Wow! This place is amazing. Helping us out of a jam at 4pm on a Friday. Our rental car had a tire that needed to be repaired, we are 450 miles away from home. And they stepped up to the plate for us. Thanks to Justin and the great team of Firestone employees that helped us.

Everyone was friendly, plus the man who works in the front is wonderful and extremely helpful. I’ve been to many firestones in baton rouge and none of them compare to the quality of work done here. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to Firestone Baton Rouge for any mechanical issues. I brought my vehicle for what was diagnosed at a parts store as a misfire. Firestone charged me for their own diagnosis and reported the same check engine code. I agreed to go ahead and change the spark plugs and the coil packs. I was also suspicious if my vehicle had a head gasket leak because I was losing coolant. I requested an engine block pressure check and I was told there was not a leak. The vehicle was returned to me then I took it out of town. While out of town my brakes started squealing. I brought my vehicle to another shop to get my pads and rotors replaced. After that my check engine light returned with the same misfire. This time the check engine light started blinking and the vehicle wouldn’t start. I had the vehicle towed to Firestone for the warranty they offered for returned repair. Firestone had the vehicle for multiple days and said they could not figure it out. The technician had a terrible attitude and tried to deny it was the same error code and said there were others. I asked to receive a list of the codes and the only report they sent me was that I needed new brakes and rotors that were replaced two weeks prior. They said they could not do the repair so I had to pay another tow truck to have it towed to the dealership. The dealership said I need a pressure check to check the block and their is still a misfire. So I am not sure if Firestone did anything at all.

This Group of men go that extra mile to make sure I receive exactly what I came N for. I've been with Firestone ( Cortana Mall) Baton Rouge , La.over 20 Years... Very Satisfied Customer.... Chester knows I call on the day I need my car serviced & Friday he had no appointments available but I dropped my car off & received a call when my vehicle was ready. 😃 I had oil change, tire rotation & front end alignment....

I brought my vehicle in for a computer diagnostic test. After about two hours only for the technician to tell me he was unable to communicate with my vehicles computer system. I was charged $137 dollars for that information. So basically I paid for NOTHING. I left the same way I came. Wondering what’s wrong with my vehicle. I guess their time is valuable. But so is mine!!!!!!!

New breaks & new tires. Very Good customer service. I called ahead and had a great phone interaction. Once at the location, someone helped us immediately when we walked in the door. All my questions were answered throughly and I was comfortable having the work done there. Also, no surprises! I received a call before any work was started to advise what parts would be needed and the options that were available. They were then able to advise me of the total cost (including taxes). It was also complete about an hour before I expected which was nice.

Extremely courteous, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable group of people. I’m actually excited to tell you about these employees: honestly they know you gotta have a little anxiety because you’re there. They make you forget just how much you have to pay because they are so caring. It’s like they make you comfortable enough that even bad news about my car is going to be ok just because I KNOW THAY WILL FIX IT. Travis quickly found the correct size tire and had it installed in short order. I was near Cortana mall looking at my Gps hit a concrete curb blew my front tire out immediately, slowly drove to firestone and they fixed me up.
