Had unexpected car Repairs yesterday, worked with Nick he was so helpful providing updates, and even payment options applying for the store credit card. Wow very knowledgeable and really provide exceptional customer service. If you go ask for Nick you can tell he loves his customers and will look out for you.

Dropped off car for a flat tire at 12:30 was told an hour and a half at 5:00 pm they call to say tire not repairable need new tire. Took it to a different shop 20 minutes in and out no problem repairing it. Stay away from this place.

I went on Sunday because I noticed I had a nail in my tire. I wanted to thank the two young men working there for their honesty, professionalism and getting me In-N-Out fast. These are the kind of people we need in the workforce. They went above and beyond my expectations ! thank you so much.

Ramone the manager got me right on the lift when I explained i had a child at volleyball tournament 10 minutes away and Eddie the tech had it finished in 10 minutes with tire off, nail out and tire back on, it was amazing and I will be back and highly recommend them

Stay away from this location. The service Manager Mike provides substandard customer service. Rude! He said it was a 3-4 hour wait for a tire rotation. Too bad Fire Stone has people like Mike running this location. Horrible customer service.

There is no pressure at all from the mechanic who did my alignment. He did a great job! The front person was nice. Overall, they didn't try selling me anything that I needed on the car.. which I knew already.

Absolutely awesome service! We were in an emergency situation and the team went above and beyond to get us back on the road. They even went as far as to go to another location to get us tires in our price range. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Had an alignment performed and it was completed without any issues. This location has serviced my vehicles previously and haven’t had issues apart from them suggesting items needed, which seems like it’s based on a manufacturer scheduled basis. Overall satisfied with their service and quick turn around!

I love that for a small $10 fee you can get your car inspected. Most places charge a FORTUNE, so in these trying times, that is nicel.

It took way too long just for a front wheel alignment and they could t explain why they couldn’t give me a proper alignment. Also communication is awful I kept having to call to check on my vehicle every two hours when they said it’d be done within and hour and half I finally got my vehicle back around closing time

My family has an old honda accord we took in for a broken axle and they charged us 2,500 to fix it. On the day to pick up the car, they wanted to charge us an extra 500 dollars, but we refused to pay since the agreed upon price was 2,500, and after much arguing they finally released the car for the price they said it would originally be for the repairs. A few weeks later the car had a strange noise, so we had a family member who is a mechanic look at it and come to find out that the axle that was repaired at this firestone was not even bolted down properly. Either they are incompetent at their jobs, or they purposely put us at risk for a severe car crash by not assembling the axle properly. Avoid this shop like the plague, they are a bunch of dishonest theives who are out to abuse people in need. Never in my life have I seen such disgusting customer service.

Pésimo servicio, hay otros firestone donde por lo menos se esfuerzan en tratar bien a las personas, o dar alguna solución , si hablas poco inglés o no lo hablas , no vengas a este lugar , te tratan de una muy pésima manera , un tipo con cabello castaño y con lentes me habló de mala manera solo por no entender algunas palabras.
