After service, my alignment was completely off, and now shaking like a wheel weight was knocked off. When I returned, the service rep says"Oooh we are so sorry we dnt do alignments on lifted vechicals, insult2injury, OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS. gave money back, and recommended Goodyear tire service. How could I even trust recommendation.🤯 Why did rep& tech tak my vehicle and play with it. Both should be fired....

Great experience at Firestone Baton Rouge. Son’s car broke down parents weekend. Firestone saved the day and got it fixed by sunday morning. We are so grateful!!!

I brought my partners car in to have two plugs removed from two tires and replace them with patches before a trip. Both plugs were in the tread and have been holding up well. They said it would be a while and I replied as long as it gets done today thats fine. I waited in the lobby for 4 hours and 52 mins before they said the car was ready. The same person then told me they don’t remove plugs and replace them with patches. This would have been great know when I first came in and asked them to do that exact thing. They then tried to read off a quote for two new tires and a new battery. Huge waste of my time and speaks very poorly of them as a tire shop. If their techs aren’t even capable of installing a patch on a tire how can you trust them to properly install tires, change your oil, or do a brake job. During my 4 hours and 52 mins of waiting,I overheard one of the techs say she did a complete service job on the wrong car. Then just said screw it, it’ll be fine. Avoid this place like the plague, the incompetence is astonishing. Precious time was taken away from me due to incompetence. The only other explanation is the service writer omitted the fact they didn’t install patches so they could recommend new tires for a larger sale.

If I was able to give less than one star, I would. Very poorly run operation gave me the key and service ticket to the wrong vehicle. Allowed me to access another customers vehicle. Damaged my vehicle and would not own up to it. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change they attempted to replace the battery and sell me tires. The tires on my vehicle have less than 7000 Miles on them. Staff accused me of stealing my vehicle. The manager was very rude and condescending. He would not own their errors and mistakes. This is the typical unethical repair shop. Stay away from this place. There are far better professionally run ethically run repair shops in Baton Rouge.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful I felt a positive energy in the store and will always be going back to this store for my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali Service and tires. My wife will also be needing tires soon and I will have her come to this store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great service. I've gone to one location in Baton Rouge for several years. There is value in building a history with ANY business. I no longer "compare/shop" prices for services for my vehicle. I've realized Firestone is fair and competitive in price and stellar in knowledge and service.

I have patronized this Burbank Firestone location for 13 years since moving to a neighborhood close to this store, and I have been very satisfied with the extreme level of professional service provided by the employees, mechanics and staff of this Burbank location!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! They were amazing! If I am ever in Baton Rouge again this is where I would go. I called to see if I could get my car looked at real quick to make sure there was no significant damage after running some rubber over and they said they MIGHT be able to look it over. I went ahead and drove over thinking I would have to wait a little bit if they were able to look over it, knowing that I may have to come back in the morning and drop it off. I got there and told them what happened and they were able to pull into one of the bays to have a closer look. Nothing was significantly bad and they were able to do some fixing up. I am super thankful they were kind enough to take the time to look at the car especially since it was like an hour and half before closing time. I definitely appreciated it, THANK Y'ALL!! 🙏🏻

Superb customer service by service reps and techs. This was my 4th visit to this location and I'm always satisfied. I came for a tire replacement as result of an accident, and the service reps and techs went out of their way to also inspect my vehicle, assess damage, and perform cleaning and securing of loose parts. Great customer service, great support and technical advice. I'll definitely return again to this location for future service and tire purchases.

Awesome service and friendly staff, the manager goes out of his way to help and get things done. As always, I brought my daughter vehicle for an oil change and got it ready in a short time on a Sunday even when they are short-handed. Still excellent service

My experience with Firestone was horrible. I felt like I was getting scammed and taken advantage of. I called over the phone to get an estimate or a quote for the service I needed done, and they REFUSED to give me a quote unless they were able to do a diagnostic test. I already knew what the problem was and told them exactly what I needed done, but they would not give me a price without a diagnostic test. After the diagnostic test, they just repeated to me what I had already told them. They said the diagnostic test was $122, but after taxes and fees, I ended up paying $146. $146 for them to just look at my car. With the diagnostic test and the service I needed done, the total was $800. I wish I had never gone there, and I would tell anyone and everyone to avoid this place. Within minutes of looking around at other auto shops, I found someone who would do a diagnostic test for free and provide the same exact service for $450.

I brought in a rental that I was using to do Lyft. The technicians inspected it the same day and called within hours to let me know what was wrong with the vehicle. Turns out it has to go to a body shop but at least they didn't leave me waiting a week to find out.

I came in for just an oil change. Mike made sure my car was thoroughly checked out and I was so grateful for his honesty. I needed a brake job, tires, and an engine filter and air filter. I was so glad he walked me through things because I had a road trip planned soon. Although more than what I came for, I appreciated it because I know getting those things taken care of will keep my vehicle running properly and my family safe.

Did only the work requested. Did not do work that was thought to be needed after initial repair fixed the problem attributed to another component. Finished the work on the same day car was dropped off. Gave me the coupon price for the oil change. Tested tires and other components and made recommendations.

Our whole family uses this particular Firestone and we will never go anywhere else. Honest work and always so friendly. Trust is earned and they have definitely gone above and beyond every time to earn ours!
