Service advisor and technician were both knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I needed a battery but didn’t have the car present. They asked the right questions to ensure I got the right one the first time. They had to order the battery from another store and it arrived within 15 minutes. 10/10 great experience.

My friend brought her car in 3 weeks ago to diagnose check engine light and fix heater blowing out cold air. For 3 weeks they have said they will get to car/are working on car. Promised it would be done yesterday. Today she called and was told they would get to it today or tomorrow. So lies upon lies upon lies. She is going to get the car and take it to real mechanics and not liars. Her friends and coworkers have been giving her rides and inconvenience to multiple people. She is going to surprise then and pick up car so they don't damage car parts so it won't start.

Misleading! I took my Audi for a tire repair and they told me I needed a new tire and it couldn't be patched - which was false. I took my car in for a tire repair/patch. I was fortunate to see the location of the nail in my tire before I took it in. They called me and said it wasn't repairable. When I asked why they said it was to close to the side, which I knew it wasn't and they just happen to have a tire in stock- so they would replace it. I said, no - I would bring my husband with me to look at the tire and take it somewhere else. They then called back and said - Oh wait, now we can repair it. Terrible!

I had a bolt stuck in my tire that I urgently needed repaired prior to work the next day. Anyssa and crew got me in quickly and were able to complete the work in good time for a good price. Anyssa projected professionalism and care for customers. My many thanks!

I needed a tire patched. I’m from out of town visiting relatives. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and they couldn’t fix my tire but scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM the next day. The next morning I was there at 10:30 sharp, and after three hours, they never touched my car. So I went back in to the service desk and asked them how much longer that it would be and they were as rude as they could possibly be and said not until late in the afternoon! Made no eye contact , mumbled , And I couldn’t get a straight answer. So I asked for my key back. I went up York Road to Midas auto and tire care and they were fantastic and patch my tire right away. Firestone needs to learn a little something about courteousness and SERVICE.

The number is 007005 I purchased 4 tires.i made it clear to the customer service that I didn't want the white letters showing outside on the tires.i noticed when the mechanic had it on the front alignment that the tires was not placed the way I asked them to and I said something to David the store manager and he mentioned it to the mechanic to change them at that point I think that's when they damage my rims as you see in the picture of my rims are damaged and I feel the store or the owner should compensate me for the damage especially the money that I spent on them tires I will not recommend anybody to that store location I feel it's a lot of talking less working with the mechanics doing there job. I called the store and talk to the store manager David he asked me to send him some pictures I have not gotten the response back I appreciate if somebody can reach out and help me with this problem

This shop is negligent and dangerous to say the very least. Please if you care about yourself and any family or friends that will be in your vehicle, DO NOT LET THIS PLACE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!! They cause over $2,000.00 in damage to my car and me and my daughter are lucky to be alive….thats what several mechanics at unrelated shops have told me. I have copious notes, damaged parts and professional statements to back up all of these claims. I can prove that the shop manager, David, personally told me and a coworker of mine on separate occasions that my car was safe to drive. This man could have cost me and my child our lives. I wish I was being dramatic. I paid almost $1,000.00 for this Firestone location to further damage my car. I should have listened to the reviews, they are bad for a reason. All of these people aren’t lying! This shop really has earned the bad reputation. Also, they tried to convince me that I caused the damage to my own car but thankfully they were stupid enough to hand us the part and we kept that too. This part is impossible to damage from driving, it was stripped at this shop. So keep in mind they are dishonest on top of everything else. I didn’t want to write this review but I felt obligated to do so because I don’t want anyone else to be put in a dangerous situation. There are way too many other options in the immediate area for car repairs, don’t risk it by trusting this business.

Attention: I would not recommend this location based on my experience. 1 In mid-July, I scheduled an appointment. When I called to confirm the day of, I was informed that I was not actually scheduled, After Arriving. 2 This week, I called to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. Upon arriving, I was told my appointment was actually for the following day. They also confirmed that I was previously scheduled before for the same work. 3 Today, when I visited, I was informed that the work I needed required coming in earlier when the main technician was present. This information was never communicated to me during my previous interactions with the establishment. I would not have written this review if I hadn’t felt that my time was wasted. Despite being understanding and giving this place multiple chances, the repeated issues have led to this one-star rating. As a paying customer who has taken time off work twice, I am deeply disappointed.

Took 2 hours to diagnose and fix two slow leaks. Excessive time was caused by mechanic being called off of my job and put to work on another job that arrived after mine. Store unwilling to offer any kind of guarantee or warrantee on the work they performed.

They provided me with horrible auto mechanic service. Destroyed the cooling system of my car, the coolant leaked rapidly after they flushed my radiator and I paid for these services as rendered. I went back to them to see if they gonna correct it instead they were asking me for more money telling me I needed to fix the break, and so on. Before then, my car was perfectly fine, all I asked them to do was change my oil and tire rotation before they suggested all that nonsense to damage my car. I will never go there or any Firestone complete auto care again.

I know there is quite a bit of 1-star reviews for the Firestone Complete Car Care shop on York Road in northeast Baltimore, and everyone’s experience is bound to be different. For me, however, as a first time customer, I found the shop and folks therein excellent, who provided prompt and courteous service with great communications. (Shout out to Mr. David M and Ms. Gironda!) I have no complaints about the work done. My only gripe is because of a weird discrepancy between the service items noted on the printed final invoice (same as what showed up on their computer) and the items that came up via the same invoice number on the Firestone app. There were items on the written invoice which were apparently completed, but according to the Firestone app those were “recommended but not done” (for the same store and invoice numbers). This discrepancy was mystifying and wasn’t clarified or resolved by the end. Also, their technician had incidentally stripped two (2) of the wheel lug nuts but thankfully, they were transparent about it and replaced the lug nuts the next day at no charge.

1. I had an appointment for 11 am, I arrived at 10.50, but I received the car only at 1 pm 2. what is most important for me, the camber of the ascent almost did not change, the rear wheel remained in a crooked position, the question is why did I spend 2 hours? 3. I was given a dirty car, which is true after my complaints, they cleaned it a little, breaking the mat holder, I had to clean the rest. In summary, I can say that this place is absolutely disappointing, and that under no circumstances should you do wheel alignment here, lost money , wasted time, no result

Don't go here, they'll overcharge you and won't fix the actual issue with your car. They will only give you a temporary fix.

The office employees are friendly and helpful, and the mechanics do great work. I've been going to the York Road location for years and have never had a bad experience. It's nice to go to a place where the management has been consistent and recognizes you by name.

This place was terrible. Staff was not transparent about what was really going on with my car. Staff were definitely dishonest about problems with my car to make money, specifically the asian guy at the front desk. He has no insight about cars and definitely needs more training. I was told that I needed several things to fix a minor problem with my car including an oil change although it was not time to have an oil change. The asian guy at the front desk told me where the nail was located in my tire meant it could not be repaired and I need to pay $195.00 for just the tire alone. I took it to Jiffy Lube and they diagnosed the car free of charge and did something minor which did not require any payment and just like magic my car was good as new. A guy at Jiffy Lube also had to take oil out my car since I had too much oil in it, which contraindicated Firestone story that I had no oil in my car. The small nail was removed from my tire and there was no leak, no air escaping and I was told my tire is still "good". I ended up losing $500 paying for things I did not need at Firestone. Wish I went anywhere else but Firestone before I paid $500 for something that I did not need nor did it correct the problem that I was having.

I called before I went there. Ask how much it would cost to get a patch on my tire. They said $30, not a long wait, come on in. I arrived at 3:30pm. Didn’t leave until 6:20. FOR A PATCH. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN & then tried to charge me $40. I hope they didn’t do anything wrong to my car because What were y’all doing all that time

Store manager David M., and Sales teammate Kevin W., gave exceptional customer service today. They walked me through my services that I requested, and showed me in detail what I needed. I was made me aware of each step of the process of having my car serviced, and I could they worked well together. The auto techs were extremely efficient with getting vehicles in and out for service. I had a lengthy wait because I called last minute, but I was also given attention to detail and patience, when deciding what services I wanted today, versus what could wait. Thank you for the services provided today. It was needed, and I appreciate the patience given to all customers today.
