to get tire that was leaking air fixed and get my tires rotated. I was there for 3 hours and they didn't even rotate my tires and after I got home my tire that was very slowly leaking air before I brought it to them is completely flat! I payed $45 for them to make the tire worse!!! I went to a smaller family owned tire shop after this and they had it fixed and out the door in 10 minutes and for half the price. I am never going to a firestone ever again and I'm telling everyone I know to never go there as well!!

Arrived at 5:30 waited 10mins to be helped. Needed new tire for a flat. Was told they wouldn’t have anyone until tomorrow… However I overheard guys in the back say “naw we were done for the night”. Went up the road to the other location with 9mins left til closing & they were more than happy to help.

I took my 2012 Chrysler 300 Base in on 08/019/2024. It was running hot! While I had it in. Asked them to check a oil leak and A/c door actuator that turns it from hot to cold. This was a Monday. I called next day to get a report. Tech not available. Called next day Mgr. Chemo said they are looking at it. Called next day Mgr. said he got confused between my car and another car that had Car Shield. But submitted claim. I asked about if they checked Door actuator and what else? He says since my warranty is under fleet warranty with SilverRock. What they send us/customer is different from what they send them. So now Friday, Claim submitted and approved in less than a hour. Find out they replaced AC compressor. Expansion valve and something else. They did fix overheating issue(thermostat housing) But I go pickup my car on a following Monday. I get in and check AC. Door Ac Actuator still clicking and Ac air hot.. They didn't check it. Mgr. says they checked it was blowing cool! Tuesday He says he sent claim after everything. I felt i needed to verify. SilverRock says they haven't received a claim for It. they send me other locations. I go pickup my car. After leaving that evening with my vehicle. I get a message the mgr. Puts in a claim for the fix. after I had already made an appointment with Mobile mechanic with Silver Rock list I received. He got it appoved as if my car was still there. Not to go through more confusion. I take it back to them. Car blew cold for a day. To this day I do not have cold air. Chemo Mgr at Clock Tower and this location can not be trusted!

As others have stated, Appointments are useless here. You will be told "maybe done by end of day, probably tomorrow" even when you had an appointment scheduled for that day. The manager changed the day of my appointment, as they weren't going to have the proper staff in on the day I requested. I told him I wouldn't be able to make the same time slot. He literally told me "it doesn't matter when your appointment is set for" because obviously this place doesn't honor them to begin with. When I came in, someone else told me they wouldn't be able to get to it today. She said to come in tomorrow. I told her the manager already said there wouldn't be anyone there tomorrow. "Oh yeah...looks like maybe Thursday." Today is Monday. I was the second person in a row to walk out of that lobby on them.

I am so tired of this location. I’ve brought my vehicle in often over the years since I’ve moved to Austin in 2021 but the last few trips have been nothing short of a nightmare. I went to get my brakes done and ended up with a $1500 bill. And my last two oil changes were awful. One I waited almost 7hrs to get done and just recently 2hrs when I was the only customer all morning. This location is slow, and unable to give the results I expect from a service provider.

Go somewhere, anywhere, else. I waited two hours past my appointment time, without my car even being moved, before I left. Unless you like to waste your day, this isn't the place for you.

I took my truck for a Firestone #320278 diagnosis and they told me that it only needed coolant and I told them that it was full of coolant and they refilled it even though it is already full and they charged me $212.27 for coolant that I didn't need and they couldn't solve the problem nor did they give me a diagnosis. Well, this Firestone is a fraud, they steal your money.

I have been using Firestone for years, but this is my time experiencing lack of communication on a major scale. My car wasn't pulled to be worked on until 9:45 am despite scheduling an appointment for 8:00 am. My car wasn't ready until 6:30 pm. I waited in the lobby all day and no one mentioned about a delay. A little after 1:00 pm, the young lady working the front asked what car I was waiting on because I was there for so long. If someone would have taking the time to communicate, I could have made arrangements to change my status from waiting for car to drop off. Around 4:30, I asked how much longer I had to wait, I was told another two hours. I then made arrangements to leave and I wasn't able to pick up my until the next day. What a waste of time and major inconvenience.

Jacob was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was not pushy as some car care places can be. I will continue to return to Firestone because of his excellent customer service.

Tire change? That's going to take all day. Nail in tire? Leave it here and pick it up tomorrow. Why is it taking so long? Under staffed or machine breaks down. I would go anywhere else if I had a choice. If you can take your car somewhere else.. I recommend you do.

Great service quality, at all times. However, lately they have, consistently, been battling with staff shortages. This resulted in longer than expected wait times. So far, the wait times have doubled. It’s inconvenient, but what can you do? I’m a frequent visitor, and with extra wait time have ample opportunities to upgrade comments regarding my experience.

Don't bother making an appointment. They do not honor the start time and are unconcerned about any inconvenience they cause. Customer service is not a priority. They blame corporate inefficiency on bad scheduling policy. UPDATE: It's now an hour past the appointment time, still not in the bay, and the service writer can not find the vehicle in the system. UPDATE: Changing to 3* based on good mechanical services. But they still cannot manage appointments.

Horrible customer service. I have been told the job would take 10-15 minutes. I was waiting for 1.5 hours. When I asked when the order will be done they told me what the tire what was ordered 2 days ago never came. WF...? I had to take some hours off from my job again to come back.

I had an appointment at 4:30, came in 10 minutes early, but waited 2 hours and they still have not worked on my car. I would not recommend this place to anybody, it wasted my time

I made an appointment on the website. But the man at the reception said we can't do your job. Even though I couldn't make an appointment and I showed him the appointment e-mail, he didn't take me to my appointment with a ridiculous excuse like we don't give appointments at this time. My advice to you is to go somewhere else or kill your day.

Made an appointment for 12 (on my lunch break). Made it here at 12:01 just for the ONLY technician to go on an hour lunch 10 mins after I arrived.
