Jose is one of the most honest auto shop manager. He wasn’t pushy or in a rush; he took his time explaining everything. Honestly this is probably the best service I’ve received. Very amiable and helped me save $50. Thanks for my tires !

Just observed an accident and pulled into Firestone to see if people were ok. I parked into a handicapped spot and put my placard on my windshield. A rep of Firestone came out and said “you have to leave, you aren’t a customer”. I explained I pulled over due to observing this accident and wanted to make sure everyone was ok. I am a physician. He saw both vehicles and knew there was an accident. He did not ask if anyone was injured. He refused to give me his name. I am amazed at his lack of caring. I cannot comment on the services but based on his apathy, I cannot imagine doing business with this company. Other’s beware.

This guy's were totally a scam. Had one bad tire and they put in a order for four. I was in the building watching television for about 4 hours. In that time they switched my tire that had a nail in it to the back rear tire. Replaced the front two with two new tires then mounted the tire with the nail in the back. Let me drive off with the tire with the nail in it to say "oh we forgot". Then replaced my battery with a old battery so they can charge me for that also. DO NOT GO HERE THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND THEN MESS YOUR CAR UP TO UP CHARGE YOU. SMH. I REPEAT KEEP A EYE ON THIS GUYS THEY'RE THE REAL DEAL SCAMMERS.

Called to confirm I could use a coupon I had, employee got my vehicle information and said yes, so I scheduled an appointment with him. A week later drove across town for my appointment to be told the information he put on my account was completely innacurate (not my car model or year), that I could not use the coupon and would be charged $116 for an OIL CHANGE. I told the employee that was outrageous and I could get that cheaper anywhere else. Tried to then convince me to sign up for a credit card, I walked out and got a same day oil change appointment at Acura for $59.99 with a maintenance check, battery check, tire rotation and car wash included free.

So happy they were open on a Sunday, we were in town visiting relatives and noticed the car was acting weird. Took it in and within the hour we were set to go. Staff was great. Definitely will go back if ever needed!

BRAD AND TECH #28 EPI were very accommodating. WENT IN for a flat repair and they got me in and out. I woke up to a low tire at 600am on our way back to Florida and they got me in and out with no appointment. It was a 24" tire as well so it needs to be done with care and the tech took his time didn't scratch the rim. I just apologize for not leaving the tech a tip but had the family in the hotel waiting for me and I was rushing and not thinking clearly. 6500 mile round trip will do that to you with 3 kids and a wife that likes to drive from the passanger seat My sincere apologies, I hope this review helps the tech out.

My wife and I were driving through Bakersfield when our low tire pressure light went on. After putting air in the tire and confirming a leak, we went to Firestones unannounced. While the repairs was being done, we were able to use the Firestone guest wh-fi and get some work done in the comfort of leather chairs. The staff was friendly, took us in right in and we were on our way within 90 minutes. We had a very good experience.

I’ve been taking my cars for alignment at Firestone on Stine since is closer to my house. I took my cars here on Chester since Stine was booked. First car I took was decline stating it was “too low” but it’s factory suspension. I offered to take my bumper off and they said no. I took my truck here which is lifted and they declined it as well. Manager said that the tech says the truck is “too long” lol… the truck is a 2500hd Silverado short bed and not long. Their main excuse was that they “have old equipments” compare to their sister shop on Stine. Which I went and ask Stine about it, and they claimed that “Firestone supplies our equipments so we should all have the same.” Save your self the time waiting and wasting fuel out there by just going to other Firestone.

Maria the manager of this location is very rude , promises times she can't deliver I would recommend going anywhere but here ...she said she would call me when my tire arrives it's been there for a couple days and still no call... very unprofessional.... I can see why this location loses so much money ... Definitely needs new management or retraining at the bare minimum..

I called in and told him I had a flat tire they said come on in. I drove the two blocks only to be told that they were going to close down early, I told him please help I have a flat tire and my pregnant wife's in the car. I just need a patch and I'll be on my way. They all looked at each other, and the desk guy said it was up to the other guys, after a few moments of Silence, I was told that the air compressor has already been turned off! As if it doesn't turn back on with the flip of a switch! Explain to them that I just called they told me to come here I can't drive anymore on my flat. And express them that they're open sign was on and all their workers were still there, and their business hours had them open for another hour! And they told me I don't know what to tell you. Horrible business operators! Horrible people! Zero compassion! 10 out of 10 don't recommend this place to anybody. Worst experience at any business in my life!

I came here for a rattle noise and they were very honest and reasonable about their work. All the employees I talked to were professional and kind. I would definitely come back for any work I need done. Keep in mind they don't do welding onsite, but they can refer you to other places for that kind of work. It also seems to be pretty busy there and I'm sure that has to do with the quality of their work and their reasonable prices. I'd highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 11am, dropped off my car at 11 the attendant said about 2 hours. When it was 1:30 I called to check on my car because I hadn’t heard anything. When the service guy answered he said it was being done now and to come in at 2 to pick it up. So i arrived at 2 and my car was still up on jacks!! When the service guy came over to help me I said” My car still is done that was suppose to be just a simple oil change and it’s been 3 hours since I dropped it off!!! The Service guy immediately went out talk to the technician and came back and apologized that he got side track doing something else!! Needless to say an oil change took 3 1/2 hours!! Never doing that again!!

Made an online appointment and when I walked in they said they couldn’t honor it since it was not confirmed. They did not even contact me by email or phone to let me know. Lost my and my family and friends business. Would not trust these folks with your car if they can’t even get appointment right imo

We were traveling en route the area gotten ruptured tires by hitting a pothole on 99, got desperately towed into this auto center after some dramas and surprisingly found we came to the right place and were in good hands. Maria who received us was in such a manner that not only calmed us down and gave us a piece of mind but also quite confident and on top of everything knowing her stuff and exactly the whole process and what needed to be done, she then had kept us posted of the progress, all we needed to do was sitting there relaxing until the work was done, and they did it super efficiently. The whole experience was amazing. We were just so happy to have found this center helping us and getting us quickly back on road for our holiday journey. Thanks to Maria and The Team again! You guys are THE best!

Would not recommend!! Felt disrespected today went in and bought tires for my truck but then I ask lady there for tires for different vehicle and she was willing to help but ultimately ignored me and went on to help people coming in even though I was standing at counter 20 minutes later she wanted to help but it was late will take Bussiness else where
