I came here to get my car inspected and thought it would be a quick in and out. They were fully booked, and I made had to book an appointment for a different day. I came here, and the lady at the counter was awesome to get me checked in and got my car inspected it took like about 40 mins, and I was out. Though my inspection failed and had to get my car re-tinted to meet NC state requirements and I came back some time later to complete the inspection.

Did the Carvana thing, got the car and noticed issues, was stressed, as only had few days to diagnose issues and get it fixed. Dan, was Top Tier, he got me in the next day, had pictures taken of the things needing fixing, coordinated with the Warranty people, applied coupons, super friendly and professional, they are now my go to place for my Nissan Altima. Got a flat tire luckily around the corner from here. Great staff, very friendly and worked with me on finding a good set of tires within my budget. They were so great I added an oil change and some other repairs while I was there and the car is running great. Very appreciative.

All of the staff that I interacted with was professional, courteous and kind. We took my daughter there for tires and they took care of here. I knew that was where I would be going when it was time for my tires. They really took care of both of us.

Came in with a flat tire and the folks here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very busy the day I was here but everyone was friendly and kept me updated in the process. Having to spend an afternoon getting a flat fixed is never fun, but the service here made it an easy experience!

I stop by at last minute requesting for a service, and I was welcomed and received well. They asked me to leave my dually, and when I returned back, it was finished with everything running well. Their service was excellent, and i really appreciated the honesty and the job done on my truck.

( MUST READ ) !! I CALLED FIRESTONE THE DAY BEFORE AND ASK HOW MUCH TO GET ONE TIRE MONTERING SYSTEM SERVICED. THEY TOLD ME $90+ PLUS 50 PLUS DOLLARS TO DIAGNOSE WICH TIRE BECUSE DUE TO ROTATION OF TIRES YOUR TRUCK SYSTEM MAY NOT HAVE BEEN CHANGED AFTER ROTATION. I SAID OK BE THERE SATURDAY ON MY DAY OFF. DROP MY DENALI OFF AT 715AM GET A CALL AROUND 9AM AND WAS TOLD YOU HAVE 2 TIRE MONTERING DEVICES OUT AND YOUR TOTAL IS $446. MIND YOU MY TRUCK SHOWS YOU IN THE SETTINGS THAT I HAVE ONE OUT. TOLD THEM NEVER MIND ILL PICK MY TRUCK UP. WHEN THEY BRING MY TRUCK AROUND MY HOOD WASNT CLOSED SECURELY.. I TAKE IT TO GOOD YEAR 4 MILES DOWN THE STREET THEY TELL ME YOU ONLY HAVE ONE TMS OUT, BUT WE DONT HAVE ONE FOR A YOUKON DENALI. SO A WEEK LATER I TAKE IT TO MAVIS AND THEY TOLD ME THE SAMETHING YOU HAVE ONE OUT AND CHARGED ME $90 TO REPLACE IT. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND IM SURE HUNDREDS OF OTHER HAS TO BE ILLEGAL THATS COMPLETELY A SCAM HIDING BEHIND A SHOP. HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. If your tire pressure is low go by firestone to correct the air for your tires and also let you know how much thread you have left on your tires most of the agents are very friendly but most of all service your car twice a year.

Quoted one price over the phone and once work was complete, the price was almost 3 times the original quote. Will not use Firestone again after this. A bunch of additional fees were added in that were not shared originally.

I am not completely sure of the kind gentlemen who helped us, as I was not the one who has received services with them, but I can confirm they are very kind. I’ve been at the Steele Creek location a few times and they are really quick and patient with the process. They streamline it and tell you just facts. They genuinely care about your car. Per my friend’s receipt, Jason took really good care of the car. The individuals involved were a man with two pairs of glasses and a man with a DieHard hat and a chain. Compared to other places I’ve been, the service is yards ahead of what they offer and their kindness really eases tension, especially from the perspective of someone who doesn’t know anything about cars.

I had experienced the best service in years at this Firestone location. My girlfriend’s mother had a flat tire at 5:30 and they were willing to still fit me in today even though they closed at 6:00. KJ, Jason, and Will were super helpful during the interaction. Additionally Daniel helped through the entire process explaining everything in detail. Honestly the best experience I’ve had in a long time so I am super appreciative that they were able to put a new tire on my vehicle within a matter of an hour! You guys have earned my loyal service!
