Confused why you would even allow appointments if you refuse to honor them. 10am appt for an oil change. Was told it would take 2 hours to complete as they were backed up with walk ins. At least the man behind the counter was absolutely miserable and wanted to be anywhere but there.

Nothing but lies and excuses! Worst Automotive experience I've ever had. When I reached out to managment to get an answer, I was fed more excuses and lies. They depend on you not knowing anything about how automobiles work. Shame on you Firestone

Got a flat thanks to 3 screws and they were able to swap out the performance quality damaged tire in 40min with no appointment on a Monday afternoon. Amazing service and helpful over the phone with options.

Car was towed in for a flat tire. Store called and recommended 4 tires. They did not do an inspection on the vehicle and told me tire treads were 6/32nds in the front and 5/32nds in the rear. They did not chalk the tires and could not supply me with photos of the tires. On top of that when I first called I waited about 10 min to be helped and then was told they would have to call me back because they didn’t know what was going on. Not confidence inspiring at all and definitely not following Bridgestones 12 step procedure

I’ve brought my car here twice in the past 6 months and boy are these guys helpful. The first time I had a tire that had completely blown out on the highway and at 5:30 on a Saturday they were able to get me a new tire within a couple of hours. The second was for an oil change and to replace a tire with a nail in the side wall. Thorough service at a reasonable price, thank you guys for doing a good job.

The staff was helpful, responsive, upfront about repair costs, and relatively quick even though they were very busy. I did not have appointment but walked in and was helped with my flat tire. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

To say the technicians here are incompetent is an understatement. The technician Amir messed up my wife’s car and asked my wife perverse questions when she was being shown her vehicle.

I went on To Firestone on Friday the 16th of this month to get an oil change They called me to recommend that I needed wipers and tires and I don't know what else and I told him that I had just bought the wipers anyway to make a long story short I drove to Houston that evening and my trucks engine light turned on I stopped opened the hood the the compartment where the air filter goes was left open these guys don't know what they're doing be careful If you go there they are not experienced in what they are doing so disappointed

The South Asian guy provided prompt assistance and best customer service. Others need to learn. Overall, my experience was not bad, just some tiny little things I would say they need to understand we live in a world where people come from everywhere. They need to value and respect the cultures from all other places.

My car was pulling harder after the alignment with them than before. I made an appointment to get it fixed and when I showed up they told me the wait would be 2.5 hours even though I had an appointment. The service advisor tried telling me the alignment itself takes 1.5 hours even though it took them 15 minutes last time.

The staff Tracy here is so annoying, keeps complaining about everything extremely loud and trying to get into a fight with anyone she speaks to. Drove in my vehicle for with the appointment confirmation and the specifications of my vehicle repair needs, she challenges the validity of my appointment and trying to deny my service.

This location tried charging me for a tire diagnostic even though I had warranty for all of my tires and then the employee looked at me crazy when I asked him why I’m being charged for a diagnostic so I went to the Kyle location instead, and they figured out what the problem was and fixed my tire all without charging me for a diagnostic

Took car in for tune up for a preventive maintenance. Oil level as well as other fluids was good at time of service/pick up. 3 days later engine seized up and no oil was in car despite them saying no leak. Friendly customer service but I truly believe they don't know how to throughly fix cars aside from tires. This is the second time I had to go back to them to redo a repair that they originally fixed. Only difference this time is it cost my car engine to seize up and now I'm carless

Do not trust this Firestone. They will take advantage of you, especially if you are a woman who appears to not know what you are talking about. I took my car in for brake squeaking. I was given a full report that explicitly stated all of my rotors were cracked, rusted, and grinding metal. They wanted to do a full brake job for $1400 and replace all 4 rotors. I declined the service and took the car to get a second opinion where they removed the tires in front of me, and showed me all four rotors were in perfect condition. Brake pads had about 3-6 months life left on them. The squeakers on the pads were causing the sound. All this to say, do not trust this location. They will lie about the condition of your car to make money.

I asked them to put on new rims and tires that were already mounted and balanced. They said they were able to do it if I got there by 6:30 they were able to do it. Showed up 10 min before that and they told me they can’t do it anymore. Incompetence at its finest. As someone who has personally sold a Firestone property, go to a mom & pop for the love of for.

As a long-time Deaf customer of Firestone, the Southpark Meadows managers and technicians were able to fix my old 2009 Rogue and made it like new at 210,000 miles. I wanted to start my review with giving this team a 10 out of 10. Tanner Was phenomenal. He went above and beyond and made sure that my vehicle was safe and wouldn’t accept anything less.
