I think this location used to be good, but the current staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. They made my alignment worse than it was when I brought my car in. When I called back, they said they would add a free oil change to my account since I have the lifetime alignment. When I called to schedule my next oil change, there was nothing on my account. On top of that, the person I spoke to had me repeat my phone number three times because he kept getting distracted, making it seem like I wasn’t saying it correctly. Not usually one to complain but customer service is not a priority for this location and definitely would recommend to stay away.

Please avoid this store (really the whole brand). I got almost $3000 worth of work done here just for them to rip me off and half ass do the work. 7 months later I should not be almost losing a tire bc of a missing pin (took it to them three time trying to figure out what was wrong, they told me nothing). These ppl either do not know what they are doing or they do know and just wanted you to keep spending money. Had to spend another almost $1000 just to keep from rolling down a hill. They do not care about ppl, throw the whole team and the store away.

Horrible location. I’ve been waiting on 1 service (brake flush) for over 5 hours and NO UPDATE until 4hrs and 30mins in. This service should take 15-30 mins TOPS. They’ve had my car on a lift for over 4 hours now untouched WITH MY LIGHTS ON!!!!! And have the nerve to come to me telling me I need a new battery and it’s dead. I will be calling and sharing this review with whoever and everyone. Y’all horrible for doing people like this!!!!

Phone service is great. Spoke to Katie, very nice very helpful and honest. Service review will be added. As promised my service review I was purchasing a vehicle from collection Auto down the road and I asked for a full diagnostic test drive it see what a wobble was so that I would know before I purchased it and just make sure that it was a sound buy. Thought it was very nice that the service manager himself decided to take care of me. He took the vehicle for a test drive. To the stop light, did a u-turn and came back, not enough distance to get enough speed to go through the gears. He came back and removed the tires inspected it a little bit with a flashlight and hooked up the machine to check my readiness codes. He did go over that with me which I very much appreciated however he told me that my front rotors were warped and that is where the wobble was coming from. I replace those and still have the same issue. Also he did not check my hub bearings or any of the fluids in the vehicle. I later checked the fluids and found that it barely had any coolant in the vehicle and the oil was low. I still purchased the vehicle only because after thorough inspection it was still one of the better used vehicles for the price that I had found and I needed a truck. And it has been a good truck.

Run don't walk away from this location. This location will compromise your safety and try to commit fraud with their customers. Make sure you save your receipt because you will need it if ever you are brave enough to do buisness there. My recommendation is to go to discount tires a little further down the road and save yourself the potential safety risks.

After waiting two and a half hours for an oil change that was estimated at one hour. They let my car sit in the garage for another 40 minutes before “finishing”. I can literally see that it’s done with no one working on it.

Unfortunately after years of taking both of our cars to this location we have decided to go in a different direction. Disappointed with the level of service after thousands of dollars spent on two of my vehicles, which still have issues with them.

I called at 10:15am to make an appointment for an inspection. I get there at 5pm and they say the inspection machine isn’t working today. I usually go to Park Rd but it’s closed, so I drove 45 mins here. They could have called and told me in the 7 hours of the day. Please note that this is not the first time this has happened at Firestone. They consistently have issues, especially with scheduling.

Tire had a flat so I came in for a tire patch and help with getting the spare off and the tire back onto my truck. Both the service manager and technician were able to address my issue and made me feel better about my tire concerns. They found a valve leak and got it fixed. Very satisfied with the service! Sadly, that same tire got a new hole on my drive home (come on Charlotte!). It couldn’t be fixed sadly. The service manager Katie helped me sort through some options to get me back on the road. I felt very cared for and valued as a customer. It wasn’t just me either, I was there for a while and saw their team treat other customers with the same level of care. If I lived in the neighborhood, this would be my go to location for regular maintenance.

As a loyal Firestone tire buyer for all my vehicles, I’ve consistently trusted their services. However, my experiences at this particular location have been increasingly disappointing. In this latest encounter, the service was particularly subpar. When you visit this location, make sure to explicitly state what services you need and follow up diligently. It’s crucial to check all the work done on your vehicle BEFORE leaving. Despite their apparent intention to take care of customers, this location often displays negligence and rushes through the job. This has led to a lack of thoroughness and several issues with my vehicle’s service.

Don't come to this store unless you enjoy being ripped off. I explicitly told them I wanted a standard oil change, what did they give me.... synthetic. I told them afterward I didn't want synthetic I asked for standard and they said my car needed synthetic. This is not true I have been getting a standard oil change since I got the car in 2016 but still ended up having to pay for it because "the services were already done". An appointment also does you no good. I had an appointment and showed up 20 minutes early to it and still had to sit in there for two hours, they didn't even start my car for over an hour. I heard them telling walk-ins it would be the same amount of time, so there is basically no need to even bother with the appointment. They also make up excuses as to why they can't take valid coupons from their website. I presented a coupon from their website that was unexpired and was told I could not use it. Worst experience ever. I have never had so many issues just trying to get a standard oil change. I walked out of there with a 130 dollar bill two hours later, wasted my entire afternoon. My advice... go anywhere else.

It’s really hard to understand how this business still open. They close at 7pm. I went there around 1pm. Place almost empty, two guys hanging out having fun at the front. They said they can’t see my car today but they can schedule me for Monday (today is Thursday). I’m sure this business will make way more money with different management
