If I could give no stars, I would. Now it wasn’t completely brought to my attention that Firestone was mainly for tires. However, I brought my car in yesterday to get an AC diagnostic. They told me that my blower motor was not working at all. So I went out and spent $200 on a new blower motor just to find out that wasn’t the problem with my AC. After confronting the service manager, he insisted that his men knew what they were doing and tried to reassure me the problem with my AC was not my control panel. Well after spending another $96 on a new control, my AC then kicks on. Firestone does not know how to listen to a customer’s concern when in the end the customer was right with what was wrong with her car. Highly do not recommend getting any services done here, this was very disappointing.

Shon & Reggie took good care of me. Starter replaced as well as 3 tires & alignment. Vehicle towed to location the afternoon before. Work completed in about 6 hours on Saturday. Thanks!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed about my vehicle progress. Due to a traffic incident, I was late picking up my vehicle, the Manager stayed late and waited for me. I was extremely grateful.

This is a hard review to make. I have trusted Firestone on Siegen with my cars for over 15 years and I am so disappointed with them. In May, I made an appt with Ms. Shon who was the sweetest lady. “Please check tires” popped up in my car and we scheduled service to check it out. During that conversation, I knew I’d have to get all new tires and was prepared for it. I left work early and brought extra work to “entertain” myself to get my tires checked. That day, an older gentleman was at the desk and I asked if I could add a service (changing the bulb in my taillight) to the bill. He said if I had the bulb (which I did), he’d get the guys to change it. I settled in and in less than an hour, I was told that one tire needed air and I had to replace the entire casing on my taillight and I should return the bulbs to the store. The other tires were fine. The tech told me himself as he handed me the key! The older gentleman stated that if I got the right part for the taillight, they’d change it. My ticket was closed out and I left excited that I had a while before I needed to spend the money for new tires. A little disappointed that I had the wrong bulbs for my taillight and that I’d have to spend more money to fix it. I was confused when I received an email about needing two tires and that I had not authorized the service. Imagine my shock less than two weeks later when my tire was flat and the tire message was back! I immediately drove back (on a flat) where I was told that I definitely needed new tires and was “recommended” the service the last time! Apparently there was a conversation had that I wasn’t privy to! Imagine the shock again when my brother opened the casing for my taillight and it was the EXACT same bulbs I had brought in the first time! It really sucks when you trust people and think they care and they lie to you because they didn’t want to complete a service. I use the Interstate to get to work and having my car properly operating is a top priority for me. So for someone to lie to me about not needing new TIRES is crazy. I was literally there for that service and was told I didn’t need it! What reason would anyone have to lie about it? I had an appointment, left work early, and was prepared to pay. Siegen Firestone, I’m more disappointed than words can express!

The staff at the Baton Rouge Siegen location provided quality service during my recent visit. They were able to get our rental van back on the road in no time after we encounter a nail in the tire. From the start Marshall, the customer service associate, was very nice and assured us he'd be able to take care of it and get us on the road in no time. Thanks to Marshall and the Firestone team we were back on the road in less than an hour. We are greatly for their service and great attitude throughout the process

Amazing service! I came in for what I thought was a bad tire. Ms. Shon went out to look at the tire and came in with news that I actually needed 3. I was going to be late for a meeting dealing with all 3 so I told her I would be back in 2 hours. When I returned, she left her lunch and sent someone out to greet me at the car. The mechanic took the vehicle back immediately. She had all three tires there, ready to be installed with no additional wait. I’m here often for tire rotations and she is always consistent with good customer service, but today, she went above and beyond for me. I appreciate you, Shon! Thanks a bunch 😃

I needed an emergency tire put on 20 minutes before they closed and they got me an affordable tire and had it mounted and balanced very quickly. Customer service was great, they were very nice and helpful.

Tremendous experience with this Firestone location. Reginald provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was aligned and tire installation. Car drives smooth and straight. I could not ask for better service. I would recommend this Firestone location if you are in need of tires or auto repairs.

I had my vehicle towed here for tire replacements due to vandalism, there were three damaged tires involved and I needed photos of the damaged tires for my insurance. I contacted the business which is located on Siegen Lane and received photos of two of the tires. I telephoned the company and spoke with the manager, Shon, within three minutes of receiving the photo images and was told the tires had been discarded and she was unable to provide me any additional photos. I do not believe the tires were discarded within that short a time frame and was quite upset by her demeanor, her actions appeared to be a prevention of me filing with my insurance company. After doing business here to the tune of $1,300 I would think my request would be simple to comply with. I will never do business with this location again and suggest others steer clear of them as well.

Ii set an appointment at 2 pm. However, they didn't start working on my car until after 4 pm. If they are not going to honor appointments, then they probably should not set them. This sets you up for negative survey's because if I didn't have an appointment, I probably wouldn't be upset if it took longer. But since I DID have an appointment, I am disappointed.

Shon, the GM is amazing. Her attitude & attention to customers is remarkable. My vehicle needs are always taken care of in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner. She doesn't just expect me/ my husband to take her word for the diagnostics, she let's us see it for ourselves.

This place is a complete joke. Told me they won't change a tire on a Tesla. Acted like it's a different type of tire. Tires are tires, and Firestone needs to realize it's 2023, not 2013.

My AC compressor went out, and they had the part in stock to fix it that day, so I decided to try them out. They are a little on the expensive side compared to a small mechanic shop, but like I said, the car was able to be fixed that day while I waited. It turned out to be a better decision than I thought because while they were doing a complete vehicle check, they discovered that 3 tires I bought from Walmart last year were about to blow out because the belts had broken on the insides of the tires and I couldn't see none of them. The tires still had very good-looking tread (less than 15k miles were on them). So I just decided to get 4 brand new tires that day. I bought the cheapest tires they had (I had already spent over 1k and didn't plan on buying tires. ) the brand is sure drive, and they are 55k mile tires and ride better than the Goodyear tires they replaced. I am really happy with them so far and recommend anyone check out the reviews on them . The service I had done was the Seigan lane store In Baton Rouge
