The person at the counter George wanted me to diagnosis the problem with my car's alignment. If I knew what the issue was I wouldn't need you all. I decided to ask for my keys back and will go to my normal repair location. I don't need any added problems with my car due to incompetence.

I brought my car in to get two tires replaced I was never called to come pick it up when it was finished so when I called supposedly 10 minutes before closing @5:50pm I was told that I may have to wait till the next day to pick up my car even though online it says they are open from 7to7 Monday through Friday. An hour and ten minutes past when I called. When I picked up my car I saw that the two tires that was handled was filthy with some type of stuff that they used to put the tires on and off and was told that it would just wipe off and it did NOT just wipe off. Then when I drove off it felt like the tires were going to fall off of the car. It's a good thing I didn't go for just up the road I was able to make it back to the shop where I was met with a technician who tried to drive the car and make it do the same thing but all he did was go very slow in the parking lot I was asked to leave the vehicle again overnight. So I did and was told that the technician left a bunch of lug nuts loose how does someone that changes tires for a living leave lug nuts loose?!?! And this is my 18 year old daughters car. Its a good thing I handled all this cause she wouldn't have known what to do or worse kept driving the car and a wheel would have fallen off and she could have gotten hurt or worse. So it took all of 2 whole days just to get 2 tires changed. Tires they had in stock at that. Its not like they had to be ordered or anything. And you know I really hate leaving a review like this because I normally use these guys for all of my tire needs and I really haven't had an issue up until now but this is a pretty big issue especially if my daughter would have been driving that car and not me and especially because it was something as simple as making sure all the lug nuts were properly tightened that's tire changing 101 and unacceptable. This is what both tires look like after they were finished with them.

I was able to get my tires in a reasonable time frame however, I was not made aware that I was getting different tires than what I had ordered. The original estimate was higher than the quote I received online but it was corrected before I paid. All in all not a good experience. After returning home and inspecting the tires, there were no valve caps on any of my tires The staff was friendly and keep me updated however I wasn't happy that I wasn't told about the tire situation. I will not return.

They quoted a price over the phone. It was a little higher than a quote I had received from another tire company but it was a little more convenient so I went to Firestone. At 8 in the morning he scheduled an appointment for me at 2 in the afternoon and told me it would take about an hour. I arrived at 2. When a salesperson looked up my order he said it was going to be more than I was quoted. I told him that I was only willing to pay what I was quoted. It is the old bait and switch routine. George, who gave me the quote, said npt to worry about it bc it was his mistake. So then they told me it would an hour and a half to 2 hours instead of the 1 hour I was told on the phone. Messed my day up. But I made arrangements and left. I went to pick up my vehicle an hour and 50 minutes later to find that they had my truck on the lift but had not started working on it. I went inside and asked George why they had not started on my truck after having it for 2 hours. I asked him to just bring my truck back out and I would go somewhere else. He kept saying they are working on it now and it would not take long. Afyer going back and forth, I told him fine, but I would not do business with Firestone again. He then insulted me by giving me a lecture about free will. I had to just walk away. He was so arrogant and so ignorant, I just had to block. It took more than 3 hours and 15 minutes to get my vehicle. George lied every step of the way, tried to make his problems my problems, then ibsulted

This is the best car care in Baton Rouge - I have a Ford Explorer, it's 15 years old and every time I take it to them for a service, the SUV drives out of there feeling like a brand new vehicle. When it was new, I used to get less than 15 mpg, now with 181,000 miles on it, after I switched from the original Ford dealer service to Firestone, I regularly get 17+ mpg around town and it drives so much better, I'm always happy to take my car to them because they fix any issues quickly and affordable.

Y'all don't waste your time coming here. Needed brake pads and rotors changed out. I am sitting there waiting for an estimate and I think they didn't realize I was sitting in the room. I hear one of the managers walk in and tell some of the employees "let me get the bill ready on this one , we are gonna be good for a while after this job". I am not exactly sure what he meant by that but needless to say that seems pretty sketchy. Finally, they give me a quote of well over $1000. Around $1400. I got the same job done at another spot. They quoted me around $800 for the same job and after some talking they bumped it down to $630. The Firestone company has set fees for certain jobs and labor sure.... but don't trust these guys.

Not too impressed.. went in to get a patch on my tire for a slow leak. Was told they couldn’t patch it and that I should just go ahead and get all four new tires at the tune of $1700. Was certainly not prepared to drop that kind of money at that time so I declined for the time being to wait for a supposed sale they are having next week and just air up my tire for the time being.. I was charged $10.98 for them to look at the tire, which is fine, but upon driving off I realize they didn’t even air up my tire so I could drive home. So I had to stop at a gas station to pay more money and spend more time fixing something that they could have easily done for me out of curtesy.

The service was awful and the staff was incredibly impolite. I would advise women not to visit alone as they may attempt to coerce you into unnecessary car services. If you refuse, they respond with a strange attitude and make you wait excessively.

My 2nd. Time going here for an oil change. Had an appointment, after waiting almost an hour my vehicle still had not been pulled into the bay. Another woman was waiting longer than me and her car hadn’t been pulled in either. We both questioned this and the man working behind the counter talked to us like we were stupid women. He didn’t apologize just told us they are like the rest of the country… whatever that’s supposed to mean.. not to mention the heater was broke and it was freezing sitting in the waiting room. I got my keys, left and went to another facility, no appointment. They took my vehicle immediately and I was done within 30 minutes. Will never go back to Firestone.

I have a blue 2016 Hyundai Sonata and this was my first time coming to Firestone for an issue. They were very professional, informative, and even went above and beyond. I only went there for a tire replacement and they informed me that the tread on my back two tires are getting low, my oil level was low and I need new windshield wipers. They filled my vehicle with oil, changed my tire, and fixed my alignment. I'll definitely be going back.
