Héctor had the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They had good prices, but cannot imagine working with him to purchase tires. He does not know how to handle himself & is extremely unprofessional when it comes to trying to help the customer find the best deal. If I come back, I will make sure Hector is NOT there before I purchase a tired.

This is by far the worst auto location I've ever visited. Brought my mother here to get her battery changed out. Hector, who to my surprise is the store manager, was extremely disrespectful. My mother is an immigrant and speaks broken English. When I was trying to get the situation handled for her, he cut me off and asks my mother "is she going to be standing next to you forever?" as to suggest I should not be speaking for my mother. I told him he was being disrespectful and he cut me off again and said "no, that's not disrespectful". I called corporate to complain and somehow a message was relayed that I requested the car not be worked on. Which is absolutely not what was discussed. I called the store to speak to someone so she can get her car fixed and I was connected to Michael. Michael had a terrible attitude the entire phone call as if it was our fault that they're are so discombobulated and disrespectful. He then told my mother "both you and your daughter have issues. I wasn't here yesterday it's not my fault." Will never return to this place. What an absolute disgrace of a customer service team.

I visited the shop today for an alignment, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The shop manager, Mike, was not approachable and seemed dismissive from the start. He informed me that they couldn't perform the alignment but handed me my keys without explaining why. When I asked for clarification, he curtly stated that my tie rod was frozen. I asked him what that meant, and he told me it needed to be replaced but didn't offer the option to have it done there. At that point, I felt like he wasn't interested in providing me with any service. I went to my car to research what a tie rod is and how it works, then returned to ask Mike which side was affected, as he hadn't given me that information. His response was brief—just "left." When I questioned why he hadn't offered to replace it for me, he said, “because you haven’t had your car repaired here since 2021.” I didn’t understand why that was relevant and pointed out that it shouldn’t impact the level of customer service I received. Mike then became defensive and irritable, telling me, “You have the information you need, so you can leave.” I asked to speak to a different manager, but Mike claimed he was the manager, and when I requested another, he said he wasn’t there, so I asked for the other manager’s card. As a young female, I already feel hesitant about going to auto shops, as I don’t have a lot of knowledge about cars and worry about being taken advantage of. This encounter only reinforced those concerns and left me feeling disrespected and dismissed.

Service writer by the name of Caleb was awesome! I had a difficult claim to handle with my warranty company. He truly made my problem his problem and took care of it in a very reasonable time frame. Shout out to the guys in the shop who may have assisted on the actual repair - they deserve their credit too. Definitely would bring my car there again, especially if Caleb is there to help me again.

I scheduled an online appointment for a basic oil and filter change, expecting it to be a straightforward and quick process. Instead, I was left waiting in the store for almost 2 hours with absolutely no updates or time estimates from the staff. To make matters worse, I noticed that my car sat untouched for at least 30 minutes while employees just sat around in front of it, showing no urgency or effort to complete the service. (photos included) The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for my time was unacceptable. This location is poorly managed and unreliable—I would strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here.”

They damaged my car. And when I complained the person who identified himself as the “general mgr“ said are you accusing my guys as damaging my car and I said Yes. He got really DEFENSIVE. He said other things not enough time to note. But if you are thinking of having your car serviced here, think twice about it. He told me he would talk to his mechanics that did the work and call me, I have yet to hear from him.

I called this Firestone a couple of days ago trying to get an appointment just for someone to look at my truck. I was concerned about a couple of issues and just wanted someone to give it a look over. Once Hector found out I had a ram 1500 I barely could get a sentence out because I was told “that there is no one there that specializes in trucks that large.” He proceeded to tell me that the squeaking was from the belt after he had just told me he wouldn’t even look at it. Kind of odd to give a diagnoses on a vehicle you admitted no one “specializes” in. He proceeded to tell me my only option was to take it to a dealership as that was the only mechanic that would look at a truck that large. Simply put, if you guys don’t want business just say that. Stating a 1500 is “too large” to look at has to be one of the oddest statements I’ve ever heard. If you need to “specialize” in looking at brakes, rotors, and calipers I think this place has larger problems.

They sabotaged my car so I could pay more. I came in for simple filter changes and left with a hole in my radiator tube along with it being detached. All because I wouldn’t pay the amount which was more that 3x the original estimate. They created these extra problems to get money out of me. They take advantage of anyone who doesn’t know a lot about cars and that is a woman.

Been coming to this firestone for years and the service gets worst every year!!!! If you care about your vehicle DO NOT bring it here!! They couldn't get a outer tire rod bolt loose to do an alignment in which they were the last ones to do it. As I make this post in the parking lot, it will be the last time my car ever come here!!! Everyone has been warned!!!!

I recently had an experience at this location that left me disappointed. The service price was not communicated to me upfront. When I inquired about a military discount (as I am a service member), I was informed that it could only be applied to purchases over $150. This was not a policy I had encountered before, nor had I ever experienced not being told the price before making a purchase. Since I had a card on file, and I had expressed my intention to use it, perhaps that led to the price not being vocalized, though I am unsure. I only saw the price after the transaction, displayed in small print on the top left of the screen, after the service had already been completed. Additionally, as I drove away, I noticed that the technicians had not fully closed my vehicle’s hood, requiring me to pull over to fix it. This overall experience fell below the standards I had expected. Honestly it made sense as to why their Google rating was so low compared to the others.

The guy named Hector has a nasty attitude. I will never take my car to that shop again. He tried to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. Obviously they just wanted money and to overcharge me for something I don't need. I took my car to another shop and the issue was the battery just like I told Hector.

I was traveling through NC during a long distance road trip and noticed a large bulge on the sidewall of one of my tires. Hector was kind enough to accommodate me without an appointment to get this and another tire replaced so I could continue on my journey without being stressed about a sudden emergency on the highway! The whole team was very professional and prompt and I so appreciated their help in getting this issue resolved in a timely manner.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!! I came in for a simple oil change and inspection. Was not having any issues with my car. They leaked the Freon out so immediately after leaving my ac started blowing warm, but when I showed up my ac was blowing ice cold. I went back and the guy I spoke with just denied doing anything and said “these guys don’t get paid enough to you can something not on the ticket. But you can pay for us to diagnose it.” Of course I can! That was the point of you guys messing it up. I put in a corporate complaint and a Dennis Mitchell from corporate called me two days later and left a voicemail advising me to call him back so we can resolve the situation. He did not leave a phone number so I have called the number he called from multiple times and have left multiple voicemails and he has not returned my call. This is a cash grab scam!! and I strongly believe they are taking advantage of me because I am a woman. I’ve been to other Firestone locations and have never had issues but this location is terrible. I know they did something to my ac bc it was perfectly fine before I came to this location and all the manager could say was “cars break down. It’s what they do” but it’s not like the ac stopped working days later. It literally was different immediately after I left. Not to mention after they told me they were done with my oil change and inspection they held my car for another hour before returning my keys. What were you guys doing for that hour???! This is a nightmare and all they can say is to give them more money. I would be a fool to allow them to touch my car again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I looked for 2 tires on Fireston's website and it gave me a lower price and then I went to this location to put on 2 new tires and they gave me more expensive ones than online and they tried to sell me insurance for the tires and my daughter told the manager who speaks Spanish to please leave the better tires in the back and the two new ones in the front and it turns out they left the older ones. It didn't cost them anything to do what the customer asked. I think they should do the work as the client asks and hopefully improve in that aspect.

Brought my Honda Accord in for AC service, it was fully dead and blowing hot air. Dropped it off for them to perform an AC diagnostic and get back to me with the root cause. Office Manager calls me back to tell me that I need the compressor, condenser, and a valve replaced for $2600. I call around to get some other quotes, nothing beats Firestone so I call him back to learn more about the issues. The same guy tells me that the compressor is shot, but leaves out any info about the condenser and valve. I ask him to go ask his tech what’s going on with the condenser and valve and if those NEED to be replaced, or if that’s a suggestion. He’s gone for a few minutes, then gets back on the phone and tells me that the tech was recommending I replace the condenser and valve based on the age of my car. I tell him to just do the compressor since it’s the only “necessary” repair, and then leave the condenser and valve. Fast forward to the next day, when they’re working on my car. I get a voicemail that says (and I quote, in it’s entirety), “Hey boss man, this is Mike over at Firestone. Your vehicle is ready for you.” That’s it. That’s the whole 7 second voicemail I got. I arrange a ride over to Firestone, and when I arrive, the manager is at the kiosk. I get my keys from him and pay him the previously agreed upon amount to just replace the AC compressor (roughly $1,400) in full. AT NO POINT did the manager say there were any issues with my car, at no point did he hint that they still needed to work on the car, or the car wouldn’t function as intended, or that the compressor service they had just performed would not fix my issue. I then go to my car and see that the AC was left on Max A/C and I sit in their parking lot and wait for the AC to kick on. Nothing happens, just flaming hot air blowing back at me. I figure maybe I have to drive around a little bit and let the system charge up. I take a loop around the mall 3 times, still flaming hot air. I go right back inside and tell them that my car is still hot. But this time, it’s not the manager, it’s Mike, the dude that left me the voicemail earlier in the day. So I ask him, why’s my car still blowing hot? He tells me that they found metal shavings in the condenser and valve and that I was supposed to call them back so he could talk to me about it. Where was that explained? Who said that? I have the voicemail. At no point was I ever told that there were still issues with my car, at no point was I told I would have to pay more to have it fixed. At no point did the manager that checked me out mention to me that there were more services needed. NOTHING. Then Mike tells me it’ll be another $1200 to finish fixing the car. Sick. Would’ve loved to know that BEFORE I paid and drove off expecting the issue to be resolved. The kicker is, Mike swears up and down that he told me to call him back. But again, I have the voicemail, and posted the exact words in those 7 seconds above. (Even if this is the argument: you didn’t leave a note for the rest of the staff? “Tell him about his other broken parts” easy enough.) Mikes other “defense” is that he told me from the get-go that they would need to replace all 3 parts. No he didn’t. I’ve already explained above that I HAD TO ASK HIM to go get an explanation from the tech. And that explanation was that they were RECOMMENDED based on the age of the car. Not MANDATORY for a functioning AC system. And to be clear, at no point was I ever told about the metal shavings, because I would’ve immediately given him the green light to do all services, not just the compressor. I know how serious that can be in any system. Awful. No apology for the confusion, no accountability that they messed up, nothing. Just doubling down on “I told you to call me back”.

Couldn't recommend this place more. We are from out of town on a road trip from Florida to Pennsylvania and got a nail in our tire. We are stopping in NC for the night and called this location to help us in quick moment of need. Michael, AMAZING, said no worries I'll help you out just ask for me. We accidentally went to the firestone location at 3728 W WT Harris Blvd which some 50 year oldish brown haired gentleman, who obviously hates his job, was absolutely rude and told us no one would fix our tire on the spot. We called the number we originally called and not only did Michael help us find his location but he fixed our tired quickly and we are good to go. Thanks Michael we truly appreciate you!!

Made an online appointment for a simple oil and filter change. They took 2+ hours while i waited in store and gave me ZERO time estimate and did not seem to be in any rush to complete my service. After the 2 hour mark ! spoke with them and was told "Oh yeah we finished the service but we didn't think to look at what parts your vehicle would need before confirming your appointment! we actually don't have a filter so we're frantically calling around to find one!" - firestone employee. would not recommend coming to this location as it is unreliable
