Don’t go ! Find another Firestone . IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD ! I call in on Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday and to verify that they will have someone to work on my car . I spoke with Brendon . He confirmed that it will be someone . I get there and was told they don’t do repairs on sundays and to reschedule for tomorrow. Ok cool waste my time why don’t we . I rescheduled for Monday at 12 pm. I get there and it’s a wait of course ( Brendon is back at work and can’t explain to me why I was not seen Sunday ). Ok fine , I kept asking for updates on when my car will be seen and they said an hour .That hour then turns into 2 . I then ask for the manger contact information. I was given a business card . WHY THE MANGER PASS ME THE BUSINESS CARD !! Instead of acting like a manger and communicating . This is PAUL M. He couldn’t explain to me why I wasn’t seen on Sunday either and said the wait was due to having a parking lot full of car (cars from 6:30 am when they don’t open until 8:00am)but I had an appointment . Mind yall this is all for a scheduled diagnostic .

The worst place to ever go to. The mechanic works super slow and they’re not professional at all! I hear them back there goofing off. I was waiting for 2 hours just to get brakes done. I did talk to a worker name Brenden and he was very nice and professional. This place needs some structure and new workers. Firestone do better!!!!!!!!!

I had an 8am appointment, they told me it would be at least 2 to 3 hours before the head mechanic could assess my truck!! I waited for 3 hours and 45 mins until 11:45 and my truck still hadn’t been brought into the service area!!! I asked at the customer service desk how much longer it would be and they told me there was one car in front of me so I went across the street to Potbelly’s and T-Mobile then came back at approximately 2pm and the car still hadn’t been taken into the service area!!! I asked what was going on with my truck and why hadn’t it been looked at yet and as soon as I asked after the truck that is when they finally brought the truck into the service area!!! I feel like they forgot the truck was out there and had me waiting ALL that time for nothing!!!! And the customer service manager was sarcastic to me when I told him he told me there would be a 2 to 3 hours wait at 8am and then he told me, “next time I’ll just tell you it will be all day” that was unprofessional!!!

I'm very disappointed with the customer service as well as the service I received while my vehicle was being serviced. I took my vehicle in for repairs on 12/19/2024, during this time, No one reached out to me regarding my vehicle. It wasn't until I called the shop did I receive updates. However, I did receive an email informing me of other repairs that my vehicle needed but no updates about the repairs that brought me to your shop initially. I then was notified that I also needed oil pressure lines as well as a fuel pump (this issue brought me to your shop). I was later informed that the oil pressure lines were not an issue however, the transmission lines needed repair. I then authorized the repair of the transmission lines as well as the fuel pump. I picked up my vehicle on 12/26/2024 and hadn't driven it since picking it up from your shop on 12/26/2024. While driving to work on 12/28/2024, the oil pressure gage activates indicating that my oil pressure is at zero to shut the engine down. Upon arriving to work I called your shop and was told that it would be at least 5 days before my vehicle could be looked at even after explaining that I had picked it up 2 days prior. There was no issue with oil pressure prior to me bringing my vehicle in for repair. My family and I have been firestone customers for well over 20 years and unfortunately, you have lost a family of loyal customers who will be taking their business elsewhere. I am very disappointed. I visited Firestone on yesterday November 10. I actually stopped by them on accident because another facility canceled my appointment. I tried my luck and stopped at the location on western which I was very surprised to find them open on a Sunday. I did notice a few people in front of me that were already being serviced . I talked to the staff whom had great customer service and was given a reasonable price for the service I inquired about. I then asked if the time for servicing would be long and he was very honest and let me know that I would be out of there in 2hrs. He kept his word and had me out in exactly 2hrs. I definitely will be using them for services again.

Osvaldo is an excellent mechanic. He always takes care of my Jaguar. I highly recommend this Firestone location because of Paul, who offers excellent customer service and Osvaldo because he’s a skilled mechanic.

I dropped off my car at 11:45 this morning for a tire alinement I was told a 2 hour wait I said fine no problem as long as it is done today I called back around 4:15 they said there was one car a head of me and it would be done before closing time I got there around 6:00 my car was in the same spot where it was when I dropped it off this morning and the alinement was not done absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if I can a zero star review I would

I notified them I needed the car done in time to go to work and after breaking a bolt, I had to pay for a rental due to Firestone's unpaid bills which costed me lots of time and led me to being late to work at a new job. Felt like my time was not considered after letting them know multiple times I needed the car done by a certain time and bringing it in many hours early. They did credit me for the rental I had to pay for but I will not be back to this location.
