Victor and his team were fantastic. They were able to take my vehicle in on short notice, accommodate an additional service request and still get my vehicle back to me before the expected completion time. Awesome experience all around!

First of all, they came highly recommended and completely justified the referral. They communicated with me openly and factually, and provided timely competent service. I have a lot of basis for comparison at my age and already have no doubt that I am exactly where I need and want to be for car care.

I don't know if it's their fault exactly but....I couldn't book an appointment online because the website is down/it wouldn't let me sign in. So I called and the woman booked me for a good time. She said to make sure to get an email. she wasn't clear that if there is no confirmation email then the store did not accept the appointment. So I show up and that's what happened. Then I book for later that week. Wheel alignment and tire rotation. That's all. I show up and they said it'll take about 4 hours when I planned to stay there, partly due to staff calling out. so I rescheduled for a time when I could drop it off and come back for it. if you make an appointment, shouldn't that take precedence over cars that get dropped off? like work on those cars when/if you have time since people make an appointment...anyways third time is a charm. drop off the car. I get a call. I have a nail in one of the back tires. Then they suggested that I change the engine gas air filter. since I have no idea I say ok. fine. the total comes up to a little over $100 for everything. $30 for tire rotation and wheel alignment (I have the lifetime plan) and then $40 for the air filter and then $20 to plug the hole left in the tire from the hole. At check out, I was shown photos on his phone of the alignment stats but no photos of the nail or the air filter. It makes me feel...taken advantage of because I have no idea if it was all done. I guess will go back down to the Firestone down south of off Willian cannon because there I can wait for my car. hopefully the tire rotation and wheel alignment was done correctly.

Moy was friendly and professional. Despite requesting a time slot online, it took a couple hours, but it was also a Sunday. I grabbed lunch, came back, and it wasn’t much long after that they looked at it. Really grateful they were open on a Sunday.

Go to ANY other location. I just recently moved to austin and bought a new car, so I let my boyfriend have my old car, I took the old car there to get the engine cleaned up a bit for him and the check engine light cleared and they quoted me 1500$~ to replace things that didn't need to be replaced. I told them no, thats ok, im not doing that today, just the oil change and the check, he started at me with an attitude. When they brought me to the car, to drive it home, the car didn't start, they had drained the battery by leaving it on all night and the dude said "oops i think i put it back together right we must've left it on overnight on accident" they jumped it and assured me i'd be fine, but I had to buy a new battery after that. All in all I think they were just trying to see how much money they could charge on my parent's firestone card. When I got home, I did some googling, cleaned out the mass airflow censor myself. Car started driving 10x better and The Check engine light cleared on its own. 🙄men

Despite the shop being understaffed, which results in longer than average/normal/usual wait times, the personnel were very helpful and kind, and the work was good, honest, and respectful of my needs without trying to oversell. I would and do recommend them to anyone that needs help with their vehicle.

Long story short I think the repair is holding up, but they’re losing 3 stars because of their service manager Matt. I get that we all have bad days, but I don’t appreciate being bullied and I did nothing to deserve him talking to me like that. Plus the other employee told me that one of their techs had already made 3 mistakes that week, so my advice is to use Firestone as a last resort.

My customer set an appointment for a pre purchase inspection yesterday and scheduled it for 2pm today. I brought the vehicle into them at 10am to drop off. Service writer says we no longer perform pre purchase inspections. The advisor your client set the appointment with was new and not aware of this policy. Client called the store and within 10 minutes scheduled a pre purchase inspection with the Hancock Center Firestone . They are currently performing the pre purchase inspection. Get you stuff together Northcross Firestone

The gentleman who helped me right away was so very kind and knowledgeable . He was able to see that all 4 tires were 'near the end of their useful lives' making it impossible to pick the 'best two' to keep (running from Hurricane Beryl, tires were not on the expense list). He found reasonably priced , quality tires and he and his team took care of the tires and an oil change for me in no time. I had done business with Firestone Complete Auto Care near my home and this Austin store really upheld the reputation for quality, value and customer service. I am quite favorably impressed. Thank You

Delighted I could leave our cars for inspection and come back later. Contacted two other vendors for the service and was told either the machine was down or the inspector wasn’t in. Thanks for making the state requirement easy to fulfill.

Moy is super! I came in on a late Friday afternoon to get my headlights replaced. They were short staffed, and Moy asked if I could come back the next day. I did, and he replaced my lights, gratis! I will definitely come back for service and maintenance.

They gave me an appointment.I drive 60 miles to their location.Only to be told oops we can't service you. It's a great problem for companies to have.When they have so much business.They can turn away customers who have paid them thousands of dollars over the years. This is a great example of how brands were once iconic for customer service have lost their way.

It was easy to schedule an appointment to have a tire repaired. The wait time did take longer than expected but the manager compensated me by not charging me. They seemed to care about their customer so I will go back again

just not sure if i needed new tires? Oil change took a while and i didnt want synthetic but was told i needed it? Did help me find a deal on tires. But still was just expensive.

Excellent customer service. My car issue turned out to be more complex than expected (had to take it to the dealership in the end), but the crew kept me in the loop on everything they did to diagnose/fix it. At every turn, they were kind, patient, and helpful. I will most definitely come back to this location for any future service needs.

Making an appointment online is a breeze, and my truck was serviced in a timely manner. I had a small issue with the brakes after servicing, so I made another appointment and they resolved it in a couple of hours, at no charge. I've been going to the Northcross location with several cars for years; friendly folks, thorough and efficient.

Took my car here for an oil change and inspiration. They had a long wait even with an appointment. So they let me know when it would be slow and i brought my car back and it was quick. Plenty to do around here to eat out so so you can be busy will they are working on the car.

I made an appointment weeks in advance to get wheels/tires I ordered from Tire Rack installed. It should take 15-30 minutes to swap tires, but it took almost 8 hours with several problems along the way. Very disappointing.

I've been coming to this Firestone for over 25 years for all kinds of services. I came in this morning because a school van needed air in its tires for a field trip later today. Juan hooked me up right then and there at no charge, and now we can travel safely. Thank you, Juan and Northcross Firestone. I'll keep coming back as long as I own and drive cars!

Had a great experience there yesterday. Made an appointment for oil change. Went in sat for maybe an hour but Moy the manager there turned on NFL football while I waited. Seemed like I waited 15 minutes. Great service..I will be back.

I like these guys. I feel like I can trust them. Took our son’s car in for some work on the front suspension, and they explained what was going on, even showing us an example of the parts that were failing. When I explained that we couldn’t afford to take care of all of the issues at that time, Moy gave us a list in order of priority. Recently, we took our van in for some new tires, assuming we would get a set of four. When I asked if we could get some more mileage out of our back tires, Moy was honest and said we could instead of trying to upsell us on all four tires.
