DONT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOURE BLACK, they wasted my time kept my vehicle for 24 hours and not a call or anything for an update and then was nonchalant about all of it . Go somewhere else where they care about customers regardless of what they look like.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day and I was called with information and updates. I felt like the mechanics really knew what they were doing, and they were knowledgeable about things that were needed and didn’t pressure me into thinking that I needed to buy them immediately. They answered all my questions clearly and were very helpful. Then when I came to pick up my car, it was easy and quick service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know and I will be back!

I made an appointment to get new tires. I dropped it off and they said it should be ready by a certain time. When that time came around I called for a status update and they didnt even started working on my car. Since they were way too busy to care about customer satisfaction, I took my business someplace else.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Joe and Jose at Firestone on Wabash. I hit a rain covered pot hole while pulling into the Steak n' Egger diner on Cermak. Backed the car up to a spot near the front windows, went in, had a seat at the windows and proceeded to watch my right front tire go flat. Driving rain. And it was a SUNDAY. Wrangled the temporary spare on the rim then did a quick search and saw Firestone being OPEN. Limped the car to the shop, walked in, and drove out within an amazing 45 MINUTES with a NEW tire INSTALLED! Try getting service like that at any other tire shop, dealership, or garage anywhere in Chicago, or any city, anywhere—you won't. What's more, the price was shockingly low. I kept mumbling to myself, "No way!" I was in the tightest spot and Joe and Jose came through for me in the CLUTCH—pun intended! For all things TIRE, go see Joe and Jose at Firestone on Wabash. I guarantee they will do you a solid!

I’ve seen review about the location and still thought to give it a try as them being busy doesn’t mean they should be careless on how they run their businesses. I made a scheduled appointment including the other things I had planned. I get a call saying he has 3 other scheduled for 8 am and 9 am so I could move the time I had that was approved. Why would you allow over booking for times and days that are unavailable. Just pick a different location because first impressions are important.

Today I decided to get some air in my tires before my meeting. I had 2 hours before I had to drive for 40min to get to my meeting. I called beforehand and they let me know that it would be a 10 minute wait. When i got there an overweight dude with curly hair was super rude to begin with. Immediately dismissed me and told me to pull up to the back. I ended up waiting there for 40 minutes in the car. When did 10 turn into 40? Oh and I was late for my meeting as well.

I stopped by because I knew that I terribly aired up my own tires. Unfortunately, I’m just a girl. And my sensor wasn’t detecting that my air pressure was insanely over the recommended limit, but thankfully Firestone saw me quickly and helped me fix this issue. I will be going to them for all my other needs once I’m back from out of state.

I've been going to this location for years and have taken several cars. The staff/services is always great and way cheaper than the dealership. Qwick service usually done within 1 day. I won't go anywhere else.

Prior to brining my car in, I called beforehand and they instructed me to bring it in as soon as possible. So I brought my car in for service at 10am, and the lot was full, so I parked on the street. When I went to check in, I told Alfredo that it was parked on the street and asked if I should move it. He said no, because they would move it right away. When I went to go pick up my car at 5pm, I had a ticket, and when I checked out no one mentioned it, they just left it on the windshield for me to discover. The ticket was also issued at 1pm, so my car sat there for 3 1/2 hours. Also, afterwards I got an electronic survey to fill out for the service, and it asked if I would like a manger to contact me and I selected yes because I wanted to discuss the ticket. No one ever contacted me.

I highly recommend this Firestone location if you're seeking car care and service you can trust in! I stopped by last weekend for help balancing my tires. Because I didn't have an appointment, I fully expected to wait a bit, so was surprised and super grateful when Mauricio immediately helped me. In addition to being exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful, he also taught me a bit about my car - THANK YOU, Mauricio! Thank you also to the very kind man who helped me navigate out of the parking lot to the garage door under the train tracks.

I stop by and asked if could get air for my tires they told me it would be at least an hour…. For a tire pressure adjustment?!?! The service advisor said there air-lines were frozen… it was snowing and it was like 32 degrees outside, but I seriously doubt the air-lines were “frozen”…

They always seem to be extremely busy, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing—it shows they’re getting business, and that’s good for them. However, when I went in for a simple tire rotation, their busy nature highlighted a lack of effective time management or prioritization for services. I had scheduled an appointment and chose to wait in-store, expecting it to take no more than an hour, given the straightforward nature of the service. Upon arriving, I was informed it would be a minimum two-hour wait. Surprised, I asked what the point of making an appointment was if I still had to wait so long for a simple tire rotation. I was told the appointment only guaranteed the service would be completed that day, and the exact wait time wasn’t a factor. This response caught me off guard—what if I didn’t have two hours or more to spare for something as simple as a tire rotation? I understand as a walk-in you will wait until they get to your car and that's on you for not planning accordingly. Therefore, I think they should reconsider how they handle appointments, perhaps tailoring wait times based on the type of service or at least providing a disclaimer so customers can plan accordingly—like opting to drop off their car for such a simple service instead. If I missed their disclaimer, then that's on me. I understand you can drop off your car for service, that's in the website interface. Yet, who would opt to drop off a car for a simple service? No one, most individuals will wait. Yet, getting informed you'll be here for at least two hours for such a simple service is not what anyone is going to expect.

They tried to rip. I went there to fix a flat and I was told thst I need to replace all 4 tires and gave a wuote for 700 follars. I drove only 25000 on those tires and still in good condition. Went to another tire shop and the got it fixed for 20 dollars.

What’s the point of an appointment if you can’t honor it?!?! Had a 10am appointment, at 3:45pm when I had to call for an update, they said they were a little behind and will get to in the MORNING!!! Not ok, contemplate waste of my time!

Came in to get my car serviced and one of the employees was extremely rude to a customer who had just pulled in mind you there parking lot is very small and congested. He was having a bad day or something. It's not what you do it's how you do it. So, definitely 1 star his customer service sucks. If you don't like your job just quit already. It's the tall guy with the ponytail and glasses

Friendly and honest staff, the vibe in the place is relaxed. I had to drop off my rim & tire for a patch and get back to what I was doing for the day. As busy as the staff was that day, they repaired it quickly. When I came back to pick it up, the manager asked me to wait a little bit and they will replace my spare. They got it done quickly and it was affordable. What impressed me most is how accommodating the staff was even though I did not have an appointment. This is a Firestone you can trust!

Very easy to make online appointment. Confirmation of appointment by email.Called to change appointment to another day because I double booked myself and staff person made the change.Tire replacement was completed in about two hours.

Tremendous! Honest! Exceptional Value! This high-caliber team led by Jesus and Miquel are consummate professionals. They cited me a quote for an incorrect, cheaper headlight assembly; but discovered that I needed a different, more expensive part. Without me asking, they automatically honored the original estimate AND they fixed a short in the wiring. On time, on budget and exceptional customer service. I will continue to use this Firestone shop for years to come.
