I went to Firestone to buy a tires. They told me you have to pay cash for it. I asked for the manager and he said the same thing I told the manager I have a fire stone card. They told me we do not accept it. Bad Customer service.

The Firestone in Pineville- 10731 Park Road is AMAZING!! I went in for regular maintenance and state inspection. Reece greeted me politely, professionally and really listened to me as to what my needs and expectations were. Mike let me know the progress of my service and how long it was going to take as well as what my vehicle’s additional needs were. James was at the front desk most of the time and seemed to seamlessly help all that approached him. I waited at the store and Mike checked me out in a timely fashion. It’s so wonderful when you “find your home store”! I have tried several local Firestones in the Charlotte area. This store is by FAR my favorite! Thanks everyone! 😊🙌

Their website lets you schedule an appointment all the way until 6pm. When you get there the guy said they don't take anything past 4 even though I had an appointment. Don't waste your time here. Go to Mr.Tire down the road instead.

3 cars and has been primary service location locally. I can say not sure what has changed, but I suggest avoiding. Latest issue- booked appointment on line, received email that it was processing and if an issue the store would contact me. Never received contact, went to store and employee said we don’t have an appointment and can not be helped for synthetic oil change and alignment check in 3 days. I called to speak to the store Rep who informed me that it is corporates fault that we don’t have an appointment and hung up when I asked for her name. Many better choices for our business. I will mot be going back.

Do not give this Firestone location ANY business! I would give these clowns 0 stars if google let me. I made an appointment for an emissions inspection, oil change and oil filter. I was specific when I called, saying I am making the appointment at 1pm, because I will need to leave at a specific time, 2pm, to pick up my daughter from school. Reece said YES. When I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time, Reece asked “you dropping off?” I said “no I’m going to wait. Are you going to be able to complete the work by 2pm?” He said no. Said it was going to take the rest of the day, the work takes an hour, but it takes 30 minutes to even bring the car in the bay. He then said “it’s not like getting a haircut man.” I even checked the pdf quote I was emailed for the work, and it was sent by Reece, so he is the exact person I spoke with on the phone who promised me they would work at the scheduled time. As a small business owner myself, I have no respect for people and businesses like this. I was specific about why I was making an appointment, that I needed to leave, and when I arrived at the business, it was all a lie. Dishonest people, dishonest business practices, they don’t keep their word, their promises, etc. DO NOT for any reason give these people your business.

I bought 4 tires 6 years ago and only had less than 6000 miles on them when I was told by my Ford dealer service department that 1 of the tires was a different size. The Firestone store replaced it, but made me pay $85 to correct their mistake. I won't go back to replace the tires on my Toyota Camry which will be real soon, or any other tires on my vehicles. I own 3 cars and a truck.

Made an appointment to put a patch called and made an appointment as I plugged the tire myself, they said ok no problem but when i got there they said they couldnt put a patch because i plugged the tire and i should of drove on a flat 8 miles first so for that reason they couldnt fix my tire, stay away from this place !!!! The only way to fix the problem is too to buy 4 new tires , even though ny tires were brand new they said I still needed new tires!Total scam, they were also scamming an old lady thier !! For all the seniors/older people, black and brown people stay away from this place they will rip you off

Really wish I could give this location 0 stars as that would be a more accurate representation of their service quality. Upon arriving I approached the front desk while an attendant was helping a woman. The guy glanced over at me but never verbally acknowledged me. After finishing with the other customer he finally turned to me rather awkwardly and again just stared to which I responded with “hi, how are you?”. I thought maybe a nudge in the right direction of proper etiquette and customer service would be helpful, seeing as he clearly had nothing of the sort installed in his brain. He sarcastically repeated it back to me and I let him know I was doing well but that I had a flat tire and that the vehicle belonged to enterprise. He immediately let me know that they would not be able to fix it that day with no explanation as to why, so I of course inquired about why that was, as it was only 2:00pm in the afternoon. Changing a tire typically takes ten minutes. Shortly after that an older man came and confirmed that they would not have availability until 11:00am the following day, and that they were “short staffed”. Which was interesting because when I arrived there were three people sitting in the garage not doing anything and two men were actually servicing the cars. Perhaps being short staffed isn’t the problem and managing/working efficiently is the problem? After speaking with the old man I reached out to the enterprise manager to see what my next best steps would be. While I was waiting on hold for a manager to pick up, an older woman who resembled Miss trunchbull from Matilda came out and passive aggressively asked me if I was waiting for my car and if so what car was it. I had very obviously just gotten there and my car had not been serviced. Once we acknowledged the fact she quickly let me know AGAIN that they would not be able to fix the tire at any time today and that they were short staffed. To which I replied “yes I know, they’ve all let me know”. For some reason she decided to let me know that I could “have a seat” I’m assuming as a passive aggressive way to intimidate me based on her snarky tone and dismissive attitude. All in all I would not recommend this place for servicing your csr. The professionalism and customer service is depressingly non existent and I think they could all benefit from more training.

Terrible job - didn't catch the major issues with my car, and sent me back on the road, for the car to fail dangerously a few days later on the highway. Charged me $400 for oil change and new brake light switch- 2 days later I ended up scraping the car. Completely threw $400 out the window lol

I seldom take the time to write a review, but this manager and location restored my faith in Firestone. After being dooped and lied to at another location these people took the time and interest to make things right. They were honest and straight forward. Manager Mike Matranga is an asset to this location and Firestone. Because of him I will return as a customer and refer business back to this location. Mike was absolutely a lifesaver!!! We got a shoddy job done by another facility and he not only made things right he got us back on the road same day!!! I hope God blesses you real good. My sister and I were from out of town on labor day with very few options. You guys rocked!

My family and I have been taking our cars to this Firestone location for over 10 years. We've always had good service here - until recently. The new service manager, Yvonne, has treated us with an incredible amount of disrespect and dishonesty. Every single time we go in here, she tries to upsell us for things we don't need (things that have just recently been replaced, or are in great condition). On my last visit, I went in to have my tire repaired after running over a nail. Yvonne deemed it unrepairable, and told me I needed 4 brand new tires (note that 2 of my tires were only 2 years old). She also continuously changed up her story about how worn the tires were through different conversations about warranty and tread, obviously trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. She repeatedly told me that I "have no idea what I'm talking about" and that I was making things up. Never have I been treated with such disrespect. I brought my car somewhere else and they were able to easily repair the tire. I had a few other services done that were also completed unsatisfactorily as well. I'm sad to say that after 10 years of coming to this location, I will never return due to the sheer disrespect and dishonesty that I have experienced after dealing with Yvonne.

My vehicle was delivered to Firestone as scheduled on August 17th and the services were performed as requested. My vehicle was ready to go in a very reasonable timeframe. THIS is the way automotive services should and need to be provided by a vendor. Very satisfied.

So if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't even know where to begin. So about a month ago, maybe a month and a 1/2 ago. My husband brought. Our 2016 Dodge grand caravan to Pineville. Firestone to have a diagnostic ran because the car was running hot. After the diagnostic was ran, we were told that the thermostat needed to be replaced because it was faulty. Okay, cool, fine. My husband had asked for a particular master mechanic at this location to look at our car he didn't want anybody else to touch it, and there was a reason for that. It was documented by the female who works There that nobody is to touch this vehicle only this particular mechanic and not until this day was to touch the car. Well, my husband gets a phone call. The next day from the manager that the car was ready. We were extremely confused because it was a day before the master mechanic was supposed to look at the vehicle. My husband stated his disappointment and did not understand why his wishes were not granted when they said that they would be. The manager apologized and corrected the situation according to my husband. We were given a final diagnostic on the vehicle once the thermostat was fixed and we were told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Van at that point anymore. However, fast forward to about a week or 2 after we had the Van fixed. It starts running hot again. He goes back to Firestone to get It looked at all of a sudden Oh, your water pump, is bad it's leaking Now I dont know much but I know a little something about cars and things happen with cars I get it but to me after running a full diagnostic and your checking the thermostat , so of course you need to check your water pump next and then a week or 2 goes by and the car is down again.I'm sorry it doesn't fly to me. We were quoted a ridiculous price to get the water pump replaced. We were quoted over $700 for the replacement of the water pump. A brand new water pump for this particular vehicle is like $100. It was absolutely outrageous. I told my husband absolutely not and gues what we just recently had our car fixed by a Master Mechanic for $220! People people, please. Please educate yourself a little bit on how these shops work. There's clearly a lack of communication at this establishment. They're upcharging is ridiculous. I would preface this by saying also I truly want my older people that are like 60s 70s 80s, to really be careful with this shop. I currently have a family member that brings their car here very often. That is in their 70s, and they get overcharged all the time or told there is one thing wrong with the car we take it somewhere else and other shops or mechanics are genuinely confused because thats not whats wrong with the car. Unfortunately for some reason they like this shop and it has not been a lack of trying to tell them to go somewhere else but they insiston still coming here.Please please be mindful ppl

This Firestone facility was really good. The staff personable and professional. They took care of my needs faster than expected although very busy. I've got need of more services. I will visit this location before going anywhere else.

2 hrs to get a oil change when you have an appointment is terrible. Been going to this location for 25+ years. The treatment I got when asked why my car wasn't ready after 1.5 hours was disrespectful. I won't be back

Disappointed with my recent service on 6/4/24. I brought my car in for a check engine light (vapor leak code) and oil change. Despite a $60 diagnosis for a faulty gas cap, they didn't replace it, even though it seemed identical to the new one I'd bought months prior. To make matters worse, they didn't change the oil filter (which I later confirmed at the dealership) and skipped topping off fluids like windshield washer. The only service I seemingly received was clearing the code, yet they charged a hefty $200 for it all. Overall, a frustrating experience with no actual repairs completed. **update** 7/28/24 Still not resolved. The area manager called me, but I cannot answer the phone due to a hearing disability and he stated that he cannot resolve my issue unless he speaks with me. This issue can be handled via text or email.

I waited almost 2 hours from the time they pulled my car in...for 2 tires! Upon receiving my car, the new tires were placed on the front even though they had pulled the back wheels anyway to check what else they could find wrong. Even I know that new tire set goes on the back. When I asked, the mechanic said "oh did you want the new ones on the back?" My response "Hell no! I don't have another 2 hours to waste today" When I get another set of tires it won't be at this location and possibly not this company. Lack of knowledge, or whatever his problem was, is no excuse for poor service!

I’m not typically the person writing reviews like this, if at all, but I felt obligated to after my experience with this Firestone. I moved to NC recently for work and got a brand new car before moving down here. I brought my car to Firestone for an oil change and tire rotation and was told that I “NEEDED” multiple other services done to my car including cabin and engine filter changes. My car had only 8000 miles on it and likely does not NEED any filter changes. I felt taken advantage of and disrespected as a young female, and did not appreciate it at all. Now that I’m out $300 I think I’ll keep my little blonde girly self outta that place.

Best Firestone location. Mike and Yvonne were very kind and helpful. Mike asked what I needed on the phone I said a tire and he said come on in. I called the other Firestone closer to my home, they were rude per usual at the Ballantyne location where I live. When I came to the park rd location Yvonne was so kind and checked me in, I asked if I could please add an oil change and even though they were busy they still fit it in. Prices are very reasonable also. I will be coming here from now on. Love the kindness and fast, speedy, and friendly service!

Evon and Mike were super helpful. Was able to make an appointment to get my emissions done for the yearly inspection required in NC. They were warm and professional. Very close to Aldi, marketplaces of different kinds, Walmart about 3/4 a mile down the street road if you have to wait a bit for your car. Numerous shopping centers nearby. To eat: Mexican, Cookout, Bojangles, and again grocery stores like Aldi for a drink or whatever to kill the time. 🤓🙂🚙Also, received a detailed explanation of all that’s green meaning going well with my car, and all that are in the yellow to be repaired or replaced. I have been coming to Firestone for decades and I am grateful for this location!

Had a run flat that would not hold air. Called the Ballantyne store and they needed to get a tire from the warehouse on Monday. However they told me to call the Pineville store. Josh answered right away and went to put his hands on the tire since the computer said there was only one available. He found the tire and asked me to come in a couple hours later. When I arrived Mike came from the shop, gave me the quote, and I was off to shop the adjacent plaza while it was worked on. The lady working the desk (sorry didn’t get her name) was so pleasant and kept those in line feeling like they were her priority. She greeted everyone who came thru the door and often thanked those in line for being patient. I was in and out in an hour. I’ve visited a couple other locations in the area and service was okay. This was in another level so I’ll be going a couple miles further for service in the future.

Yvonne was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did exactly what she said they would do and I feel my car was well taken care of. I also like the new app to help me keep track of the services I've had completed and what is recommended for next time
