Wish I could leave zero stars. I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for YEARS and have my family members taking their vehicles here. NONE of us will ever come back. Every time I bring my car there I leave with 3 bigger issues. Every time. Plus the people who work there have ZERO people skills. A car was blocking me in when I picked up my vehicle. Michael and the woman working there said it was ABSOLUTELY not one of their cars. Went to business next door. No one's car. Went back to Firestone where the woman SCREAMED at me that it wasnt "their" car. Waited over 30 minutes in freezing weather for someone to come back to move the car so I could leave to no avail. Went back into Firestone and asked that they could please just look at the cars that were dropped off for service to see if the car blocking me was theirs. Guess what. IT WAS. Then I waited at least another 15 minutes for them to move it. NO APOLOGY. NO REMORSE. NOTHING!! TREATED ME LIKE GARBAGE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.

I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care and met Service Advisor Ms. Precila who was very kind enough to give me invoice immediately for new Tyres for my Toyota Highlander 2003 Model after applicability with discount eligible. I took appointment for Tyre Replacment on Friday; November 29, 2024 at 11 am and Manager Ismael was there to do the needful. New Tyres installed and my vechicle was ready at about 2.30 pm. Ismael went above and beyond from the moment I scheduled a service call for my suspension alignment. I asked some follow up questions and he was super resourceful with answering my questions about my tire maintenance. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Ismael for any service. They replaced 2 tires and did an alignment. Also did a vehicle inspection to let me know any additional items that needed attention. Helped me with my headlight also! Everyone was friendly and helpful!

I took my car in on 8/5/2024 to get some work done because my 4WD service light came on. I brought it in and told them I had that service light, and some guy at the front desk said I just needed new tires. I told them I took it to another shop and they already did an inspection and gave them the notes from the other mechanic. Since my car is under warranty I had to go to this location due it being In-House. I called them on 8/6 to see if they got the inspection done. They said no, and they were very busy. I called again on 8/9 and they told me they were going to get to the inspection that day. I walked in today 8/12 and spoke with a lady at the front desk and she said they haven’t don’t the inspection whatsoever. I took my car back and I am taking it to a different shop. No communication whatsoever on delays, I’ve called numerous times just to have it go to voicemail as well. Never taking my car here again. 1 whole week and not even started the inspection. Not to mention they lied about the progress of service on my vehicle.

i’ve walked in to this place here and the service manager Johnny took care in five minutes and I’m really really happy with the services in this facility is very clean facility nicely run by the manager. I always recommend anybody over here.

I came to them with a flat tire. There were almost three hours left before closing. They said it was only the next day. This work takes 20 minutes. They work like robots and not like people. I will never return here again and I will not recommend it to others.The company whose main service is Tire cannot repair Tire!

Didn’t use a paper floor mat; trudged oily footprints on my carpet Updated review: In an effort to give Firestone an opportunity for a service recovery, I followed all instructions listed in their comment below and never heard back. I guess their customer service team cares as little about follow through and attention to detail as their technicians do. Yikes. 😬

Firestone Complete Auto Care is exactly the kind of place that you would hope to find in an emergency. My rear license plate and its mount came loose and fell off while I was on the freeway last week. So, I had to go to the DMV to get new plates, and then I had to find a nearby autoshop to get them attached. Lucky for me, that autoshop was Firestone Complete Auto Care. Everyone there was really friendly, very professional, and just genuinely keen to help out a fellow driver. They were exactly the kind of people that you would hope to meet at the end of a really difficult day. Jonny stepped away from the job that he was doing. He quickly installed one new mount and both of the new license plates on my car. I was back on the road and on my way home within a few minutes. I came across Firestone Complete Auto Care by chance, but I would 100% take my car back there in the future for servicing and repairs. Huge recommend. Thanks guys, and thanks Jonny!

I am in Chicago from out of town so was very stressed when I learned a part of my car was hanging and dragging along the road- I didn’t have much time to get this fixed or know what I was going to do if it was a big problem. I took my car here without an appointment and I was helped immediately and informed there was an easy solution that was fixable for free. This was the best car experience of my life and I am so grateful.

Don’t come here, had an oil change that led to my car not starting, I was told it could be your starter, swapped that out and it didn’t need to be changed. I’m having engine issues and now 2k to fix my car. Your better off going to your car dealership

I HAVE THEM INSTALL 2 TIRES AND WHEEL BALANCE AND ALLINGMENT AFTER I AM DONE I HAVE SAME ISSUE CAR WAS SHAKING WHILE APPLYING BRAKE I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY RE BALANCED IT AND IT STILL SHAKE WHILE BRAKING AFTER 40MPH.NOT GOING TO FIRESTONE ANYMORE NEITHER RECOMENDING ANYONE.

I brought my car in for a 10am appointment, and it was not looked at until around 3pm when I called in for an ETA. I had to take a day off of work because of the delay, as the parts needed were not on hand and the issue was not discovered well into the afternoon. I had sensors and a gas cap replaced for a state inspection, and was not given a heads up that the car needed to be driven for 100 miles before it would pass said inspection causing me to waste another hour of my time waiting in line for a doomed inspection. We will see if the work done was adequate, but giving two stars for two poor service interactions

I took my mom's car yesterday for an oil change, first time in this location. Mark Tellez was very helpful and great customer service. Mentioned a special they had going on for inspection for $10 glad I did because the car needed 2 rear tires and a brake flush .It was a special with the tires as well. Great service , definitely would go back .

My car was scratched and the counter guy said "how do we know it wasn't already scratched"I have been a client for 10 years and have no reason, at this point, to make a false claim.I won't be returning, you will see my complaint on the BBB website and on Next Door.It's clear to me that you don't value repeat business, you certainly won't get mine anymore.
