Last time I came here in July I had an appointment at 11 for a tire replacement and they pushed my appointment back so far into the afternoon to the point I had to go to Toyota down the street. Today I had an appoint at 7 and whoever the guy with key is was over an hour late. I don’t know why only one person has a key to the store that’s terrible for business. Don’t even know if the guy ever showed up I ended up leaving at 8:15 am because I had other things to do. Don’t come here

Made an appointment for 8 am today to get my brakes repaired. Got there on time but two men were in front of me. One asked for a simple oil change and the other asked for a tire. I asked before I left if it would take long because I had another engagement to attend. I was told it would not take long because I got it in early and had an appointment. I made a mistake by leaving because I believe it caused my repairs to be take longer. At 10:57 I called to check the status and my car had not even been looked at. At 11:08 I received a call about the cost. It was over $1000 but I was willing to pay for the repairs. I did inquire about the time it would take because my car had been there for awhile. Blake began to raise his voice and told me I could let them do it or not. So I went and got my car because why would I spend that much money at a place with poor customer service. When I arrived he became verbally aggressive with me and my mother and stated that we called him liars when we never said that. As I was leaving he was cursing and talking about me to a technician. I was honestly afraid that he would harm me due to his aggressive behavior and I’m glad I brought my mom back with me. Females beware. I will never take my car back to this place and I hope he changes his behavior because I know had I been a male he never would have behaved that way.

I explained to Blake, store manager that they did my oil change and did not reset my gauge for the oil change, which will affect my extended warranty. I asked for another oil change to updated. They told me they do not reset high end cars(BMW X6).What is the purpose of accepting cars if you are not able to perform all the work associated with it. Then I bought a full set of tires and when I went to pick up my car the tires were flat. I had to wait an extended amount of time to get that fix.

I have had bad experience with Firestone in the past for a simple oil change and charging for items not need. Just started back using. Just need complete honesty.

My weekend-day experience at Firestone of Center Point was just great. I was able to make an appointment online. Blake and his team cared for me, and I wasn't there long for a much-needed oil change. Blake is always pleasant, informative, and intelligent, and goes above and beyond to give superb customer service. Blake is professional customer service with a smile every time. I am thoroughly impressed with the professional service I get there every time. I have never met a family-oriented guy who makes you family when you walk in the door. I never mind spending my money where I am appreciated. Blake thank you for being a wanted store with great personality and business sense in our community. Firestone Corporate do not let him get away.

I'm so done with these ppl.. They come up with any excuse not to do what was paid for.. All I want is a front end alignment that I paid a lifetime warranty on and every time I go to get the job done, they make up a reason not to do it..I need a refund ASAP and I'll take my money and business elsewhere.. Also, I was lied to about being open today (Easter Sunday) when I told the service attendant that they would be closed..I highly recommend not coming to this location

Very disappointed in my last experience here. Women be careful because if you don’t know these people will overcharge you! Helpful hint just get diagnostics for $10-$20 then price the part at part stores like Oreilly or autozone and get a mechanic or try Express oil change. Express oil change can possibly beat the cost because they will do the labor for $150 a hr just bring the part. I was nearly charged $900 for something that should have cost $500-$600 from a company. I was quoted an overpriced part. The representative at Firestone quoted me $614 for the part to repair my car and I was very hesitant because the price was too high. I was then offered a “in house credit card” without a hard inquiry to my credit, the guy at the desk offered it to pay for the repairs so I decided to go for it because he stated it wasn’t a hard inquiry and my car could get fixed, only to find out after applying that I wouldn’t get a approval or decline for 7-10 days! First off the representative was impatient and had a lack of knowledge of what he was doing, he just wanted to make a sale. What is the point of offering something you don’t get same day for a service you need??? I just found out he lied and it was a hard inquiry on my credit! I ended up leaving to find maybe another option, due to me being so tired I decided to come back at 9:20am only for him to say they could no longer do it that day because parts couldn’t be ordered after 9am? That was a lie he was just being a jerk because I questioned him on the price and reason for applying for card that wasn’t going to help today. Luckily he was a jerk because I ended up finding the part at AutoZone for $160 and I got it done with labor cost of $200! So I saved $100’s of dollars by not going to Firestone!

The staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The manager Blake even gave me recommendations on upcoming service needs that my vehicle needs. They finished the job in a timely manner and even had comfy seats to sit in and watch TV while I waited.

We were on a road trip with our family (two daughters 3 and 1.5) and we noticed our car battery was low/radio stopped working. We called and the manager said he’d look at it right away so we headed off course and he immediately looked at the car/ran tests - everything was fine thank God - but he didn’t even charge us and he prioritized us since we had our little kids with us who were antsy and bored! Amazing customer service and care!!!!!!

Deceptive business practice. they do not ask if you want car care package, you find that out after you've Pais and when asked about it she tells me I told her my car was shaking. Ok? I told you what I wanted done, you don't just add something without asking me if I want it. Then want to have an attitude and be slow about checking me out.

Had a confirmed appointment for 8am, I got there on time just for no one to be there. I waited 20 minutes and then called no answer and no show. If you confirmed an appointment then you should be there before the customer ready and waiting. I could have stayed in bed.

Made an appointment and was given a price for front brakes for 431.00. Had to cancel but about 2 weeks later made another appointment and when I went to keep appointment, I was told brakes would be 537.00. I asked them what happened to amount that was given to me the first time, guy behind desk couldn't tell me. I canceled and called Christian Brothers and was told to come without an appointment and I only paid 395.00. Needless to say I will not be going back to you...thank you very much!!!
