The team at this location are amazing. Had an unexpected need for a new tire and additional work so a good alignment could be done. An expense not planned and so close to Christmas too. They talked me through options, helped me apply a coupon and completed all the work the same day even though we didn’t have an appointment. I highly recommend Firestone and in particular, this location.

Came to this location due to me catching a flat maybe 5 mins away. My immediate reaction was to here to at least get a donut on. I walked in and wasn’t greeted and waited about 9mins before I’m assuming the shop manager said he’ll be right with me. I told him I had a flat tire and he said they were so busy they couldn’t help me that I would have to leave my car overnight. I asked the other gentleman it takes about 5 mins to be on a donut can I at least get that done they said they were too busy. While in their parking lot I called roadside assistance. I wait there for 80 mins before they arrived and roadside put on the donut. It crazy that having a newborn and needing assistance was too much for this crew to do. While they were too busy to help they managed to. Put air in someone’s tires laugh watch me get the tires fixed by roadside and hangout smoke etc. I will never go to a Firestone again. I never asked for anything free was willing to spend my money horrible service horrible treatment of a customer. Terrible guest experience

Brought the car in for state inspection. Firestone pointed out the car I brought in is not due until February (we own two Prius'). They offered to hold the ticket open until I could go home and get the correct car. Very flexible in light of a dumb mistake by me.

Good customer service earns it one more star, but alignment jobs are terrible and repair quotes are overkill. Took my cars there three, maybe four times, and every time the steering wheel has never been straight and the car still veered to the side, even after immediately coming back for correction. I did the job myself in my driveway with two wrenches and a tape measure and got my car and wheel straighter than they ever did. Front end also clanks ever since my alignment which I attribute to them; there are visible scrape marks on the adjustment points. They also quoted me/tried to sell me on a $439.25 tie rod end job that I did myself for $50 in parts and in an hour or two. They claimed OEM prices were $210 when in reality they were $32 each, and on top of that, $185 in labor and a $15 “shop supplies” cost. I highly recommend going to a reputable, family owned local shop instead of chain stores like this.

Great Customer Service!! Tim and Rea ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly :() They both informed me what’s happening with my vehicle and what needs to be fixed. Rea took the time to explain details and was very caring. Tim applied a great discount at the end of paying! Thank you guys! I’ll keep on using your services!

Poot Customer Services, charged for no action done to the car, store closed earlier than said on the internet and phone call so I had to paid twice for an Uber, DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER insulting the customer on a call; bottom line not coming back 👎

Appointment system is unreliable and manager was rude. I don’t give money to business who blatantly don’t show RETURNING customers respect. Better of just going to Mavis or Discount.

I do not post negative reviews but this needs to be said. I'm giving two stars to this location because I know that the mechanics work hard! Owners - please hire more staff or do not schedule so many appointments. I showed up at 10:50am and did not end up leaving until 2:45pm for a routine oil change, replacement of wiper blades and emissions test. Upon arrival, a gentleman who I am assuming is the manager, informed me that there were already 11 cars in the bay area waiting. The girl at the front desk (I will leave her name out) does not have the warmest customer service skills. Very strong personality and what I felt was condescending. WHAT HAPPENED TO KEENYA? For nearly 5 years I have been going to this location and Keenya and the team were fabulous. Friends, I understand it is challenging to work with the public, but get better people skills. You are the front person and are the first face people see. During this process I received a call letting me know that my engine air filter needed to be replaced. I agreed, but then after waiting close to four hours, I called them to get a status. I finally told them to please disregard the $55 filter (way too expensive) and asked her to finish up and I would be over. Again, I got pushback that I needed to wait as the mechanic was on his way to pick it up. Again, I did not want to wait for the filter but she was quite insistent, and I told her to please skip it, and it was way too expensive. Upon walking back, I was greeted again by this girl with a cold attitude and then I was on my way. Bottom line, either hire more mechanics and customer service people who work better with the public. This location was gone seriously down hill.

Mark and Rio(sp) were extremely accommodating with my road hazard claim despite having to deal with the computers and phones being down from the previous nights storm on a holiday weekend. My tire damage happened Friday night and had the new tire on by Thursday.

Do not waste your time or money at this place. Customer service is bad, Actual service is worse! They ordered the wrong filter because they had my Make/Model wrong in their system. I had them perform an oil change, yet 10 miles after picking the car up from them my low oil light came on. They never even changed the oil! I had a shaky steering wheel when i hit the brakes, Firestone told me i needed $1700 worth of suspension work. I took my car to another shop and they fixed my rotors for $450 and the shakiness was gone! Do not let these people rip you off like they have done to me and so many other ppl.

I've been going to this location for years. Always a pleasant experience, but what happened yesterday was noteworthy. I was driving on Ballantyne Commons and there's a storm happening. It's not a big deal, but a tree branch fell into the road, and I ran it over. I tried to dislodge the branch from under my car alone, but it wouldn't budge. I put my hazards on and dragged the branch along the road until I got to Firestone (less than a mile away) and told Jason what happened. He tried to dislodge it himself from the ground to no avail. He pulled it into the shop and put it on the lift. Though it was pretty well lodged in there, less than 10 minutes later, the branch was gone. I fully expected to pay for this, but he waved me on. He genuinely just helped me out and I really appreciated it. What he didn't realize is that I'm already a customer of theirs and I have a big mouth and love to tell people when I get great customer service. I've already referred three people there. Thanks Jason and Firestone. You guys are the best.

Much like others have posted, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. We walked in and rarely have I felt this invisible. After five minutes of fumbling with paperwork, we were acknowledged by the manager. We completed paperwork and left. Picked up the car several hours later and had to find the manager in his office to get the keys. We felt as an inconvenience and will not be back to this location. Go to the Arboretum or use their mobile service. Do not reward poor service. The tire fixed seems OK, the customer service is zero.

This is the worst oil change place I’ve ever been to. Please, I beg of you, save yourself time and a headache and go somewhere else. Over the past year, I’ve had multiple appointments be: forgotten by staff, rescheduled without informing me, I’ve even dropped off the car and keys and returned several hours later and they hadn’t even started on the car. This morning I called to confirm an appointment I’ve had scheduled for a week and was put on hold indefinitely. When I arrived for my appointment the staff claimed to have rescheduled this morning and tried calling and emailing me. A complete fiction and the final straw. They’ve waisted too much of my time and energy.

I never experience being ripped off by a mechanic until I came to this location. Paid almost $300 to have air taken out of system and mount break hose correctly. Being lied to my face that was was driving ok amd that they drove the car around the lot and no other issues where found. Really? HOw come I get into vehicle to drive home and the car complete shuts down not even 2000 feet after starting. The car was also makimg a weirs sound, really? You are telling me you did not hear that? The worse part is that since, then I keep calling the shop trying to contact Mark (thr owner) and no one answers as If thry can see caller ID. I Do not recommend this place, pricey and shady.

Downgrading the rating to due to two incidents occurred at the facility which reflect the deterioration of customer trust and experience. First I gave my car for a lifetime tire alignment at the location and I told them I will pickup the car only next day morning. Morning when I went, the car was left open, it was sweeped in and I luckily lost only a few giftcards. I asked the management regarding the incident and they were telling it was kept inside the building and no one will get in the car. I was sure that is not the case and they were not even ready to remedy the situation in any way. Now the second incident, I went and bought a life time wheel balancing package and coming back after 6 month for next round they are telling the package I bought is one time and not lifetime. There is no alternative but I need to pay almost same amount again for their 'lifetime'. issues can happen but the reluctance of employees to remedy the issues is making me consider other business.

Firestone at Ballantyne is very close to my home as I live in "Belle Vista", which is just across to the Ballantyne village center. They offer an excellent service to the Ballantyne community, as I live there since 2006. I highly recommends to my neighbors at Belle Vista.

I followed Mark from NTB/Mavis. I live on the other side of town from the Ballantyne location. Mark is an honest man and has taken care of my families’ cars for over 25 years. He cares that cars are fixed properly and that customers are taken care of.

Went to get the oil Change on my company car even after making and appointment and was called and said I need to reschedule, I show and was told I didn’t have appointment. Play the voicemail is my phone , no one was accommodating to me after I was told I needed to reschedule. Will not be returning. Still have to fine someone to change the oil

Had an appointment at 11:30 for an oil change. They said it would take about an hour and a half. So I came back an hour and 40 minutes later and they had not even started. They said they got bombarded with online appointments. What is the purpose of having an appointment?

Staff pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Returning customers were present during visit, they said very positive things to staff during their interactions. I didn't feel like staff was burdened to take the time to talk to me about additional details.
